• MARCELA MARIA DEL CARMEN (10/5): Praga, alojamiento cómodo limpio y accesible para viajeros que nos gusta conocer a nuestro ritmo - Relación precio- calidad muy bien, la ubicación sin ser céntrica es muy buena con medios de transporte a 300 mts venta de tickets a 100 mts ambiente seguro, supermercado abajo. Nick dejó una tarjeta de descuento re útil!!! La cocina si bien es pequeña tiene todo lo necesario para los 4 días que pasamos. Las camas son muy cómodas y limpias. La ducha con excelente presión y se puede graduar muy bien. Fue lo que esperaba ya que la descripción es clara. Si bien no usamos el servicio de guardado de equipaje ni lavandería, se ofrece y eso es un 100! Muy contentos con el departamento y con Praga No es q no me haya gustado sino que por tener otras costumbres me resultó un poco más raro y/o incómodo, de que la sabana estuviera con el cobertor unido. Pero se que es una forma de preparar las camas en los hoteles. No puedo decir q estuviera mal sino que no estoy acostumbrada a ese estilo.

• Iván (9/5): - Fácil acceso, cocina equipada, la ducha y el WC separados es un acierto para usarlos simultáneamente. El barrio está bien y aunque hubo algo de ruido al principio, luego respetaron las horas de sueño. Nick, el anfitrión, fue muy amable por whatsapp. Por desgracia, de los siete que estábamos alojados, me tocó el somier supletorio que estaba roto y me costó bastante dormir al principio porque se movía demasiado. Un cambio de somier no vendría nada mal ;) El resto de las camas eran cómodas.
• Nathalie (8/5): Grand appartement, permettant de rejoindre le centre-ville en un quart d’heure et propre - Appartement dans le quartier de Zizkov donc un peu excentré par rapport au Prague historique. L’appartement était très propre et très bonne communication avec le propriétaire. Il est situé à quelques centaines de mètres de bus et de tramway qui nous permettent de rejoindre le centre historique rapidement. La literie est moyennement confortable. Les oreillers sont vieillot et il n’y a pas de volets, juste un rideau moyennement, occultant, ce qui fait des réveils, beaucoup plus matinaux que prévu.

• Louisjoonge (6/5): Gute Lager, Wohung okay. Zum Schlafen reicht es! - Lage ist ein klarer Vorteil von dieser Unterkunft. Ca 5-10 bis in die Stadt und dazu direkt ein kleiner Supermarkt direkt neben an. Dieser ist zwar ein wenig teuer, aber das fällt nicht ins Gewicht. Die Wohung war in Ordnung. Ausstattung war okay, Betten okay und dusche hat funktioniert. Wenn man genauer hingeguckt hat, hat man doch eine mängel gesehen. Nicht ganz sauber, Bilderrahmen lose, Hängeregale die fast abfallen etc. Dusche war entweder heiß oder kalt. Der Treppenaufgang war dreckig, dort wurde nicht richtig sauber gemacht, dazu roch es sehr oft nach marihuana

• Michael (7/5): - Ein kleines und gut ausgestattetes Appartement mit 2 Zimmern, seperater Toilette, Dusche und einer gut ausgestatteten Küche. Schlüssel, alles elektronisch und unkompliziert. Die Sauberkeit war bemerkenswert. Perfekt! Da sich einige Gäste nicht verpflichtet fühlten, die Richtlinien der Nachtruhe zu beachten, war die Lärmbelästigung nicht unerheblich. Nach einer Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter, gab es eine sofortige Intervention seitens der Eigentümer und das Problem wurde jedoch schnell aus dem Weg geräumt. DANKE!

