• Silvia (6/5): - La anfitriona respondió prontamente a todas las preguntas o dudas que teníamos. El lugar limpio y ordenado. Para nosotros fue muy duro subir y bajar 82 escalones. El error fue nuestro porque queríamos estar en Casco histórico y no conocíamos la zona, y no supimos realmente lo problemático que pudiera ser estar tan arriba. Creo es una construcción característica de la zona. Muy oscuro y encerrado. Tiene Lavarropas pero no hay donde colgar para secarse.

• Dayna (9/5): Great location, comfortable bed and spacious for Europe. - The drains pooled and didn't drain quickly. Need to be cleaned out. Occasionally a bad smell in the room when we came back after it being closed up for the day.

You can hear every noise from outside, and the air quality in the room wasn't great, as it doesn't have any windows in the bathroom.

• Elizaveta (8/5): Great stay overall, for a couple of nights in the heart of Dubrovnik. - Property is really central, in an absolutely amazing location. Nice hosts who answer quickly. Apartment is the same as on photos. It is a little bit noisy, we could hear people walking and talking from early morning.
• Arnau (10/5): Muy bonita la experiencia y la ciudad - La cama muy cómoda y el baño amplio. La cocina contaba con lo necesario. La ubicación es preciosa y el apartamento está muy muy bien, nos ha encantado nuestra estancia en la ciudad. Falta un trapo o algo para limpiar la vitrocerámica y la cocina y estaría bien una mosquitera en la ventana para poder tenerla abierta sin preocupación.
• Maria (7/5): - The house was on old town pretty conviniently near to the main attraction and Buza beach. It is fully equipped with kitchenware, was quite and clean. The host was really nice and was replying our messages instantly. It could be nice if we could have somewhere to leave our luggage before check-in time for free. Also something to tell that It is a house issue but a city. It has a lot of stairs so it has not easy access on people with mobility problems. I would just to point out in order to be more noticeable. But again it is not house related the whole dubrovnik is built on stairs.

• Pasi (8/5): Very good - Good place for two in the middle of the old town. Small kitchen that you can use to cook. You have laundry machine that is good if youre staying a bit longer, just like we did. Staff we didnt see in person, but responce for questions via whatsapp was fast and all our questions were answered. We recommend this place Only minor minus was the garden view. The view was on the very narrow street which had plants in vases
• Jan (7/5): Good - Location was great and although there was a problem first off with the TV, it was rectified quickly. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Apartment was a bit cluttered. I was disappointed there was no toaster or microwave oven, which would have been handy for meals.

• M-rad (9/5): Perfect combination of location, service and value for money! - I loved the location, easy access from the main road when arriving as its going downwards so softer on the luggage carrying. The room is located on one of the staircase alleys with direct access to cafes, restaurants and the main court of the Old Town. The good think about it is that you still have your quiet space when you need to relax. Property owner is very kind and supportive with excellent communication dynamics making sure the experience is comfortable, safe and as smooth! Only if the Window has a better view, but the last floor option has :)

• Irena (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in the most beautiful street that is blooming with flowers, in the heart of the Old Town. Everything that we needed was already in the apartment, a special compliment to the comfortness and softness of the beds. The hosts were exceptionally kind and were going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. I cannot recommend this place enough to the future visitors! There was not a single thing that I didn't like while staying here.

It may be good for a few days stay but keep in mind that there are some steps to get to it. Other than that, it is close to all attractions/points of interest, being in the old part of the town. For me, all was good. If I would need to come again to this city, I would stay at the same place.

