• James (1/5): First nightmare - Only the location is good This is my first nightmare. For those who are not afraid of troublesome, you may choose to stay at this property. The contact person will ask you to bank in or transfer for deposit. After you check out, they will tell you that the deposit will be refunded after 7 working days and I had wait more that 7 working days but the fund is mot transfer back to me. I had to seek help from Booking.com The contact person is not friendly at all and don't have the intention to refund to me.

• Arin (10/5): Cosy, convenient apartment - House - very clean. Fully equipped with all the basic necessities. The fridge is huge. Strong wifi with netflix. Washing machine with dryer provided. Comfy beddings and pillows 4 towels provided Easy communication with staffs - english / bm Walking distance to mrt near aeon. Adjacent to the apartment is the sunway mall. Beside police station so place is safe Only one access card Bidet pipes at both toilets were leaking
• Wb (5/5): Reasonable, however needed improvement for sure. - Location The unit need to improve maintenance, host did not observe number of guest stay in and did not provided additional blanket for 5th guest, vert slow in respond and action needed to attend customer feedback.

• Mohammad (2/5): poor service - facilitiy and utility except for lift aircond at hall was leaking and ur staff send clearner to solve th technical issue. your staff solution is just to put towel? please train your staff with courtesy and politely. anner when talking. lack of training and poor indication and explanation. the security even more helpful then ur staff
