• Dalibor (9/5): - The apartment is in a great location, close to Hammersmith station, so you are easily connected with everything. It was clean, and the apartment is brand new. Huge bedrooms, big toilets and the balcony was a bonus There is no option to lock the balcony door, we didn't have any problems but it would feel safer if there is an option to lock the door. Beds are small for that size of the room, I believe they are 140/190cm. I am 192cm, and I couldn't fit stretched all the way. It would be nice if there is one small table and 2 chairs in each bedroom as there is more than enough space, also on the balcony. There should be at least one small trash can in each bedroom or toilet. Just a few small additions and the apartment would be absolutely perfect. But all in all, it was a nice stay. I would recommend it.

• m (9/5): Super! - Our apartment was in a perfect location, very close to the underground, with plenty of places to eat nearby and even shopping options. It was only about 20–30 minutes from Heathrow by underground, which was really convenient. We loved that we had two sets of keys, and the system was designed so you could never accidentally lock yourself out. We requested an early check-in, and that was no problem at all. Another highlight was that every room had its own bathroom, which was fantastic. And we also enjoyed having a balcony. We would definitely stay here again! The only small thing was that one bathroom was missing a toilet brush, but overall everything else was excellent.

• Anca (9/5): Very good location for visiting London with family - The location is easy to be reached from Heathrow airport (there is a direct subway line). The apartment is ideal for a family - we were 4 adults and 2 kids. There are 3 bathrooms and a shared space in the kitchen that offers you the possibility to spend time together. The apartment was simple furnished, but sufficient. The kitchen is well equipped. There are plenty of pubs and restaurants in the area (some very nice ones near the Thames river - Hammersmith Bridge). The towels need to be absolutely replaced - they left lint everywhere. Being with the kids that sometimes are moving quite slowly in the morning, we kindly requested to do the check-out a little bit later (10:30-45 instead of 10:00), but the answers I got gave me the impression that the request was not really well received (not a big problem for us as at the end we were able to leave the apartment at 9:55 and everything was ok).

• Sarah (8/5): Overall very pleasant stay. - Lovely and clean. More spacious than it looks in photos! Easy check in. Nice and quiet area, near to the tube. WiFi wasn’t great. There was a bit of a lack of furnishing for something billed as a luxury property. Could do with more teatowels, bedside tables at all beds, blinds on upstairs bedroom roof windows, bathroom bins, towels that are big enough to wrap around a normal sized human etc etc!
