Lucia (2/5): Not for long staying - The apartment was bigger than expected and enough clean when I arrived. The bathroom was small but comfortable. I was provided with towels for three people. The location is quite bad, the area doesn't look too safe. Wifi doesn't work very well, impossible to work from there or stream a movie. I stayed for quite long, 13 nights, and I wasn't provided with any cleaning tools, nor a bed sheets change (10 pounds cash to have new ones). But the biggest problem was that I found a rat inside the apartment. After a couple of days and several text messages, a pest control service solved the problem, but still, I had to sleep with a rat for a few nights. In general, I would say it is fine accommodation for 2 nights maximum.
Justin (7/5): Good - The room was perfect for a week working in London, no frills so to speak but was comfy and warm and the shower was good. That's all I'm looking for when staying away. Couldn't fault the room and the hosts were excellent. The location was perfect for where I was working. The whole process of trying to do the pre check in details and deposit via the website was a nightmare. The website clearly isn't up to the task and it took a lot of frustrated hours to sort out and numerous attempts. Also I was a bit disappointed to find that there wasn't really any parking like advertised and you had to pay. This wasn't too much of a problem at 6 quid a night but had I of known before then I wouldn't have mentioned it. It is London after all. But based on the check in procedure I wouldn't stay at one of the apartments again. But the room was OK.
