- Anisha Vijaykumar (1/5): Scam listing. Do not book. - Booked this property weeks in advance of our stay. Never heard from or received any check in instructions from host. Host was entirely unreachable. Neither me, Travelnest nor Booking were able to reach them. Worst is that Booking refused to cancel and refund the stay until it was past check in time. Which left us (including a child) stranded and struggling to find alternative accommodation at the last minute, after having flown in from another country. Awful policy and will never be using Booking or Travelnest again.
- Desiree (1/5): Irresponsible Host - The location was fine but we didn't stay there because the host canceled after we were already there. The host completely bailed on us. We tried all day to reach them to get the information about where to get the keys. They kept not responding and after we had sat outside the place for 2 hours, the host cancelled. We ended up staying at a hotel across the street and they told us this was not the first time this had happened. This person should not be allowed to host.