Do dłuższego przebywania nie nadaje się obiekt - - łatwość rejestracji (wszystko odbywa się przez stronę internetową, opłatę klimatyczną również tam uiścimy), - dostęp do apartamentu jest na kod, - apartament znajduje się na 3 piętrze, ale jest do niego dostęp windą, - pomimo starego sprzętu, to uczciwie trzeba przyznać, że wysprzątane było elegancko. Aż za bardzo - ale o tym później, - WiFi działało dobrze, - całkiem wygodne, główne łóżka, - dobrze ogrzewany apartament (byliśmy w styczniu przy minusowych temperaturach), - świetna lokalizacja (blisko komunikacja miejska, dworzec, sklepy), - poprawny stosunek ceny co do jakości przy 3 osobach, doskonały przy większej liczbie nocujących, - plus za ręczniki, - podziękowania za prezenty; piwo i krakersy - masa pierdół; tutaj brakuje półki pod kosmetyki (urwana w kabinie prysznicowej), urwany podajnik na papier w toalecie, tam gniazdko za daleko, itp., - wysprzątane było tak dokładnie, że przez pierwszą dobę czuć było bardzo intensywny zapach Domestosu. W całym mieszkaniu, - brakuje temu apartamentowi inwestycji, ale DROBNYCH. Osobiście uważam, że brak np. zamykanej szafki na talerze i lokalizacja naczyń w pobliżu koszy na śmieci to skandal. Jest to wręcz obrzydzające, zapewne szczególnie latem (kiedy są zapachy), - ściany są z papieru. Słychać wszystko pomimo modernistycznej kamienicy. Polecam zatyczki, - telewizor nie działał, brakowało pilota, - są tanie meble i rozwiązania - nie było np. szafy, wszystko było na zewnątrz, - stare sprzęty AGD - zbyt mała lodówka plus wolno działająca mikrofala
• Tuyet Nhi (8/5): - Na jednu noc to bylo v pořádku. Ubytování čisté. Prostorné. Komunikace s hostitelem super. Bohužel s batoletem bylo toto ubytování trochu hlučnější. Ve 3 ráno strašný hluk, kvůli opilím lidem, co se vraceli z centra. Vše bylo hrozně slyšet. Bohužel jsme neměli teplou vodu, když jsme přijeli, ale vše se vyřešilo po zavolání a bylo poté v pořádku. Za to hostitelé nemohli!

• veracze (1/5): Uwaga, kradzieże w obiekcie. - Uwaga na złodziei! Nasze bagaże zostały splądrowane i okradzione podczas trzymania ich w przechowalni bagażu tego obiektu (do skorzystania z której goście są wręcz zachęcani przez właścicieli). Zorientowaliśmy się dopiero po powrocie do swojego kraju, i otwarciu walizek. Niestety, odpowiedź zarządcy obiektu była zdawkowa. Na moje pytania o zabezpieczenie przechowalni bagażu kamerami oraz proponowanej formie rekompensaty nie dostałam już żadnej odpowiedzi, ani propozycji, oprócz propozycji pójścia na policję oraz poinformowania, że to dopiero 3 kradzież w tym obiekcie od dwóch lat, więc zjawisko jest RZADKIE. W takiej sytuacji praktyczny brak kontaktu oraz zadośćuczynienia to po prostu kpina z gości.
• Zita (7/5): Uzturēšanās bija OK. - Atrašanās vieta, naktsmītne bija tîra. Patika , ka saimnieki atstājuši kafiju, ūdeni un welcom sveicienu Čehu alu un čipšus. Naktsmîtne ir jau nolietojusies . Prasās pēc remonta .

• Kinga (10/5): Doskonałe miejsce na wyjazd dla każdego! - Wszystko mi się podobało. Obiekt zgodny z opisem. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Łatwy dojazd do ścisłego centrum i świetne restauracje w pobliżu. Łóżka są bardzo wygodne, a w kuchni niczego nie brakuje, jeśli chodzi o wyposażenie. Apartament jest bardzo czysty.

• Hoka (4/5): So-so, biggest asset is location. - Good: registration, city tax and key codes online without personal meeting with the owner. Location is good, 300 m from Lipanska tram station. Tesco is next door for grocery, breakfast drinks, etc. Upon arrival there was free space for the car to unload and upon leaving to upload. 2 separated room. To improve: quality of the WC bad (smelly). Dust in the shower, smelly towels. It seemed that the general cleaning was done, details not. Curtains with holes like moths would have eaten there. Under the beds dust, dirt. The painting on the wall is very old, needs serious refreshment (stain, grease all over, especially around light switches). Dishes, silverware in the kitchen greasy, like they would not have been cleaned. Despite the fact there is a sign to be quiet after 10 pm, there was a noise, yelling, shouting during the nights, also door banging. 1 room has a closet but useless (ripped shelves). I did the registration for the key codes 1 day before, upon arrival the provided codes did not work. (owner helped to get a new one - this was positive). This is 2025 August status.
