• Annia (10/5): Beautiful stay in Milan! - We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, clean and cozy. The hosts were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, everything was great. The only small thing is that we would have liked the air conditioning to get a bit colder, especially at night. Other than that, everything was exceptional.
• Anna (9/5): Il mio breve soggiorno è per problemi di salute - La struttura è piccola, ma funzionale Avendo rappresentato in sede di prenotazione che ho problemi di deambulazione, invito ad indicare nei servizi che l'ascensore non si ferma al piano, ma è necessario percorrere una rampa di scale. Fortunatamente ero accompagnata , perché per prendere le chiavi dell'appartamento bisogna salire a piedi al terzo piano , per poter fruire dell'ascensore che funziona esclusivamente con chiavi . Queste informazioni vanno ufficializzate . Ulteriore nota è la mancanza dell'asciugamano per il bidè , sinceramente utilizzare l'asciugamano del viso o quella della doccia , mi sa di inciviltà .Infine benché presente macchina per il caffè elettrica con capsule, queste ultime mancano come i tovaglioli di carta . Sono dotazioni da fornire al turista che non può appena arriva in struttura , scendere per fare la spesa. Piccoli dettagli che fanno la differenza , se si mira a migliorare.

• Doris (7/5): Gutes Studio mit Luft nach oben - Schönes Studio, geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß und der Bereich Küchenzeile, Esstisch und Bett ist schon etwas eng, aber für drei Nächte war es für uns ok. Problemloser Check-in/Checkout per Schlüsselbox. Leider war die Küchenausstattung lückenhaft. Im Inserat war ein Wasserkocher angegeben (den wir auch gebraucht hätten), der war aber nicht vorhanden. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass er da sein müsste. Ich habe nochmal alles durchgeschaut und weil es tatsächlich keinen Wasserkocher gab, habe ich wieder Kontakt aufgenommen. Diesmal habe ich leider keine Antwort mehr bekommen. Ich finde es schon ziemlich traurig, dass es dem Vermieter dann doch einfach egal ist. Ebenso fehlten Teelöffel, ein Geschirrtuch, ein Schwamm oder Spültuch und/oder Spülbürste. Das Geschirrtuch gehört laut Vermieter nicht zur Ausstattung, dafür sollte Küchenpapier da sein, was allerdings auch fehlte. Da es nur je 2 Tassen und 2 Teller gibt, musste ich die mit den Händen abwaschen, da ich für 4 Geschirrteile nicht immer den Geschirrspüler anmachen wollte. Zudem hatten wir gar keine Möglichkeit, irgendetwas abwischen zu können. Wegen der fehlenden Dinge, der Ignoranz und weil es auch nicht ganz sauber war, gibt es Punktabzug.

• Iryna (10/5): A very good experience - A very cozy and clean place. We really enjoyed staying here — it has everything needed for a comfortable stay: a kitchen, a bathroom, and a washing machine. Communication with the host was very easy and clear. The property is easy to find. There are several trams nearby that quickly take you to the city center — for example, getting to the Duomo is very fast! I highly recommend this place for future trips.
• Hannah (10/5): Great time - I had a really good time in the Studio Suite Navigli Bocconi! It’s a really comfortable place and you feel like you’re in an own little apartment. The bed is really good and the kitchen was a perfect place to cook. In the area of the studio, you can find a lot of nice cafes, bars, stores and a supermarket is nearby. You have many options to go by tram or train everywhere. You can go to the city easily and have the nice area Navigli just in front of the door. While contacting the owner, I got directly helpful an nice answers. Thanks a lot! Nothing

• Dana (9/5): - Výborné spojení do centra. Ubytování čisté, útulné, výborná komunikace s majiteli v situaci, kdy jsme přijeli později, než byl plán. "Nelíbilo" je silné slovo. Jen bych majitelům doporučila dovybavit kuchyňku kávovými lžičkami, čajovou konvicí a noži na krájení.

• nicole (10/5): Superbe séjour - La situation géographique est excellente à 15 minutes en bus du Dôme!! Le bar à côté du studio vend les tickets pour un, deux ou trois jours au choix.. Le stationnement est un peu plus compliqué car il faut trouver l'horodateur..il est dans la rue adjacente à quelques mètres en remontant sur la droite et là on peut payer pour 1,50euros/heure pour toute la journée à renouveler tous les matins. L'avantage de cet emplacement est la tranquillité après le tumulte de la ville. La résidence est cossue et dispose d'un ascenseur!!! La décoration du studio est raffinée et pleine de goût. Rien ne manque tout a été pensé pour notre bien-être avec beaucoup de finesse et de réalité .La relation avec la propriétaire est extrêmement agréable et chaleureuse de plus Michele est très à l'écoute des demandes et répond de façon très réactive. Ce studio est une perle au milieu d'une énorme ville. Nous invitons les futurs visiteurs de Milan à y séjourner pour notre part si nous retournons dans cette ville, c'est là que nous irons. Merci Michele pur votre gentillesse, nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour. Tout est parfait

• Pui (7/5): Good - Bed & pillows were comfy. Very close to tram station. Upon arrival, we found the floor was dusty and so we vacuum-cleaned the floor before settling down. The only shower head is the fixed type which is not our preferred type. Lack of hooks for towels in the bathroom and clothes at the foyer.
• Aryna (8/5): Good for a short stay - The sofa with TV set was great. The apartment was clean. There was a toaster. There is park not far from the apartment. -The pins and pans require reanimation. There is problem with handles and it could harm in the end. -Noisy neighbours… they talk loudly until 1 pm. In the morning you have to listen alarm during 3 hours (8 am-11am). It is unusual. And it looks like it is the same apartment. Nice to have : the mirror in the hallway.

The host Melissa was super prompt and helpful in her response. The apartment was tastefully done and everything was well thought out I would recommend this to anyone. Sufficient for two people. I would be unfair to say anything negative about this place. Good value for money.
• Kristīne (9/5): The apartment is super nice and the tram that goes to the Duomo is right outside the building. The neighborhood is good - Clean, spacious, comfortable. A bigger mirror outside of bathroom would be nice!
• Helen (10/5): A little gem near the Navigli area - This is a beautiful studio apartment. We like to walk so we were absolutely fine covering lots of Milan on foot. There is a tram stop a 5 minute stroll away to take you to the heart of the City if you want to use public transport.. The owners were excellent at keeping in touch and gave clear instructions on how to find the property. The studio was clean and tastefully decorated. There was nothing for us to dislike. Just be careful in the middle of the night if you need to use the bathroom as there is a step.

The design of the house is very nice, as in the photos. There was dust around the television unit. The bed is of medium quality. Train and tram noise can be disturbing.

• Tang (9/5): I would definately stay at this apartment again. - It was our first time in Milan and thanks to this lovely apartment our stay was unforgettable. After long days of sightseeing it was a place we looked forward to getting back for resting. The apartment had a very good location as it was close to the tram/bus stop and diferent shops/markets. Therefore, it was very easy to travel to the city center (Duomo etc.). The rooms were very clean and had all the equipment/things necessary for a longer stay. Furthermore, the apartment itself is beautiful and modern with an easy access. One thing I did not like was that you could hear the trains pass near the apartment at night and the fridge was quite noisy. If you are a light sleeper then this is something which would be disturbing.

After staying in hotels it was nice to have a kitchenette with a decent sized fridge/freezer and a washing machine.
