• Ravi Sankararaman (10/5): - Clean, spacious 14th floor corner apartment which provided privacy, serviced efficiently by three elevators. Large windows and great views from the apartment and the penthouse. Manned security at the gates so felt very safe. TV, laundry, kitchen and bathroom amenities were great. Plenty of storage. Downtown was easy to get to by Uber. Highly recommend! The address is a bit confusing. Google maps took me to some condominuums named atocha. Just look out for the really tall clump of buildings in the surroundings and go for it. The owner should also clarify the actuall address which has something like bumba in the name.

• Lennard (9/5): Comfortable and clean apartment - The property was clean and good accessible. The facilities were great (pool, gym etc) and overall the apartment was comfortable to stay in. The bathrooms are a bit small, but very manageable.
• Darina (10/5): Great place, great host! - Greetings to Dersu! As it was our first time in Costa Rica, we did not have a converter to charge our devices. The host was very kind and lent us one. He saved our vacation. The place is extremely clean, comfortable and secure. I highly appreciate the washer and dryer. Parking place is big. The view is spectacular. Everything perfect.

• Cindy (10/5): AMAZING PLACE AND NEAR SJO AIRPORT - The condominium is in the perfect location just outside the busy city area, close to the airport (15-20 minutes and less than a $10 Uber) and close to things to do. There is a bakery and a minimarket right at the gate and a larger market within walking distance. It is clean, quiet, spacious, and the pool and view are amazing! It even has vending machine with Britt coffee and chocolate! It is gated, and the security guards are so friendly and helpful. The host is also next level. Communication was excellent, and he made sure our stay was absolutely perfect. We visit Costa Rica often, and this condominium is by far our favorite place we have stayed in the city. We can't wait to stay again! There is nothing not to like.

Absolutely not down to the owner… the security on entry is a little overwhelming and their English is not great so a little hard to explain. They kinda followed us to parking and made us feel a bit intimidated.

Once we figured out how to change the cable channels to English, we were able to watch a few limited channels We suggested having a map of the city and/or attractions as well as some eatery brochures

And security at the gate was thorough. The apartment is really wonderful and just perfect for the week. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked and I could even wash my clothes. There is a little shop nearby and a huge supermarket in walking distance. I was able to use the gym and go for a swim. My colleague answered I each had our own perfectly comfortable bedroom and bathroom and the living area was wonderful. Dersu is a wonderful host and did everything he could to help us during our stay. I guess the gym could be updated. There’s no air on but we opened the windows and that gave a great breeze.

• Rosa (10/5): Spacious, clean and quiet apt. Easy Uber ride to many locations. - Great location. Spacious apt with trees. Very quiet and clean. Open the windows correctly and the breeze quickly cools down the apt. There’s no a/c. There’s also a standing fan. The sunset from the apt looking towards the mountain is gorgeous and peaceful. Everything you need for the stay is available in the unit. There’s a security guard at the gate to enter the complex. Then security has to let you into the building. We felt very safe. The market by the security gate has water and mini essentials. The coffee shop has delicious coffee, freshly made sandwiches and other dishes. Don’t expect to grab a sandwich and go. The outdoor swimming pool is partially heated and not crowded. It gets windy so it can feel cooler in the late afternoon. Dersu was responded quickly pre and during the stay. He also had great suggestions.
• Alex (10/5): Perfect getaway! - Excellent Room with excellent location Close to Heredia & San José, extremely clean & comfortable. Two Bedrooms and two bathrooms and wash/dryer, makes you feel you are at home. Gated and Monitored 24/7. Would definetely recommend this room to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality.
