- Neda (1/5): Disappointed, cheap with terrible customer service. - Do not book this apartment. We had a terrible experience with people managing this apartment. They are unprofessional with no knowledge of customer service in hotel management. They charged my credit card extra $500 without my consent or knowledge as soon as they got hold of my credit card. They chased me to give them my credit card detail not via booking.com but over the phone and their own private payment link which saved my credit card in their link provided (very dodgy which I had to lock my credit card afterwards) After asking why I have been charged extra, their response was it is a security deposit. This was not mentioned anywhere in booking.com or any of their emails. They charge $200 extra for extra set of key. It was 4 of us staying for 2 nights. They provided only 2 toilet paper! Overall no class and very cheap management. You have to drive all over the place to collect key and then return in with taking a photo as if you are an uber driver. Do not waste your money and time with this mob.
