• Dominika (6/5): Przeciętne miejsce, na maksymalnie kilka dni. - Lokalizacja (samochodem wszędzie jest blisko do atrakcji w Los Angeles) i dzielnica, która nie jest niebezpieczna. Dostęp do tarasu. Dodatkowo kontakt i pomoc gospodarza, która pomagała mi kilka miesięcy przed wyjazdem. W apartamencie był problem z czystością - pod łóżkami był kurz, szafy też były nieczyste. W domu przy zameldowaniu był nieprzyjemny zapach.
• Frauke (9/5): Für einen Kurzaufenthalt zu empfehlen und guter Ausgangspunkt für die typischen Sightseeing-Hotspots. - Es war ein niedliches Häuschen mit schönem ruhigen Garten, das nur ca. 10 min. zu Fuß vom Walk of Fame gelegen ist und eigenem Stellplatz für ein Auto. Die Betten waren super bequem (das Einzelbett war sogar 1,80 m breit) und das ganze Haus klimatisiert. Große, schöne Dusche mit Ablagemöglichkeiten und Fenster. Das gesamte Haus war liebevoll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieterin Aurora, die sofort reagiert hat, wenn man Fragen hatte oder Hilfe benötigt. Ganz herzlichen Dank dafür 🫶 Gartenmöbel mussten erstmal alle geputzt werden und die Auflagen sahen schon sehr mitgenommen aus. Kein Stauraum in den Schlafzimmern (der vorhandene Schrank war vollgestellt und nicht einladend). Die Gegend ist eigentlich gut, allerdings fühlt man sich ab Einsetzen der Dunkelheit nicht ganz so sicher und etwas unwohl. Die Straße wirkt etwas heruntergekommen.

• Simon (6/5): Pleasant - The property had everything we needed. The vendor had clearly thought about what customers would need and provided it. The vendor responded quickly to questions and also proactively asked if there were any issues. The washer/dryer was especially useful as we were on a multi location vacation. I don't regret staying here and would recommend. The kitchen floor tiling was broken presenting a trip hazard. The vendor told us this was going to be fixed for the next customer, but hadn't managed to fix for us. The toaster didn't work properly, the vendor said they would get it replaced. Although clean, the property is a little tired, but if you are willing to look past this it is an ideal location for LA attractions and none of the above inconvenienced our stay.

• Daniela (3/5): A dirty and smelly property, poorly maintained. - Honestly the single thing that I liked about this property was the host. Although we didn't have many requests, she was fast to answer. Easy to get in - received three codes, very simple to use. Appreciated we were notified after check out that we had left our headphones, came back and took them. Close to Walk of Fame and some cafes. Everything was dirty and the worst part is that it was old dirt, not like the cleaning person skipped cleaning after the last guests. It hasn't been properly cleaned in ages. A lot of thick dust EVERYWHERE: on the floors, on objects, fans, mirror. EVERYWHERE. Bathroom was gross, full of stains and solidified dirt. Both beds we've used were full of human hair: long, short, curly, straight. Pretty sure they weren't changed. Don't want to know after how many guests. Stains on the towels, foundation stains on the bed sheets. The whole place smelled very bad, right from the entrance. The front yard was just as unkept as the whole property: dirt, dust, old leaves, branches all over it. It seemed like no one really cared about how the house looked. We got there late at night and the whole place was freezing, although the system could be switched on remotely. Took for hours to get warm and could not sleep properly. On top of all, you could hear everything from outside. Very poor phonic isolation. Sketchy neighborhood. All in all, if cleanliness is important to you, don't pick this property. I attach some photos to prove that what I say is correct. I hope Booking will publish them. I have also sent these photos to the owner and even though she saw them with her own eyes, continues to claim that her property is clean. We have clearly different standards of clean.

We stayed during February and unable to make the most of the lovely outdoor seating area . Loved the property. Area felt quite edgy . We didn’t go out on an evening . Not a problem though as with two teenagers and happy to watch films

I wasn’t expecting it to be a quite area since it’s really close to everything but I was wrong. It’s comfortable and felt homey with plenty of room for a small family. I recommend No dislikes

The gates made us feel so protected. could walk to so much and universal studios was a very quick drive. perfect for our family vacation
