• Joel (10/5): - Prédio é bonito, organizado, bem localizado. Tem tudo perto. O Apto muito bom. A porta da sacada não estava travando. Até uma criança consegue mudar de um apto pro outro. Usar senha pra acessar o local, não achei tão seguro. Achei que fosse via facial. Tiramos fotos sem necessidade. A trava anti-ladrão, não é lá tão segura. Pode facilmente ser aberta. Tem até tutorial na internet.

• Juliana (9/5): - O quarto é muito bom, novinho, confortável, bom chuveiro, toalha do boa qualidade, ar condicionado e TV funcionando. Só tem um espelho no banheiro, e.muito alto, tive que retirar da parede, senti falta tambem de um lixeiro maior e de ducha higiênica.

• Simon (9/5): - Tout le nécessaire pour quelques jours, bâtiment très propre et calme. L'agent de sécurité est très aimable et arrangeant. La peinture de la cuisine est pleine de tâches de graisse, du carrelage aurait été plus approprié.

O pé da cama estava quebrado, solicitei o conserto e me disseram que somente após o natal, porém eu fiquei somente do dia 24 para o fia 25 e tive que utilizr a cama com o pé quebrado. Creio que deveriam fazer uma vistoria melhor no apto antes de aluga-lo, para que o hospede utilize as dependências sem transtornos.

O predio precisa de mais estrutura para receber estadias curtas. - É bem decorada, tem maquina de lavar, cama muito confortável , o chuveiro e o tamanho do box são incríveis! Faltaram alguns itens de cozinha, portaria da noite completamente despreparada (não sabiam informações básicas, parecia que tinha sigo jogado ali naquele instante sem nenhum treinamento), e o banheiro tinha um pequeno vazamento no box.
• Sara (3/5): Unclean, super tiny & horrible customer service. - The porteros are very friendly Pretty much everything. It is NOT in Vila Madalena as listed. It’s outside & not walkable to anything. We reserved 2 rooms as we are a family of 6. The rooms were so tiny - barely any room for 3 people to comfortably get around & place their things for a 4 night stay. Upon arrival into one room, I had to already sweep the floor because of fuzzies & hairs on the floor. Inside the second apartment there were crumbs in the bed and also the sleeper couch is hard, uncomfortable & broken. There was leftover coffee in the thermos pitcher on the counter. There was also public hair embedded into one of the towels. I would never recommend staying here. Oh and not to mention the floors & walls are covered in cardboard. I tried to get a refund & they offered to replace my towel & claimed they have a high level cleaning system. Probably the worst place I’ve ever stayed in all the 25+ counties I’ve ever visited.
• 희정 (7/5): Clean can be improved. Otherwise stay was good. - Easy access, convenient and very kind staff. Arranged things so fast and problem solving excellent. I was able to check in early due to early arrival. However the clean of property was question, pillow cover way washed, floor was dusty and cold without heater. And no concierge keep the bag for extra time.
