• MS (10/5): Apartamento súper acogedor. - El apartamento es perfecto. Es muy acogedor. Tiene absolutamente de todo lo que puedes necesitar. Tienes varias almohadas para la cama.Está muy bien ubicado. Alessandra te ayuda en todo lo que necesites.Y el apartamento es la planta baja, bajando las escaleras. Realmente todo es perfecto.

• Nicky (10/5): Beautiful spacious quiet apartment - A very nice spacious basement floor apartment. Felt like home from home.
• Pamela (10/5): Short but very comfortable. - It was well situated, welcoming and very well equipped. The host was very helpful when we couldn’t find bedding or work the television and came personally to sort it out.
• Linda (10/5): A real gem and the perfect place to stay in London. - The flat is beautiful and very comfortable. It was lovely and warm and had everything we could have wanted. It’s located in a very quiet area and we had a great nights sleep. Easy walking distance to The Royal Albert Hall, Kensington Palace and museums and also the underground station at Gloucester Road. Instructions to gain entry were clear and easy and communications were quickly answered. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Nothing.
• dziemidko (8/5): This place had grace and style fitting for a stay in one of the most desirable areas of London - Beautifully appointed apartment. Had style and comfort. Spacious. Heating at bit slow to get going but worked well. Quiet area of London, attractive surrounds. Bed comfort, Mattress too firm for me. Odd base sheet, seemed like waterproof under sheet. Thin duvet.

• Sadie (9/5): Superb - The location was perfect!! It was near the tube, grocery stores, and so many attractions. The apartment was cozy, had lovely furniture, and was well laid out. The only issue of note was the low ceiling in the kitchen that you need to be mindful of if you're taller than 5'10" (husband found out the hard way a few times).

• Keith (10/5): Super place, super location - An excellent well laid out and furnished apartment. So clean and had everything you could need for a short or even long stay. Bed was super large with a firm mattress. Excellent heating so would be happy here whatever the time of the year. Quiet location but cafes, restaurants and plenty of pubs. Very convenient for the Natural History Museum, V&A and St James Palace and Park. Pleasant walk to the Albert Hall. Slight noise from apartment above so an early night could be disturbed
• Elis (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect location in one of the best areas, few minutes walk from museums and attractions. We stayed for 2 nights with our 5 year old twins and it was great. The owner was very approachable and allowed us to check in earlier for a small fee to cover the costs with earlier cleaning. The place was very clean, beatifully furnished and designed, it had absolutely everything we needed with fully equiped kitchhen inclusing basic seasonings, great coffee, sugar, tea, etc. Nice bathroom and very handy second toilet near the kitchen. All equiped with shampoo, soap, clean towels, etc. Tv with Netflix was great with the kids. Even had a straller, highchair and babycot if you had a younger child. Umbrella, hairdryer and basically You can literally move in and will not be missing anything for a while. Would highly recommend ! Thanks ao much Alessandra

• Jenikoleva (9/5): Superb - The flat is small but cozy, there is absolutely everything you might need in the kitchen, including washing machine and cooking essentials. The location is perfect, on 3 minutes walking distance from metro. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The only minor cons is that it could be a little warmer. There's two working small heaters and its a bit hard for them to keep up, especially in colder weather.
• Minshaw (10/5): We’ll be back! - We loved the location, it’s very peaceful in a busy London. The flat was great for our family of 4, has everything we needed. And super easy for transport. The flat has a great cozy feel. Everything worked out great!

• Peter (8/5): Nice flat, great location, room for improvement. - Great location, peaceful, nicely furnished and welcoming. Good facilities, and responsive host. Somewhat chilly. A couple of free-standing electric heaters werevnot quite up to the job of keeping the place warm. The two wall mounted heaters and one of the towel rads weren't working. Wifi not connected to the Internet (was only there overnight, so no time to resolve this with the host).

The electric heating in the kitchen and main parts of the apartment did not work. Only an electric heater in the sleeping area worked which helped. The bathroom was warm and clean. As it was a basement and rather dark I felt the price was ra - The situation was great for what we wanted to do - Gloucester Road tube station is so close and it’s a short walk to the museums and restaurants. The property was spacious and interestingly furnished. Because it was a basement flat (which we’d not expected before we received the access instructions) there was significant lack of natural light. As it’s ‘underground’ there is little air flow throughout which meant that the bathroom was rather damp and musty and our towels didn’t dry.

• Mark (10/5): Thank you for such a positive experience - Excellent spacious flat. Very comfortable. Felt I was living around there again! It was so well laid out without being pretentious. Great walk to the Albert Hall and lovely coffee shop nearby for breakfast. I had to phone the owner and got an instant response. We will return without hesitation! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I have nothing to comment about negatively.
• Petr (8/5): Family of 4 - weekend trip to London. - We like that apartment have all home facilities, tv with Netflix, comfort beds, and it was tee and sugar in kitchen also easy self check in/out. Also info leaflets about London. Overall, we were very happy and definitely recommend to our friends. Second toalet was difficult to flush (that one near the kitchen) And some pots definitely need to be replaced.
