• Rene (10/5): Heaven on Eath for sure~ - We loved the location acrosse the street from 24 hour store , pizza place next door. The location is excellent..we enjoyed being on our own beach and the house is lovely. Very clean and comfortable. Great value. Tony and Lhia re easy to work with! Everything was absolutely wonderful!! I hope your beautiful island sustains itself for a very long time. The aroa here is wonderful!! Rarotonga and AItutaki has our hearts for sure!!
• Paul (10/5): Enjoyed our first visit to the island - The accommodation was great. Just big enough for two people. Very clean and had everything we needed. The location was close to the supermarket, cafe, restaurant and Burger Bar. Buses were great for getting around the island. Definitely recommend. Also the beach was beautiful. Nothing really. The roosters could be annoying but you get used to them.

Book here, you won’t regret it! - The location of Ann’s Island Beach Studio is perfectly placed on the South side of the island, halfway between the popular tourist areas in the East and West, making it easy to visit all the popular attractions without having to in the hustle and bustle. It is a true beachfront property, on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and if your lucky you might even see a turtle or two while swimming out there like we did. Being across the road from Wigmore’s Superstore and other great food establishments only increases the convenience of this location. The Beachfront studio has all the facilities of home making it very comfortable for your entire stay. We visited resorts for dinner during our stay and everytime we were in the resorts we were glad we booked here instead of one of the resorts. Single ply toilet paper was the only that I would change here, but you can easily solve that yourself by going over the road to Wigmores Superstore and getting what you need.
• Aleš (10/5): - Lovely little house on the beach. Comfortable with kitchen, barbecue… you have your own terrace, garden and a piece of beach. At the evening you can walk along the beach to the first restauran like 300m, have a table on the sand and enjoy the sunset. Supermarket is close and if you rent a scooter, you’ll have the whole island on your hand. Ocean in the night is pretty loud and the roosters in the morning too. But it is a part of Rarotonga.
• Alfred (10/5): Faszinierende Meeresblicke mit viel Privatsphäre - Sensationelle Lage unmittelbar am Meer mit 24h garantiertem Meeresrauschen. Viele Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten im Aussenbereich. Direkter Zugang zum Wasser, mit Aussendusche für nach dem Baden. Tolle, windgeschützte und gedeckte Terrasse, auf der man auch bei Wind und Wetter gut draussen sein kann. Sehr unkomplizierte und flexible Gastgeberin. Küche und Bad sind gut ausgestattet. 2 Gehminuten über die Strasse befindet sich der Wigmore Superstore, 7/24 geöffnet. Hier findet man alles für den täglichen Bedarf plus Tankstelle. (leckere Eiscreme!) Der Standort befindet sich in ruhigerer Inselgegend. Schöne Sonnen- auf und Untergänge. Parkplatz beim Bungalow.

• Coaster (9/5): Peaceful, awesome snorkeling, accross from Wigmores, water station right nexdoor. - Being right on the beach. Location was fabulous. Owners were awesome. Bed was great. Loved this property, but may need an air-conditioning unit for hotter weather. It does have a pedestal fan and a small fan in the studio though. But perfect location for our winter holiday.

• Lily (9/5): A little slice of paradise - A lovely little studio in the most gorgeous location. The place came with everything you needed to self cater and the bed was super comfortable. There was a supermarket a short walk away and lots of great cafes and restaurants near by. The beach and outside area is even more beautiful than the pictures and the hosts were super welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Nothing.
• Tracy (10/5): Beach, relax and unwind - The location was right on the beach & reef, great snorkeling, love all the outdoor furniture as we spent most of our time outdoors and the bed was so comfortable.
• Meaghan (9/5): A really magical stay. - wonderful snorkelling right out front. cute decor and some thoughtful touches. We like to be very private and independent and we did not see anyone except the gardner one day. The property directly behind is also a rental and much larger. In the second week a very large family checked in and partied till 2am outside. This would put us off returning.
• Yulia (9/5): Very good - Very well-equipped studio with terrasse and your own access to the most beautiful beach. Perfect for a romantic holiday or if you want to have your own space without being isolated. Great location: there's a supermarket, two restaurants walking distance, a cafe, an ATM machine and a bus stop. And, of course, if you're looking for a nice beach for snorkelling, it's here. We were not very lucky with the weather, but anyway we went swimming every day and one day we saw a huge turtle (for free hehe) passing by. Tony and Lhia were very helpful, many thanks to them.

• Samantha (10/5): Perfect little oasis right on the beach - Anne's beach studio is perfectly located right on the best lagoon on the island. It was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed for a 10 night stay. The local supermarket and cafes across the road were very convenient with great fresh fruit and vegetables and anything else we needed (including beer and spirits). Hosts Tony an Lhia were great with their communication, providing excellent tips and advice on the area. Nothing
