Anna (1/5): STAY AWAY - NA PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PROPERTY, IF YOU ALREADY BOOKED PLEASE CANCEL. This property is not fit for purpose. Not how its advertised. It's dangerous and breaches health and safety on numerous points. Our family has booked this place for Easter City Break. We arrived to dirty, mouldy ( significant mould) to almost every room, smell of sewage, glass stairs that were missing banister therefore not safe, dirty bedding, NO natural light, sofa bed ( that meant to accommodate 2 people) was absolutely ripped. It was so bad we could NOT stay there. Had to find alternative accommodation for us which was a nightmare taking it was very busy time. It costs us extra money, one day of holidays wasted trying to rearrange it all and the host REFUSED to refund us money for the 1st night and said he didn't care for bad review as they have many properties and it didn't matter to them. Please stay away from this place.
