Guest Reviews
- T.S. Han (10/5): - This boutique hotel located in a safe neighborhood with 24hrs security. Supermarket and cafe are nearby. Local restaurant Funge is about 10min walk away serve authentic local cuisine.
Not many people speak English in Luanda but the manager Ana speaks perfect English.
She even walked with me to multiple atm around the neighborhood to get cash, as it's common in Luanda where foreign credit cards does not work in smaller establishments.
The two ladies in the kitchen prepared simple yet good breakfast every morning.
We were allow to have a very late checkout as our flight was late in the nite.
- quentin (8/5): Comfortable, basic, will located an expensive guest house - The accommodation is a bit basic, but it’s very clean, the bed is comfortable, the hot water works well. The staff are quite attentive but it’s a guest house not a hotel so there isn’t 24 hour service. The manager speaks perfect English so that’s helpful. Getting in and out of the guest house is tricky because the gate is locked and there’s no bell at the door so you have to keep calling the security guard to be let in. The towels are a bit worn where they are clean, but you only get one. The breakfast is very basic with eggs, some bread and jam and spreads but for many people that is enough.
- Sérgio (10/5): -
- AMARI (9/5): - Very clean and quite Nothing
- Nonde (10/5): -
- Adao (9/5): Nota maxima - comodidade, restrito, TV recheado incluindo Netflix, e o profissionalismo do pessoal, seguranca do local.
muito lindo o local. Valeu a pena.Parabens
- Nathan (3/5): Not a good value compared to other places I've stayed in Luanda - The location was ok in central Luanda There may be nicer rooms, I certainly didn't get one. Windowless and shabby. Also, the security guard asked me for "snack money" often, which I know is customary, but after overpaying for this room it felt like one thing too much.
- Bupemk (10/5): Exceptional -
- Irene (7/5): Good -
- Nayara (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lydia (6/5): Pleasant -
- Shaul (9/5): Superb -
- Tim (9/5): Wish we had found this property sooner - Great value. Great location. Great staff. Nil
- Joao (7/5): Good -
- Marc (10/5): Excellent spot in Luanda - The staff was super nice and the manager Ana was excellent. She is extremely helpful and generous. She speaks fluent English and always available.
Rooms, bathroom, breakfast were all great.
Wifi was good and the location as well. Maybe the price is a bit high for the country’s standards comparing it to other hotels we stayed at.
A swimming pool would make it the ideal spot to disconnect from the heat and chaos of the city.
Still, and excellent place to stay. Strongly recommended
- Sára (8/5): Very good - The room is big, clean and has all the necessary things. Wifi is fast enough and reliable. Communication was great and responses quick. They were nice enough to let me leave my luggage with them and shower before heading to airport in the afternoon. Luanda is an expensive city and while the price of the accommodation is competitive within Luanda, it's definitely quite a lot in international standards. No shampoo nor shower gel.
- Dionisio (9/5): Superb -
- Sanjeet (10/5): A true home away from home - Casa Natália's staff is very welcoming and supportive. Despite the language barrier (I do not speak Portuguese) they were always happy to help.
Rooms were spacious, equipped with all modern day amenities. Situated in a prime location. My stay couldn't be more comfortable.
- Jordan (9/5): Superb - It’s a great location with a grocery store and a restaurant next door
- Jordan (9/5): Superb -
- Rasheed (8/5): Central and affordable accommodation - The friendly staff who went out of their way to see to our needs. The security person accompanied us to the local supermarket and was most helpful Major disappointment happened in the morning when only one of our party of 8 was able to shower. There was no water from about 6am until just pass 7am, as we had to leave to catch our flight only one could shower. As we left the water was restored
- Wee (10/5): Well furnished guesthouse in central location - Firstly, the facilities are wonderful. I get what is effectively suite room with lots of space on a city known for expensive hotel.
Secondly, Ana, the manager, was just helpful when I had difficulty reaching my Yango transfer taxi to go to the airport. She spoke to the driver and ensured that he got to the guesthouse to fetch me. Nothing.
- Cosmin (10/5): Exceptional - I had big misconceptions about Angola. I was impressed arriving 19 o'clock in hotel that is private security, very gentle people. Next morning breakfast.
Ana was wonderful in all the support and communication. Great location also to walk till center and water promenade. I've couldn't choose better, especially that Luanda is famous for hotel prices that have nonsense
- Jacque (5/5): Thanks - My ROOM Not internet connection inside my phone
- Nigam (9/5): Cozy home away from home. - Each room had a big smart TV and a big fridge (not those small ones in the executive hotels), and the staff members were very good. They have a big kitchen right next to the dining room and gym. The kitchen is very well equipped; you can bring your ingredients and cook whenever you want to. There is a convenience store/supermarket opposite the guest for your daily needs. All rooms have an air conditioner which is needed in Luanda. Nothing happened that I didn't like. I am a vegetarian, and it's common in Africa that you don't find a big vegetarian spread in breakfast. However, they did help me with veg sandwiches. And you are allowed to order takeout or home delivery.
- Kazim (9/5): Superb -
- Paul (9/5): Superb - Staff was very friendly and helpful with advice and especially helpful was Ana.
- Lits'oanelo (10/5): Exceptional - The host, Ana , made our stay very welcome, she came very late as we were checking out early to see our stay was comfortable Language barrier with her staff
- Mamosa (6/5): Nice place. - Quiet and peaceful. Language barrier. Non of the staff spoke English so we had to rely on google translate
- Andrew (10/5): Exceptional - We had an excellent time.
The location is great with an expensive but good supermarket nearby and others in the vicinity.
The breakfast was basic but met our needs.
The cleaning and laundry staff especially were very attentive.
The "Italian" restaurant next door (nothing to do with the guesthouse) was our worst meal experience in Luanda during 8 days so would recommend going a little further afield if you intend to eat out in the evening.
Thank you very much Casa Natalia!
- Alfons (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alfons (10/5): Exceptional - The team was very helpful and nice. The room is great and breakfast very good. An excellent choice in Luanda. Muito obrigado.
- Lits'oanelo (10/5): Exceptional - The cleanliness, and the staff was very friendly, the problem was just the language barrier, luckily Ana, the host knows English and all was good The breakfast, because of the language barrier we only had stale bread, unaware we can order
- Robert (6/5): Ok hotel- bad breakfast - Large room with air-conditioning. The breakfast lacked food and was late on the second day even though we said when we needed to check out. I asked for a vegan breakfast and the manager promised that there would be something for me. All I got both days was stale bread and a piece of fruit. Nothing else. I asked for at least a banana (which I saw in the kitchen) and they said no.
The manager kept promising things and then apologizing after she didn't deliver.
The air conditioner worked minimally.
- Robert (9/5): Very comfortable accommodations in central Luanda - Ana Francisca and the whole team were extremely friendly and accommodating. I’d love to come back and stay longer. There’s a good grocery store and a pizza place a block away.
- Yananga (8/5): Very good - friendliness of Lady managing the hotel. highly visible and always willing to offer help. catering staff polite and excellent in their service. Security personnel always around to ensure safety while I waited outside for ly vehicle to come pick me wet floor on top floor veranda
- Rudayna (8/5): Very good - Very clean and helpful staff Staff isn't always available
- Ahmad (9/5): Superb - Excellent service

