• Michal (8/5): Wygodnie i gustownie - Fantastyczne warunki jak na tę cenę. Mediolan noclegowo jest drogi i nędzny. Lokalizacja wygodna, duża miła łazienka, jasno. była lodówka, kawa, ekspres. Powiedziałbym, że gustownie. Można by było poprawić trochę czystość i stan rzeczy: chybotliwy kran, odpadające części zamka w drzwiach itp. Ale to nieistotne w sumie drobiazgi. Na pewno jeszcze raz się tu zatrzymam.

• Ulrike (10/5): Schönes Apartment tolle Farben - Ein wunderschönes Apartment. Hell, sauber freundlich. Wie auf den Bildern. Alles mega schön und nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Nicht weit von allem. Haltestellen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Aber der Dom ist auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen und man sieht etwas von der Stadt. Im Apartment selbst haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Farbschema ist einfach fröhlich.
• Julian Philipp (7/5): - Schön eingerichtet, Check-in unproblematisch. Leider nicht so sauber: Lange Haare in der Dusche und überall auf dem Boden. Straße auch bei geschlossenem Fenster recht laut.

• Pevtulidis (5/5): Low value for money - - location - big bathroom - reactivity and availability of the property management team - the apartment needs a renovation - photos did not entirely correspond to the actual apartment - very little natural light - all the taps on the sinks were very loose - the electrical outlets were also very loose and very few available - no soap to wash our hands was available - some stains on the walls - floors need a renovation, lots of cracks

Decoracao bonita e banheiro espacoso Maquina de lava roupas funciona bem Limpeza muito superficial. Era visivel muito pó e sujeira nos cantos do apartamento Alguns equipamentos estao se desprendendo. Minha esposa tomou um choque em uma liminaria que caiu da parede e oa fios ficaram a vista Torneiras soltas Nas fotos parece maior mas é bem pequeno Sofa cama bem desconfortavel Poucos itens de cozinha Quando chegamos alguns estavam sujos e tivemos que lavar novamente Nao tem maquina de lava louca

• Martina (10/5): Sono dovuta andare per lavoro tre giorni a Milano, la casa è molto accogliente ha tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno i - La struttura si trova molto vicina al centro di Milano, è in una posizione ottima anche per la vicinanza dalla Stazione Centrale, in quei giorni sono riuscita a girare a piedi senza nemmeno prendere una metro per raggiungere il centro di Milano È una casa che pur essendo piccola è molto accogliente ha anche di più dello stretto necessario, al suo interno è tutta nuova e per la sua posizione vale la pena soggiornarci
• Mark (8/5): Great option in Milano - Good apartments, quite spacious, with an amazing location between city centre and central station. Also not so too far from San Siro stadium. The bathroom was a bit uncomfortable, and sometimes its a bit noisy outside.

• Patricia (9/5): Gostámos muito! Voltámos a ficar no mesmo sítio e vou recomendar a toda a gente!! - Localização relativamente central sem estar no centro da confusão, o que para mim foi perfeito! A comunicação com o anfitrião correu muito bem e o apartamento correspondia às fotos divulgadas. Podia apenas disponibilizar mais gel de banho/shampoo e gel das mãos, as torneiras estavam ligeiramente soltas mas sem afetar a pressão na água

• Alexandra (9/5): Excelente localização e bom conforto - Excelente localização. Vários restaurantes bons pertinho, temo parque perto, muito comercio. O apartamento era ótimo. Uma cozinha pequena mais bem completa e funcional, a cama era bem confortável, e o banheiro era grande. o chuveiro era grande e bem gostoso. Tinha cafeteira, material de limpeza, máquina de lavar roupa (não usamos), toalhas, um bom secador de cabelo nada
• Sandra Regina (8/5): - Perto da estação de metrô Venezia. Apartamento ok para alguns dias em Milão. Tem um pequeno elevador que ajuda com a bagagem. O ar condicionado não era muito bom. Fica 30 minutos caminhando da Estação Central ou pode pegar metrô. Dos lugares que aluguei durante a minha viagem, este foi o contato mais frio, só por aplicativo.

• Victoria (9/5): Modern stay 30 minutes away from duomo - -First thing: don’t worry about the amount of keys, and some reviews saying that they don’t give you all of them. You get all your keys on one chain (for entrance of the building + house) The instructions are very clear. -Spacious room with a very comfortable bed. There’s 2 glass doors that you can close, so that the sun doesn’t bother you. People who were complaining about the noise, probably weren’t closing the windows right 😁 You have to test it yourself. -Amazing shower, with a little built in seat. You’re gonna love it! -The entrance of the building is beautiful! Don’t pay attention to the instructions video they send you before check in, because it’s old. The entrance is renovated now. -Loved the coffee! -Plus, it’s great that they have an iron. -The biggest issue were the sockets. There was only one regular european socket, in the kitchen. So, I had to either use a powerbank or charge my phone in the kitchen. -You can only turn down the AC to a specific temperature, so it was a bit warm, at times. -It would be nice if toiletries were offered in small bottle format, and not a “shampoo packet” - for more comfortable use.

• Irakli (6/5): Pleasant - Good choice for that prise - I payed around 470 euro for 5 nights Poor comunication with the staff and lack of info about the keys!!!!!! -Be eware, you are going to need 3 keys(Main door, building and appartmemt) while they inform you that you need 2 keys. so, If you dont know that, you might left that key in the flat(becouse you dont know what that key is, as they didn't inform you) go outside and got trapped in the yard, untill someone opens the door, becouse you can not open the door without the key. As it was in my case, I got trapped in the courtyard, in the late night. Only after 30 mins someone entered and I went to appartment. So, ask about the keys. -they send you and old video instruction, now recomstuction is over and entrance looks absolutly different. So that video is useless. They do note have uddated info. So, Ask for updated one! -Also, a bit rude customer relationship manager. I texted him/her or whatever, in whatsup and asked about the key, but no result. -Appartmet itself : for the money I payed absolutly ok. Clean, equiped. Matrass is a bit uncomfortable and There are no hangers for towels in bathroom.

• Tina (9/5): Cosy flat near Milano Centrale - Nice vibe, close to the train station and metro. The bed was comfortable. A lovely flat in general. We missed some hangers in the bathroom for towels and some more space for cosmetics. The bathroom is nice but it could be equipped more practically.

• Sara (8/5): Overall, it was a good stay - The location in Porta Venezia District, the design of the flat, the very big shower, the kitchen and the cleaning The AC didn’t work so well and the bed wasn’t super comfortable
• Triet (8/5): Comfortable stay in Milan! - The flat was quite good, in a rather old building but it was renovated (we assume) in a good way. The location is top notch, close to the main station with direct tram, some nice walk to the main attraction of the city. All of the facilities were working well. Some very nice alleys with good night life and food closeby. The area seems to be safe to walk as well. The flat locates close to one of the main street and the window was not soundproof so it could get a bit noisy in the middle of the night.

• M (9/5): Perfect location and great fit for a small family or business trip - We arrived on a late flight with a child but we managed to check-in thanks to the information shared ahead of time. Location is on point. a walking distance to city center and central station. Apartment has everything you need to spend a couple of days. More as recommendations: A bottle of water in the fridge to welcome your guests would not be too much to ask. Plus the host could provide some soap to use the washing machine. Buying small bottles or capsules in the supermarket for one or 2 washes is not possible.
