• An (8/5): Decent play to stay - The hotel overall is decent and the staff are very friendly. But the towels had a bit of a smell, and the room I stayed in on the first floor was quite noisy because of the washing machine sound, likely due to a lack of soundproofing wall. Still, it was a comfortable enough stay. Lack of soundproofing
• Ken (10/5): Exceptional - We were accommodated really quickly despite a late booking. The service was good. The rooms were spacious and great value for money. The area was nearby good shops and attractions. Love the free water dispenser. Will definitely be back.
• Viktor (5/5): Not a good value for the price - I stayed only one night in the room on the ground floor, right behind the reception desk and next to the laundry/leisure space. And because there’s a 1-inch gap at the bottom of the room door, not only did it let through all the noises, but also the lights. So I slept with earplugs and eye mask. Besides, there are no windows. It was relatively spacious and clean but I found it low quality for the price. Can’t really recommend it. - noisy, - dark, - light comes in to the room from the corridor

• Ester (10/5): If you’re looking for a good place to stay in Vietnam, look no further. I didn’t expect the room to be so big and spacio - Helpful staff, free water, coffee, and tea, and you can use the laundry for free.

• Vincent (2/5): Very poor - Got a ground floor room, ants in the bathroom, worm in the room. Awful smell. Location is horrible, not recommended for solo travellers. Price was actually quite expensive considering the location. You can find something better, for sure.

• Jessica (10/5): Excellent - We stayed there for 8 days and 7 nights. It was perfect. Their rooms were so clean and there’s a work desk if you are planning to work while traveling. The bed was super comfortable (unlike other places in Vietnam) and room includes everything you need. Their staff makes this place a 5-star cause of their service. They have a dedicated laundry area where you can wash and dry your clothes. I left my laundry in the washer and forgot to put them back to dryer on many occasions. And each time when I came back I noticed that their front desk person has put them to the dryer and folded the clothes and kept them in a laundry basket. This should give you an idea of what kind of great service you can expect from this hotel. Nothing

• Codie (1/5): Worst customer service in Vietnam - Initially we liked the room we had. We liked that you could use the washing machines Unfortunately our stay wasn’t great at all and our experience since leaving hasn’t been good either. We heard noises coming from our ceiling, not sure what but some sort of rodents running around the whole first night. The ac didn’t work properly either and having a balcony the room was VERY hot! Second day we complained, maintenance person came to confirm there was something in the ceiling, they could hear it too. They checked in the ceiling then left hatch open and left to go home? As it was NYE we had plans to go out but we wanted to leave the hotel immediately. The receptionist and managers kept not getting back to us or offering us ear plugs???? We understand it was a difficult time to get moved hotel so we agreed to stay one more night. In the morning we had to ASK AGAIN to be moved hotel and when they did they put us in a worse quality room with no balcony that was way less cost a night. We have since been trying to contact for a refund but they are totally unresponsive. I wouldn’t recommend staying with this company at all as we feel we have been cheated out of money and time on our 4 day trip in HCMC

The location is surrounded by restaurants and cafes and there’s even a convenience store nearby. My only issue is that the heater on the shower is spiky and not consistent. But other than that, everything is great

• Alex (9/5): Excellent centrally located location and great accommodations - The room was a delight due to cleanliness and spaciousness. The only dislike was that early in the morning the staff played loud music to wake everyone. Given late evenings, the music was too loud.

• Leanne (10/5): Must stay if visiting Saigon 5 stars - Global plug sockets. Rooms were spacious with plenty of storage. Modern designed building and room. Security of front of building, you need a key card to enter. Free filtered cool water in lobby. Free washing and dry cleaning facilities. Staff were great and super friendly. Close to lots of sights and great restaurants and cafes. We were on the second floor and noice from washing machines traveled up the stairwell at night when some customers put on a late wash. Not sure how that can be fixed but I had ear plugs and that got rid of the noise.
• Hsu (9/5): Superb - I think the location was fantastic. It was close to a bunch of great locations to visit for. There is a 6F cafe nearby that has a great view of the city. Living so close to Bánh Xèo 46A was a treat as well! Staff is great and the standard rooms were roomy and clean. Honestly worth the price!

Staff so friendly, fantastic air con in the room, and really close to everything I wanted to see and do. Everything is just a short stroll away (or a taxi if feeling lazy). Nothing! It was great
