• Oliya (8/5): Tout est très bien pour les voyageurs qui ne passent que les nuits dans cet appartement. - C'est un appartement très propre. La maison se situe près de la station de métro, il y a beaucoup de bons restaurants dans le quartier.

I will probably come back next time I’m travelling there ! - This is the cutest airbnb, accomodities are so easy and everything is clean !! The location is perfect if you want to visit the city, it’s near downtown and CN Tower and there’s a municipality parking right next to, which is perfect to be safe even in the night :) Frank is absolutely the best and si kind ! He’s always available and respond very fast !!

• Konstantin (7/5): Overall good experience for the money you pay, as long as you have the right expectations - The place served the purpose of staying overnight. Good location. a bit small for a tall person, not a big deal for an overnight stay.
• Eva (10/5): - Apartment was clean, nicely decorated so we instantly felt welcome. Bathroom was spotless clean and the bed was super comfy! The location is very central, next to Bloor with loads of restaurants and boutiques. Public transport is walking distance. TTC green line station (Bathurst) is 2 minute walk and yellow line station (Spadina) is 10-15 minute walk. Frank our host gave us clear indications on how to get to the apartment. Messaged us a couple times before our stay so we were confident from the start that there would be no trouble with the reservation. You can hear the TTC trains from the apartment (low rumbling every couple of minutes). I still slept great, didn't bother me.

• Julie & Johnny (10/5): - It's very closed to subway entrance, only 5 minutes walking. The suite is very clean, newly equipped. There're anything needed for travelling. Everything is exactly described as posted. Though it in basement, it's very comfortable and air fresh. Recommend to other guests. Will be definitely comeback. Thanks host.

• David (5/5): Comfortable room, although some ceilings are extremely low, watch your head - Location was good. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower nice and powerful. What really spoilt it for us was the morning of check out. We were told it was an 11am check out, which is fine - even though we weren't flying till 7pm. So we were planning on leaving at exactly 11am. At 10am the host decided to make a lot of excessive noise, I actually felt quite embarrassed for him. He was hoovering what sounded like a wooden floor upstairs above our room and decided to do his washing and drying using the machines outside of our room entrance. The icing on the cake was when he knocked on our door at 10.50am to see if we had left - or leaving. He seemed quite desperate for us to get out. This alone, spoilt our whole experience

• Simrit (9/5): Superb - This was a lovely stay! Frank was incredibly responsive and attentive, and did everything he could to make our stay as comfortable as possible. He's made the best of his basement space, and it feels very welcoming and cozy. Everything was comfortable, the wifi was very fast, and we were very grateful for the AC during a heat wave! For the price and location right next to the skytrain station which we used daily, this stay was absolutely worth it.
• Mimi (5/5): I did not sleep well - The metro is under the room so is noisy, the mattress was finished, the water in the shower changed temperature if the owner are using the water in the main house ,the floor uneven, the sink need a very big clean and desinfection

Frank is a wonderful host—friendly, attentive, and always quick to communicate Since it's a basement, you can hear public transport quite clearly inside. Also, showering might be a bit challenging for taller people.

• Christian (7/5): Good - Basement is in a good location, can walk to many central spots. The basement was clean and tidy. cieling is low, a person higher than 6,2 would be able to stand. Also you can hear the subway all day long passing by every few minutes

• Kevin (9/5): Superb - I enjoyed my stay here. This was a clean and tidy place, with houseplants and artwork to brighten up the atmosphere. The rooms and amenities were thoughtfully prepared and well-labelled, including the lighting setup. I didn't use the kitchen, so can't comment. The location is convenient, close to both the subway and many restaurants. That does mean you can hear the subway rumble periodically, but it didn't bother me. The low ceilings meant that I needed to be careful in some areas, but I knew about this coming in. I'm 175cm (5'9") for reference.

• Seth (9/5): Great basement apartment right by transit and public parking - Excellent place! Clean, welcoming, the description was honest about the kind of space it is - it's a basement apartment, don't book it if you're looking for a place with cathedral ceilings. It's rare to find a place like this with the quality of kitchen and space in the bedroom. No parking on-site as shown on the booking page - although there is a Green P lot immediately next to the building, so it wasn't an issue (and probably more convenient than parking would be in the area).
• Lorenzo (9/5): Superb - The apartment is very cozy, the bed is very comfortable, the interior design makes you feel qt home, and the owner is very kind and supporting, the lights are very well positioned. It makes you feel very welcomed l, like at home. I also really strongly support the no shoes policy. I would suggest it for long periods, or for people who like to stay home and live the house a lot, because it's small and being a basement has basically no natural light. The shower is a little small.
