• Carlos-alarcon (9/5): Stay was great . - Very clean and confortable , excellent location the staff very friendly. The parking , we had a big suv it was very difficult to maneuver , we had a handicap license but still they give us a high level parking . No clear directions how to park .
• Glenn (6/5): Good stay at the apartment. Apartment is comfortable but I wouldn’t call it luxurious. - View from the 40th floor was amazing. The apartment was comfortable with everything you needed. It’s advertised as luxurious which it may have been when it was new. Everything worked ok, cooker, washing machine etc but the apartment is looking a little tired and need of a revamp to make it luxurious. Beds were very comfortable with clean towels and linen. There is only 1 key to the apartment. This was a bit inconvenient as we were a family of four and sometimes come and go separately. You can purchase an extra fob for the lifts and elevator for $10 from reception but without an extra key it seemed pointless. I contacted the host about the key but he only had 1. The apartment had been cleaned before we arrived but could have been done about better if I am honest. Location wise it’s pretty good although it ls 30 mins away from the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. There’s a couple of shops for groceries nearby. On the whole we had a good stay at the apartment but to call it luxurious is a bit misleading. I’ve tried to be honest with my review to help people in the future. As when I looked at reviews they were very mixed.If you get it for a good price then it’s worth a stay.
• Cor (6/5): Good but the apartment need to have renovation urgent! - The Apartment have amazing look on the sea! As well the 40st floor very high (-: The curtains from the both bedrooms + the living room are poor located and to short of sizes so this need to be chaneged urgent when the sun comes up.around 05.30 am you already wake up Good if you are early bird but bad if you want to sleep some more! The both badrooms need to be urgent renovations because they are old! Any way if you pay for 3 night $1200 the owner need invest in this normal needs.

• Gopal (1/5): Very bad! Never recommend - never stayed here. The apartment was too dirty and the host was to rude. Everything went wrong. The communication woth the host is bad! I booked an apartment for 28 nov till dec 1st, but somehow my dated got changed to 27-30 nov. I tried contacting the host like a million times. I texted, called, sent an email. Never got a reply. My flight was on the 28th so I showed up on 28th of november. First the front desk had no info about our visit.Our name was not in the system. We had to stand there for like an hour and half and figure out who’s apartment it was. They tried calling. We were with a group of 4. 2 youngsters, 2 seniors and 1 toddler. Everyone was hungry, the baby was even crying for food. We just landed from a 5 hour AA flight and went straight to the adress. After approximately 1.75 hours the host made contact with me through booking message and we finally got the keys. The elevator key wasn’t working. We went upstrairs and NOTHINGG was the same as the photo’s. The apartment was DIRTY, everything was broken and the cough was torn. So we went back to the front desk. They couldn’t help with anything. All they could say was “you”re gonna have to contact the owner” At this point we were so frustrated so we went back to the apartment,put the key back in the apartment and went traight out and never camr back! I want a refund because of everything I went through with my toddler.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Great Place to stay - Good location, close to shop, restaurants and transportation. Very nice view. AC working well, all amenities needed were provided. No parking before check in. There was no street parking available, so we needed so circle back for 30min. Also for such a big apartment more glassess/cups could be nice.
• Charankamalpreet (10/5): I would highly recommend staying in this unit. The hospitality of the host was incredible and ensured anything we needed - Amazing location in the heart of Brickell. Out of this world sea views and skyscrapers.

• Paul (5/5): Overall very disappointing. - Nice location, comfortable beds. Internet access was terrible. The host did try to help but once it was working it was very intermittent. I would not class this apartment as luxurious. The network point for the router was hanging out of the wall. A lamp in the lounge didn’t have any bulbs in it. The apartment is in need of some TLC, certainly not worth the amount we paid for it.
