• Maisano (8/5): Pulito e accogliente...anche se con qualche intoppo - Appartamento ben curato, spazioso e pulito. Posizione ottimale a due passi da Via Toledo. Praticamente di fronte alla celeberrima pasticceria Poppella La porta del bagno piccolo rotta e poca acqua calda. Come spesso capita con questo tipo di strutture, host sconosciuto

• Alessandro (7/5): Molto bene, ma migliorabile - La posizione, la pulizia, l’appartamento è molto grande e dotato di tutti i comfort (basti pensare che ha alexa all’interno, del quale sono rimasto piacevolmente colpito essendo appassionato di musica), ha 2 bagni ed è adatto ad un numero di ospiti da 5 a 9 tranquillamente. L’host è stato gentile nel farci lasciare le valigie in un locker dopo il check out, permettendoci di non portarle in giro. La cosa che proprio non mi è piaciuta è che la struttura non sia convenzionata con un parcheggio, è impensabile a Napoli, soprattutto perchè la struttura si trova in centro. Ho passato quasi un’ora al mio arrivo a cercare un parcheggio custodito o in strada. Credo sia ciò che va assolutamente migliorato. Altra cosa da migliorare sono le docce, erogano troppa poca acqua quando alzi la temperatura, non si può fare una doccia col contagocce.

• Sara (7/5): Bien, pero tienen cosas que mejorar - La casa está muy bien porque es muy amplia y si vas un grupo de personas grande creo que esta casa es lo que buscas además de estar en pleno centro. Sale olor desagradable del baño grande y la presión del agua no es suficiente; solo puede ducharse una persona a la vez si quieres tener agua caliente ya que no hay suficiente para abastecer dos baños al mismo tiempo.
• Slavka (10/5): Apartmán bol výnimočný, priamo v centre, všetky pamiatky a prístav v pešej vzdialenosti. - Apartmán bol veľký a priestranný, veľmi čistý, postele boli veľmi pohodlné, kuchyňa vybavená všetkým potrebným. V byte je práčka, sušičku, umývačku riadu a žehlička.Kúpelne čisté, dostatok toaletného papiera.Bolo skvelé, že sme si mohli uschovať batožinu, pretože let sme mali až večer.Hostitel odpovedal rýchlo, pretože prvý vstup do bytu je cez správy.Mestské dane musia byť zaplatené pred príchodom. Ďakujeme hostiteľom za skvelý pobyt.

• Laura (7/5): AL centro di Napoli a due passi dal mare - La posizione è ottima a 2 metri da via Toledo e dietro Poppella che fa i fiocchi più buoni di Napoli. L'appartamento è molto grande e spazioso. L'host è stato sempre disponibile ad iutarci. La pulizia non è il top, nei bagni è presente muffa e quello più grande aveva odore di fogna, lo spazzolino del wc era posato per terra, il rubinetto del lavandino perde. Le chiavi del portone per entrare nell'edificio erano difettose e bisogna giocarci un po' per entrare. Quando siamo arrivate la caldaia non funzionava e non abbiamo potuto lavarci

A due passi da via To - Ampia e spaziosa letto comodissimo cucina organizzata con tutti gli elettrodomestici bagni puliti vicino a tutto anche al garage convenzionato ….la consiglio veramente sia ad un gruppo di amici che ad una famiglia 😊 Un po di difficoltà ad inserire il wi fi - il televisore in una delle stanze non funzionava a causa forse del telecomando Non configurato (credo)

You won’t regret staying here! The neighborhood feels safe, the beds are extremely comfortable. • Igor (9/5): Хорошая квартира с великолепным месторасположением. - Квартира расположена в самом центре Неаполя, действительно вблизи от всех достопремичательностей города. Квартира очень функциональна, хорошо оборудованная кухня, посудомоечная посуда, стиральная и сушильная машина, кофемашина и чайник, тостер и новый большой холодильник. Три полноценные и просторные спальни с кондиционерами в каждой комнате. Несмотря на немалочисленные недостатки ставлю высокую оценку и рекомендую. Квартира расположена на третьем этаже в старом доме без лифта. Поэтому она не подходит для пожилых людей и инвалидов. Сомневаюсь, что она подойдёт по этой же причине для семей с младенцами из-за трудности подъёма с коляской, хотя квартира оснащена детской колыбелькой. Матрасы кроватей не самые удобные. Минимальное количество туалетной бумаги. Чайник необходимо заменить (он с накипью).

Ha perfettamente soddisfatto le mie aspettative. La notte senti i rumori nella strada e vicoli sottostanti, ma è la bellezza di Napoli.

Bathrooms were not clean with visible hairs, blocked shower drain and continuous terrible smell in main bathroom, very little toilet paper supplied. Only one air conditioning remote control could be found. Loose wall sockets. Broken dining room chair. Could do with a bit of general clean and maintenance.

