Local seguro, ao lado de uma igreja maravilhosa. A casa é muito aconchegante, estava impecável e muito bem equipada: microondas, galão de água, etc. Ótima. Nada.

• Liam (8/5): Ideal location for exploring, all comforts needed for an extended stay. - This is a great apartment for Ouro Preto, the best part is the location, you are right next to major historical areas and considering the terrain in Ouro Preto that makes walking around to see things much better. You will not need to order many taxis while you stay here. The apartment itself is good according to local standards and you have all that you need. The bathroom is very nice and the bed especially I found to be extremely comfortable. In addition the wifi was strong and I was able to work remotely with no issues at all. The kitchen was not as well stocked as I would like, multiple mugs broke when hot water was added and there was not a lot of kitchen knives, etc. In addition there was no heating system so on colder nights in Ouro Preto this is worth considering. Still we were okay for our stay here. At night there was noise from some nearby residents.

• Angelika (8/5): Clean and simple appartment with all amenities - worth the stay. - Good value for money appartement in the Old Town Area of beautiful Ouro Preto. We were there during good weather winter season and had all the amenities necessary. The appartement is simple but clean and well located. The communication with the owner was easy and fast. We enjoyed our stay! As in many Brazilian locations, you might have to cope with humidity. However, our stay was very good.
