• Katja (8/5): Praktische, geräumige FeWO in super Lage. - Die Lage war super. Es war sehr geräumig. Die Ausstattung war gut. Nur Gläser fehlen in der Küche, die ansonsten recht gut ausgestattet war. Auf Mails bekamen wir jeweils umgehend sehr freundliche Antworten. Es gab 2 kostenfreie Parkplätze. Es gibt auch eine Terrasse.
• Comtesse (8/5): Un séjour très agréable dans une location confortable proche des moyens de transport. - Le logement était très propre et l'hôte avait prévu de petites attentions de bienvenue très appréciées par toute la famille. Le logement est calme et proche des moyens de transport. Le petit patio nous a permis de manger dehors ce qui a été très appréciable. Le grille pain et le lave-vaisselle étaient défectueux: une grille tordue dans le grille pain et un lavage de mauvaise qualité pour le lave vaisselle. J'ai dû relaver certains bols, couverts et assiettes. Il manque un balai et le sac de l'aspirateur était plein. La cuisine manque d'éclairage.

• Alain (10/5): Maison chaleureuse à Stockel - Très bel intérieur décoré avec goût. Le propriétaire est plein de petites attentions. La maison se situe à 150m du métro et l'accès au centre de Bruxelles se fait en 20mn. Il y a énormément de petits commerces dans la rue et les rues avoisinantes. Il manque quelques prises dans les chambres
• Maria (8/5): - Stor lägenhet/hus med egen parkering. 4 våningar, två toaletter och ett stort badrum. Välutrustat kök. Dricka, kex och godis vid ankomst. Sköna sängar. Egen parkering. Lugnt område med både restauranger och affärer några minuter ifrån boendet. Metron likaså. Mysig uteplats. Lite kallt i lägenheten.

• Roger (8/5): Ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Brüssel zu erkunden. - Die Metrostation ist gerade um die Ecke. Ins Zentrum fährt man ca. 20-25 min. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Twiggy ist eine hilfsbereite und stets rasch reagierende Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation war einwandfrei. Das Quartier ist sicher und bietet Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen in der Nähe. Die erste Nacht funktionierte die Heizung überhaupt nicht. Am Morgen danach begann es zu heizen, aber ein Teil der Radiatoren blieb immer kalt. Im Badezimmer funktionierte das Licht nicht.

El anfitrión te manda las instrucciones para la entrada de la casa . Se agradece también el parking que es completamente gratis en la puerta de la casa . Muy recomendable . Sin dudas volveremos . Mi familia y yo quedamos muy contentos y agradecidos Todo estuvo excelente … muy recomendable .. sin duda volveremos

• Helen (8/5): Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and owners are super hel - Property was really spacious, 2 double rooms, 2 single rooms. Big bathroom - shower good. Ample space to park. Well equipped kitchen. Easy walking distance (about 3 mins ) to Stockel which has shops, cafes, restaurants. Good train connections to the centre of Brussels. Might be just us but we found it really difficult to unlock the front door. We had to call Twiggy once although thankfully got the door unlocked before she came out. ( the fact that she was so readily available was very very much appreciated) The property is on 4 floors - that is listed but be aware if you have mobility issues. Stairs are quite steep. Just a point some instructions on travel would be useful. Not being able to read Dutch/ Flemish made it difficult to determine whether it was a bus/train/ tram ride into Brussels ( the train station is in the shopping mall) obvious if you know what you’re doing but not obvious if you have never been here before. We wasted some time trying to work it out and being looked at blankly when we tried to ask strangers for advice.
• Nino (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is spotlessly clean, cozy, and stylishly furnished. comfort is felt in every detail. It’s located in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood. The metro and supermarket are just a 2-minute walk away, and the tram is also nearby. The host is very attentive and always ready to help. High recommendations ❤️

• Fion (10/5): Excellent accommodation - It was excellent. The location is so convenient, near to the station, just a few minutes walk. And the environment is so quiet, everything we need is there. If it has the washing machine then it will be even good!
• Alberto (6/5): Would be really good, unfortunately quite neglected in parts - Lots of room, new bathroom, well clean, apart the kitchen, parking, quiet, well located Dirty kitchen, quite dirty oven, couch and armchairs torn and dirty, tapestry locally detached in the kitchen, WC door handle fell off, shower hose damaged. What a pity for such an otherwise fine accommodation.

• Ersilia (8/5): Nice house near public transport. Very kind owner. He allowed one of us to stay until late afternoon for check-out. The - Very near the metro station. A lot of space. Some reparations in the house and some replacement of furniture need to be done, but for 3 days it was fine.
• Sarah (9/5): Wonderful discovery in Brussels - Discovering that bel Etage is actually a 4 story town house, not an apartment, was a lovely surprise. Warm welcome after a long trip with much needed drinks and snacks! Perfect for family with three kids with 4 comfortable bedrooms, Great location for discovering Stockel and also getting into city center.
