Please note that guests are required to pay destination fee of EUR 3.50 for adults, EUR 1.60 for children between 6 - 16 years of age. The destination fee is applied per person per night. Children under 6 and people with disabilities are not required to pay the destination fee. Guests are kindly requested to contact the property one day prior to arrival in order to specify the address and time of arrival. Check-in before 20.00 is free or charge. Late check-in is possible by prior arrangement with the property at an additional fee of EUR 25. Sara (10/5): Great stay in nature – perfect for dog owners. - We had a lovely stay at this apartment. A big plus is that dogs are welcome free of charge with no breed restrictions, which made traveling with our pet very easy. The kitchen is fully equipped, bedsheets and towels are provided, and everything was clean and comfortable. The surrounding nature is beautiful and perfect for relaxing walks. Overall, excellent value for money — we would definitely come back!
Sabine (7/5): Le logement "Ferienhaus Frei 4 Compact" plutôt moyen, situation parfaite. - La situation de l'appartement est parfaite, à proximité de plusieurs points de visite. La Forêt-Noire est vraiment belle: des lacs, des cascades, Freibourg..on a bien profité. Les échanges avec l'hôte sont agréables. La place de parking devant la maison est pratique. Le paiement. Pas plus tôt réservé, l'hôte me contacte pour lui faire un virement sur son RIB alors que d'habitude la transaction se fait via Booking et idem pour le solde par cash ou virement le jour de l'arrivée. Je n'ai pas l'habitude de procéder de cette façon, je préfère quand la transaction se fait avec l'intermédiaire Booking. La chambre parentale n'a pas de rideau assez occultant donc nous avons été réveillé tôt tous les matins (je l'ai signalé à l'hôte j'espère qu'elle fera le changement). Et nos voisins qui louaient l'appartement d'à côté étaient des ouvriers qui travaillaient à 6:30 donc réveillés tôt également par les portes et les discussions. Le côté mansardé du logement est aussi gênant à la longue. Nous sommes partis un jour plus tôt.
Joachim (8/5): Hatten 5 tolle Tage bei schönstem Wetter, viele Ausflüge ohne Auto, nur Bahn, Dank der Gästekarte - Das ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung Nr.12 Freiburg, im Erdgeschoss mit toller Terrasse, Parkplatz ist auch vorhanden, die 2 Zimmer sind ein großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ein kleineres mit etwas kleinerem Bett aber mit Elektro-Kamin. Großräumig auch der Küchenzeile und Wohnbereich mit gr. Flat-TV, Esstisch 4 Stühle, 2 Sofas, Geschirr u. Gläser könnte etwas mehr vorhanden sein. Gute Lage weil Bahnhof in ca. 8-10 min. Skisprungschanzen ( 4 ) auch in ca. 10 min. zu erreichen.
Petra (7/5): - Sehr schöne große saubere Wohnung, perfekt gelegen für ausgedehnte Wanderungen mit Hund. Leider hatte ich Pech mit meinen „Mitmietern“. Wohnung über mir und unter mir waren an Bauarbeiter/Monteure vermietet. Diese waren sehr laut, besonders morgens zwischen fünf und sechs Uhr. Stühle rücken, Türen schlagen, laute Unterhaltung/Radio, Auto „warmlaufen lassen“. Tagsüber waren sie auf der Arbeit, ich war auch unterwegs und dann ging das ganze nach Feierabend weiter. Haben bis spät nachts auf dem Balkon geredet und geraucht. Trotz geschlossener Fenster eine starke Geruchs- und Lärmbelästigung. Schade, denn ansonsten wäre die Wohnung perfekt gewesen. Bei der nächsten Buchung werde ich darauf achten, dass nur an Urlauber vermietet wird.

maryline (7/5): Joli appartement bien placé - L'appartement est bien placé, joliment meublé et fonctionnel. Vous avez la possibilité de visiter toute la région en bus ou train avec une carte de transport gratuite fournie par l'hébergeur. La literie est de mauvaise qualité, ça grince chaque fois que vous vous tournez. On a eu un souci avec la douche... Impossible de se laver, il y avait de l'eau partout. Heureusement le propriétaire est intervenu rapidement.

Anna (10/5): Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen. - Es gab einen Grillplatz, der Vermieter hat uns persönlich empfangen, alle Angaben im Angebot waren richtig. Besonderer Luxus war das Bad, mit einer super Dusche. Ruhige Lage schönes Ambiente, mit parkplatz vor dem Haus. Alles war in Ordnungh
