- Daniel (9/5): - O flat é muito bem equipado. O proprietário deu todas as orientações e suporte quando necessário. A distância para acesso ao Parque Aldeia das Águas. Somente as pessoas hospedadas no hotel podem usar um acesso especial. As pessoas que alugam flat precisam caminhar até a entrada principal do parque ou ir de carro.

- Henrique (8/5): Vale o custo-benefício. - O Flat é bem limpo, tem bastante acessórios de cozinha e ar condicionado/tv na sala e quartos. O anfitrião é bastante atencioso com os hóspedes. Alugaria novamente. Pacote de TV (básico) e rede wi-fi bem fraquinha. Poderia ter uma Smartv com acesso a internet. É importante frisar que naquela região a maioria das operadoras de celular não funcionam direito.
