Guest Reviews
- Rosana (9/5): - Molto pulito e ordinato
Bed kraakte heel erg.
- Mukesh (6/5): Ok - Ok Shower broken and bed was very un comfortable because it was not a bed but sofa bed
- Jānis (8/5): A good and cool apartment, which just needs someone to take care of and keep in order a little more often and more caref - Overall, I liked the apartment, its interior and layout. Large, beautiful sliding window with a view of Milan from the top floor and a terrace that connects to the room when you open the window. Well-equipped and designed kitchen. Great location, the center itself is within walking distance, everything you need is right next to it: household and grocery stores, pharmacy, bike rental, taxi, metro. In general, a good and cool apartment had the feeling that it just lacked a little attention and care to make everything great. There were things that did not require a large investment and were easy to fix. For example, the hand shower only needs a gasket for a couple of cents to connect to the hose so that it works normally and does not leak at the connection point. The hand shower holder does not match the size of the shower head and cannot be inserted normally, and the holder itself has broken over time and does not hold. The large upper part of the shower sprays in all directions, but not where it should, because the nozzles are calcified. When removing this part, it probably only needs to be cleaned thoroughly, or at least replaced. The soap dish is unusable because it is simply missing a nozzle. The shelf above the washing machine is falling around because it is missing one pin worth a few cents. The freezer compartment of the refrigerator cannot be closed because it simply needs to be defrosted and the excess ice broken off. From a planning point of view, everything is great and nice that there is a sofa to sit on in front of the TV, but for sleeping, both in terms of design and functionality, a nice, solid bed would definitely be cooler, rather than a pull-out sofa, which was quite comfortable, but inevitably creaky. All these little things, and the lack of the owner's hand, spoil all the great potential that this apartment has and all the good things it has.
