Host was very accommodating in allowing us to leave our luggage in the garage after checkout for an hour or two due to us having a mid afternoon flight. Highly recommend and would come back if we come to Launceston again. Nothing

For short stays we thought it was a bit rich to ask us to basically to empty the garbage and ensure everything was clean and tidy. We’re not messy people and we would have left the property in good condition without being told,

Lots of great cafes and bars close by (Bread and Butter, Tatler Lane, Du Cane, etc) The garage was super tight but that’s the design of the house so can’t fault the host. She did let us know before hand so we expected it anyway.

The garage is in a very awkward position & had to be reversed into. We have a medium sized car & it only just fit in. Anyone with a larger car wouldn’t be able to park it inside. There is nowhere else to park.

• Gillian (8/5): A great place to stay in Launceston. Very central with all the amenities you could want. - Very clean, quiet and provided extremely comfortable bedding. Lots of fresh air if you want it. Car park was quite awkward. Was glad our hire car was quite small.
• Denis (10/5): This townhouse has everything you need, and we have no hesitation in recommending it anyone. - Collecting the keys was a bit different - there is no actual No. showing 45 Elizabeth Street - one phone call sorted out the confusion. We have travelled every year for over 15 years with the same couple and stay at motels, units or apartments. Without a doubt this townhouse would be the best facility we have stayed in. It is ideally situated in Launceston, close to a number of restaurants and opposite the best butcher in Launceston. The Townhouse has 15 stairs and at my age (78) I have a bit of difficulty on stairs, however the Ground Floor unit provided everything we needed - a great bed and pillows, separate shower and toilet, a big walk in wardrobe and full laundry (washing machine/dryer). The upstairs unit was fitted out with modern facilities and the pantry even had adequate provisions until we could get shopping. A clean Weber bar-b-q was also provided (which we used) and this was a bonus. All kitchen equipment was new (or near new) and catered for every need in the cooking department. Angela (our host) kept in contact and informed and we recommend her and this Townhouse highly. Had a bit of a problem with parking - the garage is not overly big and is on an angle. We arrived in a SUV (Audi Q5) and we were going to attempt garaging it but one of the permanent tenants/owners told us to just park it in the open space courtyard and it would be OK.

The bed and pillows were too hard and made getting a good night’s sleep very difficult. The garage forecourt was very dirty. Two remotes and three three codes to manage getting in and out was excessive

Exceptionally clean and so welcoming. Great communication with owner , which made us feel welcomed. There is nothing not to like. If I want to be picky, I would say a Coffee pod machine would top the property off.

Location was PERFECT!!! - Th location was perfect - we didn't have a car and were extremely pleased with being able to walk to many places - cafe'sand bars - and not too far to go for the footy. The apartment was incredibly clean and tidy - towels were clean & soft - and it was stocked with all the bascis required for a short stay - more than we needed. Very spacious and cosy & warm. Some warning re: the first speed hump when coming in through the front gate - sneaks up on you before the sensor light somes on.

Good size kitchen and pantry had all the necessary items required for your stay. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping centre. We highly recommend this venue. Angela (property manager) was fantastic. Quick to respond. We highly recommend this property. Great secure environment where only residents can get into the property. Parking space is tricky to manoeuvre if you have to park a big SUV. Lack of street lighting at night when you reverse park into the garage. Accept for the single garage parking space the accommodation is fantastic. If you drive a small/medium-sized car you will have no issues.
• Henry (7/5): Nice apt with too many rules - Central location The staff were very dictatorial in their communication to us with threats of extra charges if we did not empty rubbish take it out at a timely manner etc. Etc. It was quite demeaning actually to receive messages from them with this time. I think they should open their eyes to the fact that tourists do have experiences and do know what needs to be done when leasing properties for travel. and certain things are expected when you pay good money to a rental apartment.

Upstairs downstairs ment each couple had their own space. Minor need - Needs a full length mirror somewhere in the property as we were there for a wedding and couldn’t see our full outfits.

There’s an awesome bakery up the street and a great Thai place around the corner. Love that this comes with a private lockup garage. Yes it's on the smaller side, but our medium SUV fit just fine. Angela was a friendly and very attentive host. Would definitely stay again!

• Cengiz (10/5): Greatest Accomodation we had in Australia in 5 weeks - This accommodation is, without exaggeration, the best, cleanest, perfect, modern and very tastefully furnished place to stay that we had in our 5 weeks in Australia. When doing your research, be careful not to look at the front building on the street. Because the accommodation is in a row of terraced houses in the backyard that are no more than 1 year old, completely quiet and in a great location. Super clean spacious garage is also included. In addition, the host, Angela, was immediately available and extremely helpful. I don't think there is any accommodation in Launceston that can offer all of this. The price-performance ratio is also very good. Thank you so much for this fantastic stay, dear Angela nothing

Modern Washing machine and dryer with quick cycles were very handy. The location is great, can walk to the supermarket. Also very secure property. The garage was very hard to get into.

Beautifully designed so was cosy and comfortable to relax in when we weren't out exploring. The included carpark was small and a tight fit and as we were driving a medium sized SUV we couldn't get it in so needed to pay for street parking - this wasn't an issue as there were plenty of street parking options and we were out most of the day but something we didn't realise upon booking.

Postion was amazing and we really felt cared - This beautiful modern townhouse was so cosy and comfortable and was perfect for our trip to Launceston. Angela was so helpful and communicated well before , during and after our stay. Her attention to detail is exceptional and the high quality fittings, linen, towels etc ensured we had a very enjoyable stay. The only tricky thing was parking in the garage as it was a bit of an awkward angle but this was a minor thing that didnt detract from the great accomodation!!
