• Marta (7/5): Good - The view is gorgeous, the apartment is stylish and the terrace is huge The terrace wasn't properly cleaned so the floor there was dirty; it also rained prior to my check-in and the sofa on the terrace as well as the pillows were soaking wet and could not be used. Having curtains of sorts would be nice too, since there were none at all which does not contribute to privacy
• Jonathan (10/5): Beautiful Penthouse and would stay again. - We absolutely loved the location, privacy, security and amenities of the Penthouse. Martina was very accommodating and provided us with detailed instructions as needed. The view from the terrace is spectacular. Grocery, pharmacy, restaurants, electronics store, etc. were within a few minutes from Penthouse. The hot tub was not working for which we were offered compensation. We wish there had been a 'safe/lock box' available to secure our belongings.
• Andrew (5/5): Passable - The apartment was lovely, the view spectacular. The location was brilliant, just a short train or scooter ride into the city. Once you figure out the public transport (get the apps) getting to and from anywhere was easy given the apartment being 10mins walk from Roma Travestera, which is a half hour train ride from the airport. - FANTASTIC location - FANTASTIC apartment Let me start by saying that this is a FANTASTIC apartment in a FABULOUS location. Unfortunately we got off to a bad start. I cannot believe this is everyone's experience, but here's how it went for us: We were told we could access the apartment from 3pm on the day of arrival. When we got there, the instructions for accessing the apartment were less clear than would have been helpful. There were about 5 groups that all arrived at the same time, all trying to get in, all struggling to understand the instructions, and between us (and with a little help from residents at the apartments) we managed to get in. Once in, the key to our apartment was not in the lockbox (on the front door). We were unable to get through to our host on WhatsApp and were stuck outside the apartment for about 15mins before the cleaner turned up with our front door key - he hadn't finished cleaning the apartment yet. We didn't feel we could leave the apartment while the cleaner was still there, so we were stuck for about another 45 minutes whilst he finished cleaning. During that time he had also refilled the hottub. These things hold a LOT of water. It took 2 days for the hottub to reach a usable temperature. This was a HUGE disappointment for us. The hottub is a MAJOR selling point for the apartment and we'd been looking forward to soaking in it after traveling, but no chance. Having arrived on Monday, we had our first use of the hottub on Wednesday evening, by which point it was just about at a usable temperature (30C) - i.e. we got to use it for HALF of our stay. The host did visit the apartment on the Wednesday to check that the hottub was set up correctly - it wasn't. It's a bit of a mystery why there weren't any instructions made available for the hottub - everything else in the apartment had instructions (even the hob!) and perhaps it could have been usable sooner if we had them?!

• Javan (1/5): Honest review from English Couple - . Peaceful location within a 25 minute walk from some lovely restaurants. . Handy supermarket downstairs with a fresh deli . High Security/ Easy check in . Great View from balcony . Nice hot power shower . Comfortable Bed . Very spacious apartment . Good communication with Martina prior to stay regarding instructions . The Jacuzzi did not ever get anywhere near warm during my 4 day stay despite my own efforts & the host Martina's. She has excuses for this but I have checked past reviews on here and air b & b and this seems like a common occurrence. It was also dirty and full of sand. If you just want to cool off during the day then no problem! But this is unusable at night. Head rest is also missing and the cover clearly hasn't been replaced in years. . Dirty stained sofa, again something that I saw past people had complained about so seeing as it's easily replaceable so I found it strange to risk a bad review for the sake of spending a small amount of money to replace. . Glass shower door cut my foot as it's loose and falls off its rail easily. . Air con is okay but we still found ourselves sweating at night and the days were only 26° whilst we were here. . All in all it's a nice apartment but the price reflects a working warm jacuzzi when it's actually just a cold pool. Overpriced to say the least which is a shame because the apartment only needs a bit of money spending on replacements to receive good reviews everytime.
• Natalia (8/5): The apartment's location was fantastic, and the addition of a jacuzzi and spacious terrace made my stay truly enjoya - I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Rome apartment with a jacuzzi and spacious terrace. The location was fantastic, and the jacuzzi and terrace added a touch of luxury to my trip. The furniture in the apartment looked worn and could benefit from some updating.

Nothing we didn’t like, it was all perfect!

• Yuliia (10/5): I general - it is nice variant to stay. - Martina is super easy to communicate with, she was happy to help with any matters and recommend some restaurants to visit. During all stay at the apartment we`ve received detailed instructions on how to get to the apartment or how to use jacuzzi. The apartment is clean. Also you can find there needed for cooking dishes. Definitely can recommend this place for stay. Only one thing that I want to mention - we've stayed there in amount of 3 people, and the couch was not very comfortable to sleep on.
• Kristof (8/5): A great appartment for a short stay in the lovely city of Rome! - The location is close to some restaurants&bars as well as some supermarkets. Easy to travel thru tram&bus towards center of Rome. The appartment itself is really great, with a super terrace and jacuzzi to enjoy! People have been smoking in the appartment, with a smell as when entering. Also in the bathroom a non pleasant smell.
• Liam (10/5): Breathtaking panoramic view of Rome. - The view from the balcony is AMAZING. Even the photos don't do it justice. We are on the balcony and it was wonderful. If you're looking for an apartment with a view, this is the one. The balcony is also huge - wraps right around the apartment. There is no higher floor so there is nobody above you. Great value for money - compared to hotel room prices in Roma at the moment this was a steal at the price we got in advance. The apartment itself is really stylish and well decorated. Bed was comfortable. Supermarket is right by the entrance and also a really good restaurant, Osteria Il Matto, right by the building. Had lovely food there, and affordable. Martina met us right after we arrived to check everything and answered questions via WhatsApp immediately in fluent English. Nothing :) We will definitely stay here again one day

• Shannon (6/5): Potential to be a 5 star property with some much needed fixes. - The views are amazing and Martina is very responsive to questions and messages. My husband and I booked this unit specifically for the hot tub and so that we would have a washer during the second week of our 2 week long holiday. We were promised the hot tub would be ready for our stay and when we arrived both the hot tub and washing machine were not working. The host has offered a partial refund to make up for the lost use of the hot tub but we haven’t received this yet.

• Karol (10/5): Exceptional - It was the most beautiful place I have ever been in Europe (for relax). The view is more beautiful than in the photos. Martina is a wonderful helpful person. She took care of every detail, bought flowers that I asked for. The place is fabulous! A bath in a jacuzzi or a breakfast with a panoramic view of the city - insane! We will definitely want to come back here!
