Nothing works… no hot water/ induction stove not functioning/electr - The location was great today I want to share with you my recent experience staying at this Airbnb. Unfortunately, the stay was not enjoyable due to multiple issues with the accommodation. To begin with, the stove was not functioning properly, which meant that we couldn't cook meals during our stay. Furthermore, the hot water was also not functional. This meant that we went two days without showering. Despite trying to contact the host multiple times, they were not responsive and did not provide any solutions. It was very frustrating not being able to communicate with them efficiently. Even when the hot water did come on eventually, it was on for 15mins then it went cold. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and I hope this serves as a cautionary tale for others when booking this accommodations. I forgot one thing… there were roaches and mosquitoes
• Sofia (8/5): Comfortable stay - Very beautiful living room. Very comfortable mattresses. Quiet area. It’s a full 10 minute walk to the nearest metro station . Large property. Nice balcony. We could be visiting again . Bathrooms in need of renovation, look old fashioned but are very clean. Bathtub too narrow there is a risk of a slip. Management company a bit slow to respond and coming across as disorganised with information not easily available . We had to call and get the info needed. WiFi hard to find: had to try all available networks to find the one that matched the password . Hot water tank tricky to start : you need to press a tiny button to kick start.
