• Luke (9/5): Wildly Exceeded Expectations - First and foremost the staff are exemplary - Polite, courteous and helpful. Noor, Hani, the lady I spoke to on reception, the luggage porter, cleaners all fantastic. The location is ideal - A couple of mins walk from the Giza Necropolis (Pyramids) Sphinx entrance and a brilliant view of the Pyramids and Sphinx and many affordable mini-marts and Pharmacies in the vicinity. The breakfast knocked my socks off - Even when we missed breakfast by 15 minutes the kind lady in the restaurant cooked us a cheese and ham-style beef croissant to tide us over. The air con is cold and the room has a full size fridge for drinks. Bedlinen clean and fresh, mattress comfortable, towels folded into swans and tea and coffee making provided in room all up to snuff. The decor was modern and in near-new condition. Lift (elevator) clean and functional. For the price there was nothing to dislike although there are three key considerations I would like to leave for future guests: 1. The entrance is down a private pathway - This can confuse Uber/InDrive cabs - Particularly if arriving from out of town - You may be better navigating to Sacred Oils of Egypt - Hassan's shop. Which is on the road next to the pathway entrance. 2. I have seen reviews stating there is music audible in the rooms from outside - While I was there this did occur but ONLY on the weekends and was ALWAYS switched off between 10 and 11 in good time for a sound sleep. 3. Although the shower is good temperature and flow wise, the bathrooms are compact wet-rooms - as such you'll lose an extra towel to the floor to make sure you don't slip - If for some reason you are looking at hotels in this price range and you cannot survive sharing a hand towel simply ask the staff for an extra towel and they will provide one with a smile.

El personal MUY amable, hablan inglés y de comunican perfecto, Bassant es la recepcionista en el turno mañana y es súper amable, su trabajo es un 10 y siempre está ahí para ayudarte y acompañarte,te aconseja de los lugares a los cuales ir, te ofrecen una vez cosas que venden pero jamás te molestan, al revés siempre te ayudan y te cuidan! Volvería a alojarme sin dudas aquí. La vista es increíble, las habitaciones con calefacción y aire que funcionan, te regalan aguas al llegar, cuentan con heladera y un desayuno MUY abundante. Y comprar la comida allí en el bar también es económico. Recomiendo hospedarse al 100%. Respecto a los que dicen de olor a camello, o excremento, están en Egipto!

We did the Giza pyramids and Saqqara tour, followed by a day trip to Alexandria. Both experiences were perfectly organized. The guides were professional and friendly, and we never felt rushed. The hotel handled all the details, so we didn’t have to worry about anything. It made the whole trip much more relaxing and enjoyable.

• CANSUGÜL (3/5): İyi bir konaklama değildi. - Kahvaltı orta seviyede,akşam yemekleri çok kötü, konum iyi. 16/19 / 2026 tarihleri arasında Kahire’de bulunan otelinizde konakladık. Konaklamamız boyunca birçok konuda mağduriyet yaşadık. Aşağıda yaşadığımız sorunları açık ve net şekilde iletiyorum: 1. Piramitlere yürüme mesafesi yaklaşık 3 dakika olmasına rağmen, tarafımıza özel araçla 2 km uzaklıktaki farklı bir kapıya götürülüp 70 USD ücret talep alınmıştır. Daha sonra başka bir personele durumu ilettiğimizde, bu ücretin Nil tekne turu ile telafi ederiz dedi ve nil tekne turu için ödeme yapmadık. 2. Büyük Mısır Müzesi’ne Uber ile rahatlıkla gidebileceğimiz halde, “müze turu” adı altında 70 USD alındı, sadece araçla müzeye götürülüp geri getirilmiş bulunmaktayız. Müze biletlerini ayrıca kendimiz satın aldık. 3. Otel konaklaması için ödememiz gereken tutar yaklaşık 16.000 TL iken, %3 banka komisyonu gerekçesiyle tarafımızdan 21.000 TL tahsil edilmiştir. Bu oran kabul edilebilir değildir. 4. Havaalanı karşılama ve otele dönüş hizmetinin ücretsiz olduğu belirtilmesine rağmen, bizi karşılayan taksi şoförü 20 USD ücret almıştır. 5. Odamız restoranın altında yer almakta olup, geç saatlere kadar ve sabah erken saatlerde aşırı gürültü yaşanmıştır. Oda değişimi talebimize “odalar dolu” denilerek 3 gün boyunca gürültülü odada kalmak zorunda bırakıldık. 6. Kahvaltı orta seviyedeydi, akşam yemekleri ise oldukça kalitesizdi. Özellikle pizzalar yenilebilecek düzeyde değildi. Bu yaşananlar, ödediğimiz ücret ve beklentilerimizle kesinlikle örtüşmemektedir. Mağduriyetimizin telafi edilmesini ve tarafıma yazılı olarak dönüş yapılmasını rica ediyorum. Saygılarımla
• SHI FANG (8/5): - 离金字塔售票处走路三分钟，天台吃早点可以看到金字塔，奇妙的感觉，值得体验原汁原味的埃及异域风情。 位置难找，第一天入住找错地方，因为是一家公司办的酒店，就让我们入住了，还奇怪和预定是房间照片不一样，第二天才告诉我们需要搬到实际入住的酒店，耽误了我们去金字塔游完的时间。但工作人员态度很好，只是沟通上有误区。 酒店洗手台水龙头材质差，一抬就断了，差点划伤手，退房时没让我们赔偿。 酒店前面的路上全是骆驼，马车，汽车，过马路要小心，地上全是屎尿，味道大，但是酒店内闻不到。晚上也不吵。 酒店介绍的包车司机去远处的阶梯金字塔，服务好，介绍的金字塔景观餐厅看到了金字塔晚霞落日，但收费贵，是indrive价格的四五倍。

