• Lourdes (8/5): Estancia en el centro de New York - Muy buena ubicación para las visitas del centro, cerca del metro para moverse hacia otras visitas. Ideal para dos personas. Yo no lo encontré ruidoso solo cuando se abre la ventana. Cocina completa de utensilios. Cama grande y muy cómoda, con tres clases de almohadas Es un tercer piso sin escaleras pero no se nos hizo pesado subirlas.

Es un poco pequeño para tres personas. Lamentablemente los 3pisos por escalera fueron dificiles, sobre todo ante la insistencia de la anfitriona de no hacer ningun ruido. Resulta extramadamente dificil no hacer ningun ruido cuando hay que bajar el equipaje por una escalera...

• Jürgen (10/5): Wirklich eine gemütliche Wohnung und gut gelegen - Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns als erstmalige Besucher von New York/Manhattan perfekt. Zu Fuß zum Grand Central Terminal, Times Square und Empire State Building! Die Wohnung selbst hat alles, was wir zur Selbstversorgung benötigten. Außerdem ist sie gemütlich und war sehr sauber. Das Treppenhaus ist ein typisches, also nicht sehr breite und etwas steile Treppen. Das war für uns kein wirklicher Nachteil. Sollte man aber wissen. Einen Aufzug gibt es nicht. Die Fensterscheiben könnten häufiger geputzt werden.

• Skokyr (10/5): - Stayed August/September 2025. Beautiful apartment in the heart of Manhattan. Great location for exploring New York. Everything important is within walking distance (Bryant Park with the Library, Grand Central, Rockefeller, Empire State...). Lots of places to have breakfast or dinner are just around the corner! The apartment is cozy and clean. Comfortable and spacious enough - ideal for couples and individuals. The kitchenette is well equipped and the bed is comfortable. The equipment is a bit older, but that's part of the charm of a 200-year-old building. Also because of our great host (thank you very much, Samira!) we give the highest rating of 10 points. (The only downside is the slightly noisy neighborhood, but that's to be expected in the city center.) We recommend trying to rent bikes with the Citibike app, lots of fun! Overall we were very satisfied and would love to come back.

• MARIA SOLEDAD (10/5): Hospedaje centrico - La ubicacion es indudablemente lo mejor de todo. La anfitriona es super amable, siempre pendiente. Nos explico todo del piso y dudas de NY tambien. Muy agradecidos, volveremos sin dudas ahi! Por mencionar algo el acceso por escaleras, pero ya sabiamos que era asi cuando alquilamos.

• carmel (8/5): Small, clean apartment close to Grand Central Station. - Cute little apartment in a great location- within walking distance to Grand Central station and Times Square. Friendly host provided coffee, teas, milk etc. Narrow staircase- hard to carry suitcases up 3 flights. We were aware of this but it could be a problem if not fit. Small rooms which we were also aware of.

Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Die Küche im Apartment war wirklich gut ausgestattet - angefangen von Gewürzen, Essig, Öl, Kaffee, Tee - es war vieles vorhanden. Außerdem war ausreichend Geschirr da. Air Condition sowie Dusche funktionieren sehr gut. Die Treppe mit 50 Stufen in den 3. Stock ist relativ eng und steil. Das sollte man wissen und in Betracht ziehen, wenn man ans Koffer packen geht...

The location of the apartment is really great in midtown - in a good neighbourhood with many shops and restaurants around. Samira is a great host - who is caring, kind and responsible. I had to extend my stay for 2 nights but she easily accepted my request with her flexibility. all was great.

Fabulous hostess - The host was there to meet us an helped us carry our luggage up the 3 flights of stairs which was challenging. She was an amazing hostess. Fabulous location really easy to fund your way around. Not having an elevator was challenging. The place is really clean and tidy but better suited to 2 adults and not 3 as we had.
