• Ileana Camelia (10/5): Very comfortable and clean stay, would definitely recommend. - The apartment was very clean and well maintained. The bed was extremely comfortable — it actually made me stay past the checkout time because I simply couldn’t get out of it. The whole space felt cozy and relaxing. Nothing really. The area is great, with supermarkets nearby and a nice overall atmosphere.

• Andrey (9/5): A cozy place near the botanic garden - A very good apartment in the center of Vienna right near the city botanic garden. It's bigger than I expected. The location is fantastic - almost all attractions are nearby. A TV bracket was loose. I decided not to use it just in case... There was a small leak in a shower cabin.

Extrémní tma v místnostech, nefunkční odemykání apartmánu, protékající sprchový kout, rozbitý držák TV a TV opřená o skříňku a hrozící pádem. Komunikace s majitele pouze pres chat Bookingu. Kvalita absolutně neodpovídá ceně. Extremly dark rooms, Apartment electronic unlocking not working, leaking shower stall, broken TV bracket, communication with the owner only via Booking chat. The quality of accomodation absolutely does not correspond to the price.

• Natália (9/5): - Ubytovanie bolo skvelé, poloha perfektná 15 min pešo od Wien Hbf takže všetko sme mali poblízku.. Čo sa týka izieb boli čisté, hlavne všetko bolo zariadené . Nepáčilo sa mi že som tam v noci trochu počula električky, ale nebolo to nejako extra nepríjemne.

But after getting in it was amazing
• Iry (9/5): Confortevole - L'appartamento è pulitissimo e silenzioso, vicino a negozi, supermercati e trasporti. È dotato di tutto il necessario. Il letto è comodo. Il check-in è stato semplice. Il wifi perfettamente funzionante. Il terrazzino che dà sul verde è rilassante. L'host molto preciso e gentile.

• Надежда (7/5): Было нормально, но больше сюда не вернемся - Самостоятельное заселение - это удобно. В апартаментах чисто. Есть практически все необходимое для того чтобы остановиться на несколько дней. В шаговой доступности продуктовые магазины, трамвай, автобус. До центра можно спокойно дойти пешком. Хорошие шторы - для тех, кто любит спать в темноте. Удобные подушки. При возникновении сложностей всегда можно написать принимающей стороне и они реагируют. Окна квартиры выходят на внутренний дворик. Это обеспечивает тишину, но также создает постоянный сумрак даже в яркий день. Матрас на постели слишком мягкий и продавленный посередине, поэтому, когда ложишься, то буквально проваливаешься. Рядом с домом проходит трамвайная ветка и каждый трамвай создает вибрацию в квартире. Так это не особо заметно, но когда ложишься, то чувствуешь всем телом. Не хватало нормальной сковороды. Та, которая там была, не пригодна для нормальной готовки. Нам пришлось купить новую. Оставили там. Надеюсь, что новым гостям она достанется. Квартира расположена, действительно, близко от магазинов и остановок транспорта, но сам район нам не понравился. Много арабских забегаловок, но нормального ресторанчика или кафе чтобы хорошо поесть там не нашли. Входная дверь открывается либо ключом, либо с приложения, но нет возможности ее дополнительно запереть изнутри. Она захлопывается, конечно, но этого недостаточно. Мы уходили гулять, а когда вернулись, то поняли, что в наше отсутствие кто-то заходил. Ничего не пропало, но сам по себе этот факт не порадовал. Нам принесли извинения, но ситуацию это не меняет.

• Nick (10/5): Exceptional - Easy self check in. The room is spacious and comfortable, the wifi is reliable (I had to make many video calls and had 0 issues). The location is fantastic - right next to the castle and close to the military museum and train station. Great value, I would stay here again 100%.

• Hristov (10/5): Hidden Gem - This apartment is such a hidden gem! The location is great, the space is very clean and spacious, and the apartment is fully equipped. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely return next time we are in Vienna!
• Cagdas (9/5): Central, comfortable, clean and weird in design - In general everything was perfect. The flat is in a good location. It is easy to access to city center. It was clean. Bed was comfortable. In general the flat was clean. A little noise comes early morning as many gets ready to work. But I think you will have this kind of noise doesn't matter where you go if you are not staying at a villa on an island :) Design of the flat itself a little weird. Toilet and the shower are separated :D So you poop then cross the corridor to wash your hands :D On a rainy day there was a water leak from the ventilation fan 0_0 I don't know how rain water passed through the ventilation fan and created a small lake in front of the toilet. But luckily only one day was rainy.

You can reach Old Town either by foot (25 min} or by tram (4 stops). 2 min away stops of two tram line, direct train to/from airport (20 min), two big grocery shops (Lidl and Billa), cafes, bakery, pizzerias, and more. Next to Belveder Palace. Very clean, everything is new from kitchen appliances to bedding. Bed is very comfortable. Detailed video instruction made self check in very easy. Host always answered all questions within 15-20 min. Perfect short term rental for couple or solo travelers. Big gap under entrance door, so cold air from outside drafted in to apartment.
