It is exceptionally clean, there are all the facilities you need to cook and prepare meals, it is quiet (despite being near a main road) and the location is perfect (20 mins walk to both the Tube and overground station and round the corner from Chiswick House and Gardens) The host was very responsive and was kind enough to allow me to have a late checkout as there was no-one coming in that day. The interior design is wonderful with many small touches which makes it feel like a home. It is the first holiday place I have stayed in where there is a clock in every room and they are all so beautiful as well! I would 100% recommend this place and I would stay here again. I was actually a little sad to leave this little sanctuary after 4 days. Nothing

The host was so attentive, replying to emails instantly and helping us when we got lost. It's really such a great place. Literally no negatives.
