Forma de acceso a la habitación, perfectamente informado en todo momento, e incluso tuvieron el detalle de no cobrarme extra al retrasarse el vuelo y llegar mas tarde de las 21 horas.. Nada.

Le avisé que llegaría a las 9:30 p. m., sin embargo, se negó a permitirme el check-in ni siquiera al día siguiente y me bloqueó del WhatsApp del hotel. Me sentí estafada y sin ninguna asistencia. • Luciana (10/5): - The room was very clean and modern, with plenty of towels available. Daily cleaning is possible. The location is perfect — just a 2-minute walk from Castel Sant’Angelo and the Vatican, and about a 10-minute walk to Piazza Navona. Right in front of the apartment, there is a bus stop for visiting all the main attractions and for the shuttle bus to Fiumicino. The owner was very kind. We will definitely come back.

Además, el autobús tanto de ida como de vuelta del aeropuerto para en la misma puerta del alojamiento. Alessandro es un chico majísimo, siempre atento a todo. Lo único negativo que puedo destacar es que una de las noches el agua de la ducha no salió del todo caliente. El resto de noches, perfecto.

The suite was beautiful, exactly as described, and perfect size for 2. Best part, the lift to the 5th floor!! Our host was amazing, always responsive and very helpful (thank you for the snacks/drinks). Absolutely, 10 out of 10! Thank you for a great stay.

• Vincenzo (10/5): Stanza silenziosa e comfortevole a 2 passi dal Vaticano - Mi è piaciuto la facilità del check-in, il contesto signorile, la posizione comoda ai servizi e soprattutto la silenziosità. Infatti affacciandosi su un viale a scorrimento intenso ero preoccupato dalla rumorosità della strada, invece i doppi infissi hanno fatto egregiamente il loro lavoro. Abbiamo apprezzato anche le pulizie giornaliere e le bottiglie d'acqua di cortesia nel frigobar. Mancano: un appoggia-valigie, infatti è scomodo vuotare e riempire le valigie da terra e mancano degli appendini o maniglie per stendere o appendere i teli doccia bagnati.

Spacious room with everything you would need. Toilet was not clean in the areas that you normally wouldn’t see. That was the only thing I found disappointing.

Not so many good restaurants, cafes and bars, you need to travel further. No shops or good clothing shops to browse. Toilet seat was broken and couldn’t be replaced during our stay. We would have liked a balcony to view the streets.

Additionally, the location was ideal, in a safe and very nice area, close to attractions and public transport, which made getting around very easy. • Sarah (7/5): Perfectly good room close to Vatican - Location was great as it was an easy walk to the Vatican. A bit further away from the main sites of Rome, 20 minutes + to Trevi Fountain etc. Room size was adequate and comfortable for a single adult but perhaps a bit tight for a couple. There is no luggage minding outside of check in/out hours which they state in advance of booking so if this is important to you, consider this when booking.

• Hamed (5/5): Not very pleasant communication from the host!!! - The location was quite close to the main tourist attractions and had a self check in. Weird rules, such as the property did not have room service on Sundays and towel change was every 3 days. The host communication tone was not pleasant. Once they sent a message regarding the bathroom floor being wet. The first day I put my documents in the provided safe and tried to follow the written instructions to lock it, but could not open it afterwards. The host sent back a message saying it works fine and as it has been your fault we cannot open it until the next day after 10AM. *Update*: Just check how pleasant their replies are to my comments. They started with Dear customer and accused me of lying several times. Moreover, their tone is like they are doing you a favour by letting you staying at their property. Whatever the price I paid was requested by the property, not me. This comment may be helpful to people who find it important to be respected as much as the quality of the place they are staying in. Regarding your comment about washing cloths, I washed my son's underwear and socks which in order to do that I did not need to flood anywhere!!! As a final suggestion, please review your replies to comments carefully before posting. They are not just a direct response to me but also reflect your mindset and approach.
