• Valentyna (10/5): Exceptional - We had a family vacation. Communication with the owner was easy and fast. All information about the house was given before check-in. The location is good. We were happy with everything.

• Anonymous (2/5): It's been the worst place we've ever stayed. - The beds were comfortable The house was extremely dirty, the shower didn't work, the toilet seat had velour material adhered on it, very unsafe neighbourhood. STAY AWAY!
• Whelan (8/5): Overall good place for the price - The house it self was nice and cozy other then it was freezing when we arrived because the temperature in the house was set so low Didn't like how the driveway was not plowed and steps not cleaned almost fell was very slippery

• Christine (6/5): Good location, but needs cleaning. - Reasonable price and good location. Bed was comfortable. It was not clean. Dust everywhere and table cloth was stained. Kitchen was not well supplied. Very few utensils. Only one pot , no salad bowl. Coffee pods supplied were not enough. We went to purchase more and could not find any.

• Geraldine (7/5): We enjoyed our stay & would book again for a short stay. - Exactly as described. Communication with owner was great. Recommended a great Thai restaurant to us! Clean & suited our needs. We were only there for one night so this wasn’t a big problem but it is lacking in normal kitchen utensils. No spatula, hardly any glasses or utensils. Bath towels are just adequate, no facecloths. Only one roll of toilet paper. No facial tissues.
• Joanna (8/5): Would rent again. - It was nice to have a home to stay in versus a hotel room. Awesome to have laundry facilities. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Nicely decorated and comfortable beds. Front steps needed to be fixed and a better railing. Need to cut some of the bushes near front entrance. Might need to have housekeeping to just be a bit more thorough.
• Fiona (5/5): Passable - The beds were very comfortable The spacious house has potential, however it needs attention. Weeds growing through the front stairs and along the side of the house. Front porch has boards lifting. The dining table, kitchen island, refrigerator, stove, milk frother, drinking glasses in the bathroom were not clean. I can't comment on the dishes, cutlery, etc. We did not cook or eat there. The toilet paper holder was broken. Towels were available , but no face cloths. I could go on, but choose not to. I question what the cleaning fee is for. I won't book this property again.

• Saner (10/5): Exceptional - Location, just a few minutes by car to all the stores and restaurants. Very nice bungalow. We liked to have the kitchen to prepare our own meals. Comfy couch in living room. Nice bedrooms. It felt like a home to us. We will definitely book again for our next stay in Cornwall. Very good value for the price. It was in general very clean, just some dust behind the tv.

• Nicjackpaddywhack (10/5): Exceptional - Super convenient, close to all amenities. Incredibly spacious and fully equipped home for a reasonable price. It was our home away from home for the weekend and we would definitely stay here again should the opportunity arise. It was such a nice and restful weekend that the only thing I didn't like was having to pack up and go home.

• Nathalie (6/5): Could have lots of potential if improvements are made - Lots of space. Quick responses to questions from owner. The front steps could use some fixing up, a bit of a tripping hazard. Some over grown weeds poking through the steps. Lots of road noise. A smokey/musty smell as soon as you walk inside. There were no instructions on how to use the shower. Had to send an e-transfer a few days later because payment wasn’t properly set up.
• Danielle (9/5): Would stay again. - Lots of space, easy to access, delicious coffee was left for us to indulge in, excellent internet, good value. A few minor cleanliness things such as crumbs on the chairs.
