• Jürgen Hobel (10/5): Sehr schönes Appartement, voll ausgestattet, ruhig gelegen mit extrem hilfsbereitem Vermieter! - Das Appartement hat eine tolle Ausstattung und super Lage in einer ruhigen Gegend und sogar eine abschließbare Garage für das Auto. Bahnhof und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, auch ein gut sortierter Supermarkt ist gleich um die Ecke. Wir waren super zufrieden, alles hat gepasst! Alessandro ist ein sehr netter und extrem hilfsbereiter Vermieter, er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei unserem Problem mit dem Auto (und das am Samstag!) sofort und mit Erfolg weitergeholfen! Danke nochmals dafür! Es gab nichts zu beanstanden

• Sonja (10/5): Perfekter Aufenthalt – tolle Wohnung, super Lage und ein großartiger Gastgeber. - Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt! Gastgeber Alessandro war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit – man fühlte sich sofort willkommen. Die Ferienwohnung selbst war sehr sauber, ordentlich und hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders praktisch war auch die Lage: Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, sodass man schnell und unkompliziert überall hinkommt. Klare Empfehlung!

• Emilie (9/5): Lovely flat close to Tratevere - The flat was clean and modern, and well equiped. Alessandro was a great host, we had a very late check-in (1 am) and he made sure we had all the information we needed to access the appartement. He was also very thoughtful and left us some tea, coffee and toasts for the following morning. We will definitely come back!

The apartment has all the amenities you need for a short and long stay , we were a family of 4, and we fitted perfectly. The neighborhood is safe, and there is lots to do nearby. Thank you, Alessandro, for your hospitality! I wish it was a little bit closer to Trastevere. It was not far , but the transportation was on strike on the days that we were there.

• Phillip (9/5): A very nice holiday apartment in Rome - Very nicely designed, clean, and thoughtfully equipped holiday apartment. The host is very nice and helpful. Restaurants, pharmacy and supermarkets are available within walking distance. The apartment is located near to Trastevere station, which makes the trip to various sightseeing spots easy. However since it is located in the local residential neighborhood, the streets where we have to walk through everyday are quite dirty.

• Aqnz1423 (9/5): Superb - We were four and travelling as family with two children. There was nice parking at the facility. Sandro and his family as were super amazing and cooperative. Stay was comfortable and near transportation. Kitchen facilities were sufficient for us. Nothing at all.

• Jennifer (10/5): Wonderful stay, great price, feel like a local - fair price for amenities and comfort. Apartment was very clean. Host, Alessandro, was very responsive and was able to send someone to help us with the air conditioner within 20 minutes! Tram station is about 8 minutes away, an easy walk. Great restaurant downstairs. Cosi Vale, with wonderful service and food. The walk from the train station to the apartment was a little challenging with suitcases as there are stairs and an uphill walk about 9 minutes. But I feel this situation is common in Italy.
• Hári (10/5): PERFECT - Alessandro and his wife are very kind. They helped me with everything. The apartment is wonderful. (One that I would also like to live in.) We had a lot of fun. The beds were comfortable, we were greeted by wonderful cleanliness and fragrance. I would like to highlight the closed garage in their underground garage. It was very important to us that our car was in a safe place! We are very satisfied! Everything you need is available nearby. Transportation to the city center is great. I recommend it to everyone and thank you very much for being here! My only regret is that we didn't stay a few more days! I hope to see you again soon! Zsófia -

Apartment fully equipped, new and clean , Alesandro is really oriented to details. He is very supportive for anything you need. I liked everything. Maybe location could be better since you need bus or tram to go downtown but it's close to apartment and good organized, so not really a minus.

• Екатерина (10/5): The best apartment in Rome - We never expected that this apartment will be so amazing!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 It was brand new and perfectly clean. The design of the flat is very modern and stylish. We liked every detail! Kitchen, washing machine, bathroom with shower, two sinks, even two balconies! Separate bedroom and living room were very cozy and relaxing. And the flat was really big! There was even a catalogue with useful information. No problems with check in and check out. Alessandro even was so kind to meet us at Trastevere station and take our luggage so we could start our Rome exploration immediately. By the way, location is very good because the apartment is not far from the Trastevere station and there is a 27-minute train to the Fiumicino airport so it was completely perfect for us. There are also buses and trains to reach all places of interest like Colosseum and Vatican easily. We really didn't know what to expect because there were no reviews and we were so glad to choose this apartment! I guess it was the best Rome choice ever! The only thing we are sorry about is that we spent only one day here.. Highly recommended!!