• Irene (2/5): A scam. They took me to a different property after paying - I was scammed. After paying, they took me to a different hotel with much worse rooms, much worse terrace views and in a building with weird things going on. I did not like that I was scammed! I went to the reception in the building that is shown, but after paying they took me to a completely different hotel, in a different location, with different rooms (much worse than the ones in the pictures), and worse views from the terrace, which was also different of the one shown in pictures.
• Pascale (10/5): Vue incroyable, proche de tout, super propre - Confortable et incroyablement situé juste devant les pyramides, mais à l'écart du bruit (sauf les chameaux le matin..). A 5mn de l'entrée. Chambre 102 petite, mais ultra propre et le staff était formidable, surtout Samy à la réception. Possibilité de remplir une gourde a la fontaine à eau. Réception 24/24. Petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse à la vue incroyable, varié et copieux, et en insistant un peu on pouvait même avoir un expresso d'une cafetière moka dénichée dans les étagères du bar. Impossible de se lasser de la vue. J'ai prolongé mon séjour de 2 nuits plutôt que d'aller en ville polluée. C'est minime au regard des +: préférez une chambre au 2e ou 3e car la pompe à eau est bruyante. Pas de parasols ni de lampes assez fortes sur la terrasse mais peut-être était-ce dû à la saison.
• Rick (6/5): Prima, met een nasmaakje - Op basis van voornamelijk positieve reviews hebben wij deze plek geboekt en in eerste instantie stelde het niet teleur. De transfer van vliegveld naar hotel was goed geregeld en het uitzicht op de piramides vanaf het dakterras is prachtig! De entree van het gebied (de Sphinx) ligt ook op steenworp afstand. Het ontbijt was erg ruim van opzet en erg lekker, dat verdient een dikke 10. Ook de ontvangst was erg gastvrij en vriendelijk. De beste meneer van de receptie wilde erg graag dat we een tour via het hotel boekte en was daarom erg opdringerig. Toen we aangaven dat we al tours hadden geboekt en er over na zouden denken, ging hij weg. Ook het avondeten was erg slecht, duurde heel lang (anderhalf uur en we waren de enige) en was niet te pruimen. Toen we beide onze borden lieten staan en vroegen naar de rekening, werd de "kok" boos en vroeg om uitleg. Hem ook de uitleg gegeven, maar hij bleef vol onbegrip brabbelen, dus betaald en naar de kamer gegaan om te gaan slapen. We lagen goed en wel in bed, werd er hard op de deur geklopt, of we al na hadden gedacht over een tour. Dit was erg jammer!

The staff were all wonderful and really helpful. Our transport from Cairo airport was included in the price which was incredible. The room we were given on arrival was very small and did not match the advertised description. We were offered a triple room for a small additional price which we were very happy with.

• VERONIQUE (6/5): Attention, pas de fenetre - Le personnel était très aimable et près à nous aider pour nous satisfaire Il était écrit chambre de 25 m² avec 1 grand lit. C'était minuscule et le lit faisait à peine 110 de large pour soit disant 2 personnes. Impossible de dormir à 2 dedans. Nous avons demandé une autre chambre qui était aussi petite mais avec 2 lits pour la première nuit car nous sommes arrivés à 2 heures du matin après un long vol et pas la force de changer d'hotel. On avait pris une chambre supérieure, plus chère car notée plus grande que les autres et en fait c'était minuscule et sans fenêtre. Heureusement le patron nous a proposé une autre chambre dans un hôtel à côté pour la deuxième nuit. Le patron a été aimable mais ce n'est pas correct de vendre une chambre plus chère soit disant plus grande alors que c'est faux. De plus il n'est pas précisé qu'il n'y a pas de fenêtre. L'hotel proposé juste quelques mètres plus loin était bien mieux. Par contre c'était propre et le petit dej correct

Wi-Fi was a little slow at times, but acceptable.

• Alya (9/5): Bel hôtel, bien situé et super rapport qualité prix - la chambre, la propreté et le confort du lit. Le petit-déj était varié et très bon. Le personnel était très gentil et respectueux. Les murs très fins, on entend tous les gens qui discutent dans les couloirs et on nous entend très facilement. La douche impossible de prendre une douche sinon tout est mouillé, il faudrait mettre au moins une raclette pour enlever l'eau et un torchon pour l'eau qui arrive de la douche vers la toilette.

Overall a great stay. Bathroom is very compact. Distance from Downtown it is a bit far, many uber scam nearby booked uber but they ask for a separate price in cash. Go with Uber prices and ignore the scam.

• MASARU (8/5): - ピラミッドの入場門に近く、屋上のレストランからピラミッドが一望でき、非常に良いロケーション。部屋は清潔で明るいが狭く、荷解きするのも大変。朝食は美味しい。 一つ問題を挙げると、ホテルの前の道がラクダや馬の朝の待機場所になっており、その排泄物が道に落ちており清掃されていないため、臭いが気になった。また、乾燥した"ソレ"が風がふくとまっている。
