- Olivia (7/5): - The location couldn't be better. The space was more than big enough for 5 people. The staff were friendly. The air conditioning was in working condition. It needed to be a lot cleaner. As per previous reviews, the bathroom had a really terrible smell and we had to keep the door closed. The shower was dirty and mouldy, and there was dirty laundry left behind from a previous tenant. There was also a lot of dust and it hadn't been vacuumed or mopped. If the cleaning was done efficiently, we would be happy to stay here again.

- Epameinondas (5/5): Great location but everything else below average. - Location was great. Host Nico was helpful. Walls, curtains were extremely dirty. Bathroom smelled disgusting. Fridge not working. Lice-like insects all over the kitchen counter. Beds not comfortable.
- Hany (8/5): Very good - Location is great. Apartment was good, clean, and spacious. The rooms had portable air conditions which have poor performance. One of them was hardly working. This is not a good apartment for Summer time and hot weather. It is a good one in winter or if you don't care about air condition. Apartment is in touristic area inside ZTL zone which is a restricted area to cars without permit, which we didn't and no one told us this info. Therefore, I expect to get hir by traffic tickets. Tace care of this. I searched and found that hotels should white-list your car plate number, but apartments don't do that.

- Claire (6/5): The location is central but very noisy and I wouldn’t stay there again. - it was close to major attractions The beds were terrible. The double is two single foam mattresses on a slippery base, so they slide apart all night and you fall down the crack in between. The sofa bed wasn’t made up, so we had to do without sheets the first night and they weren’t very happy about having to make it up for us. It’s a noisy location. lots of street noise! they only left us one roll of toilet paper for four people for four days. They don’t leave any tea or coffee. You really need to take everything in there.

- Allen (4/5): Great for a large group but it is rough. - Size of the space Tv was broken, ac was broken, cigarette burns on the couch, cabinets taped together., outlet. Urned out.
- Ana (8/5): Great place to stay right in the heart of Florence! just one block away from the Duomo - The apartment is very well located (just one block from the Duomo), right in the heart of Florence. We got 2 sets of keys which were very handy and our host was always in contact. The place is very big (probably more than it appears in the pictures) and clean. None of the TVs really worked (2), one was broken and the other had very poor reception so all we could see were pixels. Also, 3 out of the 7 chairs available were broken and one of the double beds's mattress was very uncomfortable, it felt as it had a U shape. I believe one of the curtains was broken as well.

- Alanna (8/5): We really enjoyed our stay, the apartment was big enough for 6 of us. The position in town is amazing. - The position is very good, right in the heart of the old town. A clothes dryer would be beneficial and more cooking implements. TV’s didn’t work.
- Henderson (8/5): Great Location - Great location. Friendly staff. The apartment was not ready and had to return 1 hr later. There was not enough towels but contact the host and he kindly sent a member of staff with more. None of the Tv's was working. It wasn't a surprise because I read the reviews. Would be better to removed the Tv's and don't advertise a property with TV avoing disappointments.

- Eduardo (4/5): Only portable AC in two of the rooms so it is not an option for 6 in Summer . - It is close to the Cathedral (1 minute walking) . There were 6 of us. We rented an AC apartment for 6 people. Once in the apartment we just found portable AC (pinguino) in two of the rooms. Any kind of AC (portable or not) in the 3 rd room although there was a hole in the window so we supossed there had been a portable AC sometimes. Weather in Florence is scorching in August so so inside the apartment was really hot as this kind of AC is not enought to cool the apartment (ceilings are tall). The room with no portable AC was like a Sauna. They just offered a small fan so noisy you can't sleep at all, regardless the temperture or the noise. So definitely, this is not an AC apartment for 6 people if you are considering a visit to Florence in summer. Apart from these, kitchen ware were scarce.