• Johan (9/5): Heel mooi appartement op top locatie maar heel moeilijk om je aan te melden. - Bijzonder mooi appartement! Hele goede locatie! Super mooie living. Comfortabel slaapkamers met twee badkamers. Het was heel moeilijk om in het appartement binnen te geraken. We stonden 50 min buiten op de straat met onze koffers. Moeilijke procedure om tax te betalen. Wat nodig was alvorens de code van het slot te bekomen. We konden de verhuurders niet bereiken. Dank zij een vriendelijke man die het gewassen linnen kwam afleveren, heeft hij voor ons gebeld naar het nummer dat de wasserij gekregen had. We lazen op de reviews dat reeds meerdere personen dezelfde problemen hadden. Jammer! Gelieve iets persoonlijker en sneller te reageren.

• Tiziana (7/5): Soggiorno ottimo con piccoli accorgimenti diventerebbe Top. Comunque l’appartamento è bellissimo e curato. - Posizione centrale perfetta . Appartamento spazioso e curato Letti e acqua calda : il divano letto nel salone ed il terzo letto (brandina) nella stanza più grande, erano molto scomodi , andrebbero sostituiti soprattutto la brandina . L’acqua, nei bagni, sé utilizzati entrambi contemporaneamente ne esce pochissima e soprattutto con difficoltà calda . ( in un alloggio per 9 persone soprattutto la mattina devono essere utilizzati entrambi i bagni per lavarsi )

• Samantha (8/5): Soddisfatta - L’appartamento è molto carino e ha la comodità di essere vicino a piazza plebiscito quindi a pochi passi dal centro storico Unica pecca è il bagno che dovrebbe essere sistemato sia per tubazioni che per estetica, ma per il resto tutto ottimo anche la pulizia
• gianluca (9/5): Se potessi ci ritornerei subito! - L'abitazione è posizionata in una via tranquilla e molto stretta che non permette il passaggio di automobili. Malgrado questo è vicinissima alla zona turistica dei quartieri spagnoli che si raggiunge in qualche minuto.

• Jonáš (7/5): There is only one pair of physical keys to the apartment - The apartment has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and iron - so it is well equipped for a longer stay. We were in a group of 8 people. The apartment is equipped with an electronic lock, but only the owner can use it, not the guests. There is only one pair of keys to the apartment and there is no lock box anywhere. In a group this large, one pair of keys is a big negative in the 21st century and I don't understand at all why the lock can't be opened with a code like most similar accommodations have. There are a few things that don't work in the apartment - for example, a very poorly draining shower drain, so you're standing in water the whole time you're showering. The bathrooms also don't smell very good and only one has a shower. The other bathroom has a very small bathtub, so a morning shower for a large group is really a long time.

• Veronica (9/5): Spacious apartment in the Spanish quarters - The space, the location, the cleaness. I asked for a little discount to the owner as at the end we were 3 instead of 4 people and did not accept.
• Alica (9/5): Perfect place in the centre of Naples - Fantastic apartment for group of 6 in the centre of Naples. The apartment is huge, very well equipped and super clean. For light sleepers is better to take the ear plugs because of the cars noise during the night. Otherwise it was pretty quite as it is not on the main street. It’s really the perfect place to stay in Naples in bigger group, wish we stayed longer. Unfortunately, there was some issue and I didn’t receive the message with instruction how to enter the apartment. I contacted the host via booking and whatsapp but without the response. We received a help from gentleman making baskets just next to the apartment building, he contacted the host. From than on the communication was smooth.
• Georgeta (10/5): The residence met and even overcame our expectations👍. - The property is very well located, everything we needed was at hand, be it touristic sites, restaurants, pasticccerie, metro, taxi station, shops, etc. The administrator of the property, Rita, was very nice and helpful, we really appreciated the interaction with her 👍😊 There is nothing which we did not like 😊

• Agnieszka (4/5): mediocre conditions for such a price - location the apartment was dirty - in the bathrooms hair on the toilet and the floor. the electricity had failures every now and then - it was impossible to cook anything or charge electronic devices. The fuses blew each time I tried. in response, the owner sent a useless video with instructions for attaching the fuses. lack of electricity resulted in a lack of hot water. There is no telecommunications range in the apartment. it was very noisy from the adjacent street.
• Rodrigo (9/5): Superb - The apartment was splendid. Location. Very good Amenities. Friendly Rita. Very helpful and attentive to requests. The payment terminal they have is a terminal with out contract with a bank or something like that, so it was impossible to pay with our cards. We tried 6 different cards and none worked... So we had to deplete our cash reserves. Please change the payment service provider!!