• B (7/5): A tiresome climb up - A lot of facilities; washing machine, microwave, an iron. It's situated inside the old town; very near to everything. Too many steps; a loooong way up from the groundfloor. if you can't handle it, don't book here. Also you can hear people talking on the stairs/alley. And everytime we shower, a pool of water would accumulate on the floor. :/

• Jack (1/5): It was a total disappointment. - I liked nothing about it, It had very difficult access and was a total disappointment. At all costs, you should stay somewhere else. You should stay anywhere else. AVOID this property! It’s literally dangerous if you’re “of a certain age” or have any physical limitations – it’s dozens of uneven stone steps up from the center or down from the road above with NO handrail. It’s just inviting an injury. AND once you’re there, it’s not what it claims to be. It’s NOT a one-bedroom apartment – it’s one small room with slanted ceilings and a tiny nook of a kitchen and no bedside lighting. In short, a total disappointment – stay somewhere else.

• Nattaporn (7/5): Good - Staff is nice. The room is clean. Air-con works very well. Steps to an apartment but maybe normal to dubrovnik. The pipe in bathroom smells bad. Please change a hair dryer. It is not strong enough. It doesn’t need to be dyson but it should work better than this. The blanket doesnt feel or smell fresh.

• Sandra (8/5): Great place for an adventure in the Old City! - Great location, everything we needed was in the room. It was a good size with a nice little kitchenette and great bathroom. So easy to get straight to the center for tours, walking and restaurants. Host was very accessible and responded quickly. Details matter. Although it's easy to access information on line, getting information directly from the host is better. The numbers on the street going down the steps aren't sequential which isn't a big deal but it is when your lugging luggage at night. The accommodation is on the left going down the steps and the address does not say Plaza Green on the door. Not an issue but helpful to know ahead. Helpful to have a city map in the room and an old city map from the host sent with detailed directions. The bus is a great option to get to the old city. Do make sure the driver let's you know when it's your stop and check in with them.
• Jessica (8/5): Very good - Super easy access in old town, spacious and very thoughtfully furnished with lots of useful and nice touches. If you are sensitive to smells there is a strong damp smell (like many old buildings but this was rather potent). You get used to it after a few minutes inside though.

• Devyn (10/5): Loreta was amazing! - The property was perfectly situated—being both within the old town city walls and far enough from the main drag to avoid the hustle and bustle of heavy foot traffic. I also can’t say enough good things about Loreta, the property manager. She’s phenomenal. She’s very friendly, responsive and helpful. Upon arrival she turned over to us a big laminated book of things to do and sights to see, giving great recommendations. Later on when my partner stepped on a sea urchin in the ocean she went out of her way to drop off tweezers and vinegar to remove the spikes. I’m extremely grateful to her for that. Loreta didn’t have to do that, but she did anyway. She’s a very kind person, and that went a long way to enjoying our stay. I highly recommend staying at this great property with its great manager. Nothing; everything was great!
• Paul (4/5): First time to Dubrovnik; will return, but will stay elsewhere. - Our host was very helpful. She stayed up late despite our late arrival due to flight delays, and her husband carried our bags down to the studio. She also helped us navigate some logistics of getting a delivery we needed, which was much appreciated. The room is small, which was expected, but with our two small (carry-on sized) suitcases we quickly outgrew our room and with our suitcases open we were toppling over each other, the bed, and our stuff. A small pet-peeve of mine, but the bed was pushed into the corner so only one person has access to a nightstand and lamp; to read in the evening I had to use the main light, and climb out of the bed to turn it off after I was done as my partner goes to sleep before me, but needed the nightstand side. Likewise for using the bathroom at night: more climbing. Most importantly, however, was the smell in the room, which was covered by plug-in air fresheners. Once we unplugged those (sensitivity issues), it was very apparent - musty, moldy - which was prevalent throughout our stay. We stayed out as long as we could so as not to have to be in the room because it was dark, damp, and overall not comfortable. We washed some lightweight linen pants (washer was much appreciated!) and they never quite dried over the 2 days of hanging, to give you an idea of the humidity. Yes, there was some rain during our stay, but also sun and they were hanging inside. We opened the one small window and had to open the door while we were there for fresh air. Overall, we did not enjoy our stay and would not return.
