- Monica (8/5): Tirana - Su ubicación era fantástica Que faltaba un microondas y algunos utensilios básicos de cocina
- Eirini Stamou (1/5): I wouldn't recommend it. Better find something else. - The only good thing about this apartment was that it is very close to the center and the Scanderbeg square. The apartment was in a very bad condition. There was black mold on some walls, and others were falling apart. The beds were all very old and bad; we were feeling the springs on our backs and I didn't enjoy sleeping on them at all. There was absolutely no soundproofing on the windows and balcony doors, which resulted in hearing everything going on on the central road below. It was very noisy. One of the balconies had very low railings and it was very dangerous for someone to fall over from the 7th floor. The elevator got stuck twice on the 7th floor, and we had to go seven floors upstairs by foot. The apartment was very dirty when we arrived. The bedsheets and pillowcases had hairs on them, I guess from the previous visitors. The floor was making our socks turn black from white. The kitchen was unusable from the dirt. I tried to clean the oven pans to cook some pizza, but the burnt food from previous cooking wasn't getting off them. I wouldn't even dare turn on the gas kitchen hobs because I was scared we would catch fire from the oils they had on them from previous cooking. Finally, the bathroom had a half-see-through door, so you could see clearly what the one inside was doing and their private parts. Also, the toilet seat was broken.
P.S. One week after our stay, the property manager changed the reservation from 3 nights to 1 night, probably for tax evasion purposes, even though we paid him for 3 nights by cash, as he is not accepting any other payment method.

- Guest (10/5): Perfect - Central, clean, great communication!
- Anonymous (10/5): Good city center apartment - I enjoyed my time here.
- Ilia (6/5): Bang for your buck for heavy sleepers - The location was central and the flat was clean. The host responded in a timely fashion and check-in/check-out was easy. Remember and be prepared to pay in cash, though - not via the app or by card/online. The facilities are fairly old and in need of repair. The bidet is leaking, the shower head is haphazard, the sink drains extremely slowly, things like that.
The main problem, however, is the noise - the windows (that don't lock, by the way) do nothing to reduce it. Every motorcycle sounds like it's driving past your bed. 0 sound insulation in the entire apartment! Extremely loud noises from the outside (and weird sounds from pipes, toilets, showers etc. inside the building itself) have consistently deprived us of sleep.
- Marco (10/5): Great 👍 - Central position, great price and very suitable for a group of friends.
- Dessa (2/5): Very poor - That the location is in center of city The apartment is old, that's ok. But the beds are so old, and the madrass on the beds really needed to get changed. Couldn't sleep one whole night in them. The bathroom is old too.
This was not worthy 232 €
- Melisa (10/5): Exceptional - I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The location couldn’t be better, right in the city center, close to all the main attractions, restaurants, and shops.
The view from the apartment is absolutely stunning! It’s a perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring the city. The host was very helpful and responsive, offering great local tips and making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tirana. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip!
- Francesca (10/5): Exceptional - It was my second time, the place is very clean and right in the center.
- Bob (10/5): Located in city center BNB - It was a nice apartment right in the city center with great view and very close to every city attractions. Great restaurants and bars near by.
- Gideon (10/5): Exceptional -
- Vladimir (1/5): Bad -
- Newton (5/5): Passable - Location was the best aspect. Size of the apartment was generous. I thought the owner was a bit heavy-handed in his style of communication. The apartment has been refurbished, but still, there are patches that make it look shabby. Doona was very old. The air-conditioning remote was messed up and not working properly. The images were not representative of the building, which looks unmaintained. It's an old structure dating back to 1988, so don't be deceived by the photos. There is a loud vibration happening, i think, due to the elevator. Noise was, of course, a challenge because the room is not soundproof.

- Victoria (9/5): Right in the city centre - Centrally located apartment with two bedrooms and large dining zone/living room. The apartment is spacious and right in the heart of the city centre. The communication with the host was easy and positive. We didn't find a kettle but it wasn't a problem for us. Good to have though.
A bit noisy as it's the city centre but it didn't bother us.
- Peter (4/5): Disappointing - No AC (my mistake that I have not read it clearly). No sound proofing of windows (Also my bad, because I did not read about it). But what I cannot read from the description is, that given the location and story height, AC and sound proofing is required to sleep. Thus, in that location, not possible to catch any sleep. I left early and booked a hotel.
- Vera (8/5): Excellent place to stay right in the city centre - It’s a fully furnished apartment in a building from communist time, which had great added value for me as I have been very interested to see how comfortable these apartments really are….or not.
Owner has done a great job on to make it comfortable inside, it is spacious and big enough for a family of 4. Plus it has amenities in the bathroom and kitchen is well equipped. WiFi works fine. The location is excellent. Communication with the owner was satisfactory Beds are not comfortable and one windowing was broken.
- Catarina (7/5): Good -
- Samantha (10/5): Great place right in a city center!!! - This home is a very affordable option for a group of friends who enjoy the idea of being right in the city center. Compared to other places in the same location, it is much cheaper and offers simple and basic accommodation. Of course, being placed in the city center, noise is going to be part of your stay. Next to this place are located the best restaurants and cafes. Additionally, public transport direct to the airport is easily accessible. I would definitely recommend it to a group of friends eager for adventure.

- Axelle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Esra (10/5): Helpful host, clean home, incredible location - Location was really easy to find and in the middle of center. It was very near to all tourist attractions and was possible to walk to all of them.
- Ulf (10/5): Apartment so perfect located , just step out and cafe, bars and the airport bus is there. Perfect - We liked that apartment near to everything in the city center. Fantastic view from balcony , 7th floor It was very cold when arrive to the apartment
- D (6/5): Nicely located, but not very luxurious. - Location was very good, central Tirana. Nicely sized bed rooms, nicely sized bathroom and a nice living room (with fridge and a stove). Bed were hard (which I like). Also: clean. Noisy, also at night, managable with ear plugs. First impression was good, but then you start noticing things that are broken. Outlet that stick out of the wall, heaters that do not work properly, a big gap in the wall next to the living room window.
- Tina (10/5): Exceptional - Loved this place.
- Pëllumb (10/5): Nice, very good for the price. Right in the Tirana Center - The apartament is right in the Center, we were really surprised. You have the views of opera and Scanderbeg Square from the balconies. Also the key was at the lock key in the entrance of the building. We definitely recommend.
- Chloe (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect stay in the center of the city 😊
We enjoyed our night here and we will come back for sure.
