• Geta (10/5): - The kids were amazed by the beds, the decorations and all the games and books that waited for them. Everything was on hand and comfortable.
• Ahmet Levent (4/5): Choose another place - There were a few positive aspects worth mentioning. There is a 24-hour convenience store right across the street, which is very practical. The location is relatively central and allows reasonable access to the city. Hot water was consistently available, and the heating system worked well. There is also a designated smoking area downstairs for those who need it. I would rate this stay 2/5. The most stressful part was the check-in process. Despite contacting the host three times, the access codes were not provided in advance. We were told they would be shared 24 hours before arrival, which did not happen. Later, we were told they would be sent before check-in time — but even after landing, picking up the rental car, and heading to the apartment, we still had nothing. The codes only arrived at the very last minute. This is not acceptable and created unnecessary stress. Why? Check-in and check-out policies were also problematic. Standard check-in times are usually around 13:00–14:00, yet here it was set at 16:00. We requested an earlier check-in and were only able to get 15:00 after some effort. Similarly, check-out was set at 10:00 (instead of the usual 11:00–12:00), and even extending it to 11:00 required multiple requests and delayed responses. There is also a paid option (40 EUR) for early check-in or late check-out, which feels intentionally restrictive — as if reasonable standard hours are being withheld to push guests into paying extra. The neighborhood did not feel safe, and the overall environment was uncomfortable. In addition, access to the building is poorly designed: there is a shared key for the main entrance that must be returned to a lockbox every time. If another resident forgets to put the key back, you are effectively locked out of the building. This is a serious operational flaw. There were also several issues with the apartment itself. The kitchen was poorly equipped, with many essential items missing. The apartment was cold upon arrival, despite our arrival time being clearly communicated in advance. Parking is another inconvenience, as there is no dedicated space and you need to search around nearby streets. Waste management was unclear. No trash bags were provided, and there were no instructions in English about recycling.