- Mak (10/5): Value for money in Luanda - The property was a minute walk away from a good restaurant and supermarket - perfect location. Free use of a communal kitchen with plenty of crockery, a laundry room and gym and on-site security guard at the gate. Great value for money considering Luanda is far from cheap Owner/caretaker tried to unlock my door one night at 10pm when I ignored a knock that late at the door to introduce herself. It was unnerving but sorted out when I reported the incident via WhatsApp the next morning
- Thomas (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, secure, friendly staff. Staff were especially very accommodating to any queries or requests that we had. Location a bit further from waterfront than I expected
- Effemurai (8/5): Very good -
- Mutjavikua (9/5): Superb -
- John (10/5): An excellent value. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Locked gate with attendant made me feel very secure at t - Safe, secure. Nice market across the street Breakfast not offered at property
- Tommy (10/5): Exceptional - This guesthouse is highly and warmly recommended. The manager, Ana, is very friendly and welcoming and she cares about her guests. The facilities are good. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The guesthouse is located in the city centre. In spite of this fact the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. I can't think of anything that caused discontent.

- Den (6/5): Casa Natália need to train their staffs with proper ethics to deal with people - The property is well located The pricing was $63 total but I paid e more the that .
The cleaner was very room with no professionalism to work with people . She has no hospitality working in tourism or hotel industry

It is very well located in a pleasant area of downtown Luanda with supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. We were comfortable walking around the neighbourhood. The room is very good value for money and the staff were very welcoming. Highly recommend! Nothing to complain
