• Lisa (10/5): Absolutely amazing stay. We can highly recommend. - It was a quirky and comfortable apartment. The facilities were excellent. We loved the location. Near restaurants and bars. The host Loreta was amazing. Great communication. The place is a gem. The only issue I would say is the apartment door had glass in it. When the hall light for the adjoining apartment was switched on it lit up the bedroom. Maybe a blind on the door. That really is the only negative the place is amazing.

• Teresa (9/5): To był naprawdę udany pobyt. Dubrownik zachwyca swoim klimatem i różnorodnością ludzi z całego świat - Bliskość centrum i widok z okna na poddaszu. Ponadto klimat apartamentu i uliczki, która do niego prowadziła. Cudownie byłoby mieć balkonik.

I wanted to see if there was any possibility of checking on earlier and was. Rudely told to refer to the first email regarding check in. Ho hum the joys of travelling!

• marie-line (8/5): Central et fonctionnel - L'appartement est joliment décoré et fonctionnel. L'environnement est calme. Le centre historique est tout proche à pieds. Prévoyez produits de toilette et de 1ère nécessité (café, thé...) l'hôte n'en fournit pas. Le sopalin remplace les torchons dans un soucis écologique. Wi-Fi,, sèche cheveux de qualité, une quantité suffisante de serviettes de toilettes, de papiers toilettes et un grand espace répartis sur 2 étages nous ont satisfaits. Un système de boîte à clés permet une entrée autonome dans les lieux. La communication sms est facile avec Loreta. Attention aux personnes âgées/à mobilité réduite : beaucoup d'escaliers pour y accéder + 2 à l'intérieur de l'appartement. Mollets et cuisses mis à rude épreuve selon la longueur du séjour !

• ERNESTO (7/5): Bene ma non benissimo - Alloggio ben posizionato all'interno del centro storico che è fatto di salite e discese solo ed esclsuivamente con tanti scalini che andrebbe meglio evidenziato al momento della prenotazione in quanto il centro storico non è consigliabile per chi ha valige grandi e pesanti; l'alloggio era ben arredato con tutti gli utensili e elettrodomestici essenziali La comunicazione con la proprietà non è stata fluida e non molto chiara e tempestiva, abbiamo trovato alcune stoviglie non ben lavate.
• Susan (9/5): - Great space for 3 or 4 people. You are within the walls. I would not stay within the walls again - lots of stairs with luggage even with a backpack luggage. No ability to store luggage at the unit for early arrival or late check out. Host was great and communicative - and property could be great for a longer stay. I would stay outside of the walls next time and walk in - plenty of options. Price is high for what it is - but we knew Dubrovnik was busy and high season. The apartment is spacious, and so is the bathroom.

• Nikki (10/5): Definitely would recommend this place for your stay in Dubrovnik! - The property is in a great location and it was roomy, clean, big and furnished very stylishly. The stairs to get into the property! However, most places in the heart of Dubrovnik have stairs so it was kind of unavoidable.
• Lei (8/5): Lovely apartment in the middle of old town - Really nice place to stay in Dubrovnik. Very close to the Main Street and other attractions. The shower room is a bit small. But you can not ask for in the middle of old town.

• Irene (10/5): A stunning apartment in a spectacular location - We loved EVERYTHING about the apartment. Fully equipped with everything you can possibly need, very comfortable and with a fabulous view over the rooftops of the Old Town. Just a few steps away from all the major attractions, it is located in a quiet side street which guarantees good sleep. Our host Loreta was lovely, gave excellent recommendations and very responsive to messages. You can't have a better place to stay! We will be back!

• Suheyla (10/5): Exceptional - The host was absolutely wonderful and very generous. We were left arrival gifts and were allowed an early check-in when we arrived earlier than we had expected. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. We were provided with everything needed for a perfect and easy stay. Rooms were large and very comfortable for a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids aged 12 and 10). The beds were very comfortable, and the apartment was located in a quiet area but was easily accessible to the centre of the town and very close to all restaurants. Also, considering the amount of stairs there are in Dubrovnik, the location of the apartment was easily doable with minimal stairs compared to other areas, but be prepared to still climb a few flights of stairs. The only thing I can complain about, which has nothing to do with the actual apartment itself, is the fact that the neighbours in the apartment next door, which shares a foyer with the Plaza Royal were extremely loud coming home at around 11pm, I actually thought they had come into our apartment at 1 stage so I jumped out of bed.
• Leanne (9/5): Great apartment and communication, consider carefully with heavy suitcases - The view from upstairs of the old town was amazing and communication from Loretta excellent. Her Mum gave a recommendation of restaurant where her son was the chef and it was spectacular. It was very clean and roomy We found it hard to find and needed help with our suitcases as had to climb lots of stairs for access (which is typical of Old Town stays) Best advice was to enter through the top at Buza gate (where the cable car ticket office is) turn right and it’s a few streets on the left My pillow was very soft and uncomfortable but similar to many in Europe. We were in Unit 3 and when the guests in other units came home and turned the light on in the “lobby” it lit our room
• Stuart (5/5): Aggressive neighbours look to deliberately be there on arrival and departure - Adequate facilities We were aggressed by surrounding neighbours who were only around when we arrived with large suitcases and rudely made it clear that we were in the way (it was very tight) and when we left another neighbour made a point of having to water her plants and again angrily made it clear that we were in her way. We did not deserve this treatment. Many signs in the property saying what we weren't to do. Cluttered areas with ornaments everywhere made it hard to not knock anything.

When the breaker tripped, the daughter and her mother were very kind to come right away and took care of it. The apartment is located halfway up the stairs, so it is difficult to go up and down with luggage.

She helped us a lot to get around and accommodated us when we arrived way before the check-in time. She even had the apartment ready before the check-in time. The apartment was very clean and spacious, with modern design. The stairs that you have to take in order to get to the apartment. Like walking to the 4th floor... :P

The property was super clean and was brand new from the inside. We were carrying a large suitcase, not the brightest idea if you’re travelling to Dubrovnik. The property was in the old town, however there were a lot of steps to climb to get there and with a suitcase it was too much for us.

Right in the center of the old town but on a quiet side street up some stairs. I really love the location as most sightseeing adventures were a short few minutes away by foot. Easy walking distance from the Central bus stop and also from the shuttle that brings people into old town from the airport. I completely liked the property. No issues
