• Terence (9/5): A gem of an apartment, ideal for any length of stay. - A nicely presented and well equipped, quiet and comfortable apartment that serves to easily accommodate two couples or a family, and would make a suitable base for any length of time in London. Convenient walking distance from public transport connections. Very kind and attentive host. There were a few minor issues with some of the fixtures and fittings in the apartment, but nothing that prevented their use or impacted upon our visit. The otherwise excellent kitchen did not appear to have a microwave which may inconvenience some, as might the high countertops. But these are minor quibbles; a great place to stay.

• Suzanne (6/5): Pleasant - Modern, clean and quiet with a garden which is a real bonus. Nice comfy beds. We initially couldn't get in because I wasn't told the key lock battery had run out. One of the mobile numbers given was unobtainable and another went to a business answer machine. Even when I eventually got hold of the owner the neighbour who was supposed to let us in wasn't replying. In the end we only got in because someone came out and we held the door. All this was stressful and not the best start. For some reason the boiler was turned off so the first person to shower got cold water. Why was this not turned on before we arrived or a note to warn us/instructions. We were told to enjoy the food and drink in the fridge upon arrival. Well the only thing in the fridge was a carton of oat milk! Bleugh! I've had many welcome baskets over the years and that certainly wasn't! There is a lovely fire pit in the garden but no-one had checked the gas level so it lasted less than 5 minutes. The kitchen worktops are bizarrely high so it wouldn't be easy to stir anything on that hob without a foot stool! Overall it is nicely presented but needs more attention to detail.

• Mia (9/5): Amazing apartment & great host, I’d happily stay here again! - The apartment is beautifully decorated, it actually looks better in person than in the photos. The rooms are very spacious and clean, both bedrooms were a good size. The space has everything you need and more, I’d give it an A* in terms of facilities. The kitchen appliances are very good plus there is a washer, dryer, dishwasher, ice/water dispenser & very good heating & air con. The host is also very efficient and well organised, we were given clear instructions for checking in/out prior to check in. The lockbox for the key had died as we were checking out but Marike responded super quick and we were able to find a solution. Whilst the neighbourhood is not the prettiest it has everything you need plus plenty to eat. It is also only a 5 min walk to Surrey Quays and about 15 mins from Canada Water so I found the location to be fine for what I needed. The only thing I’d change is the seats in the living space as they were not very comfortable. Also whilst the bed was super comfortable the pillows were a little hard for me, though that may just be my personal preference. The kitchen counter tops are also very high, I’m 5’3 and could just about manage but I think if you’re any shorter than 5 ft you will struggle to reach. The host does provide a stool though which was super helpful :) Drawbacks aside, I’d still happily stay here again!

Lovely outdoor space although we didn’t use it due to the weather. Lovely goodies left for us too by the host who has been amazing throughout and extremely helpful. Not far from Canada Water tube station. Would highly recommend

• Jack (10/5): Impressively well put together property with a fantastic host. - For the location and quality of the property, I feel we were lucky it was available at all. The price was excellent and we couldn't have asked for anything more. Every surface was immaculate and having access to such a well manicured garden space was the cherry atop the icing on the cake. Communication was flawless. Our host gave suggestions and advice throughout the stay and even took the time to let us know that we were able to check in early on the day of arrival. Would book again in a heartbeat.

I would 100% book this again especially if planning to spend an extended time in the city. It was awesome! Location is a little further from the city center but the money that was to be expected and the accommodations made up for that. It was near bus stations and a train station was an 5-10 min ish walk away, but plan like a 30-45 min if headed to the center via public transit

• Jeremy (10/5): Tons of Space in London - Huge beautifully renovated flat in SE London. So hard to find this much space for a reasonable price in London. Everything seemed brand new and worked flawlessly. We appreciated having the washer/dryer in the unit. Nice patio space. Obviously it's a bit outside of central London but we knew that going in. 15 min walk to Canada Waters and then tube into central London. Neighborhood seems a bit hit or miss, but we never felt unsafe.

The beds were comfy and the water pressure was super strong! Convenient to have a washer AND dryer! Easy 5 minute walk to the tube and could get everywhere fast. 15 minute to the water taxi which was a nice alternative to visit Greenwich with less tourists. Nothing!

• Abuk (10/5): A luxurious experience for anyone who wants good access to the city center in a calm neighborhood. - The flat feels very luxurious and well equipped with many amenities. Location was great, about 5 mins walk from local overground train and 15 mins walk though Southwark park to the underground. Thermostat inside allows adjustible temp, so you'll always feel comfortable. There is also an amazon echo and a netflix account available for you to use. Host was hospitable and provided us with drinks upon our arrival. Communication with host was without issue. The Wifi is okay but doesn't quite reach the farthest room of the flat. If you plan on cooking something for yourself in this flat, you may want to bring tall platform shoes, the counter is veeery tall and pretty uncomfortable to work on. The beds are really soft, and I understand it is a thing of personal preference, but personally none of us found it comfortable.
• Crane (9/5): Superb - The location and facilities. Great for my family of 4. Nice to have milk and other products in the fridge. The difficulty in finding instructions for using appliances. There were no tea bags or sugar provided.

Master bed is comfy The key box is positioned way to high - arriving late at night (or even during day) we needed to take multiple photos to be able to see the keypad as it doesn't angle at all. Listing states on-site carparking - there isn't any; it’s on the street if you can find a carpark. Towels have what looks like rust marks – gives the appearance of not being clean. Wifi issues – Host didn’t give any instructions/code so we were unable to use internet the first night & when queried the next day we were advised the password is on the back of the router under the dining table – like that’s a common place to look? Lounge chairs are very hard; not comfortable at all.
• Howard (9/5): Great flat, lovely host. - We loved the location, so easy to walk to train and close to grocery. The flat has A/C, very important to us, since it was 80+ during our visit. Loved having a washer with separate dryer and the on demand hot water system was very much appreciated. Great personal touches like fresh flowers, drinks in the fridge and plenty of coffee. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Host very accessible, when needed. Answer all of my questions very quickly. Would have been a perfect stay except…The photo of the living area furniture isn’t current. The couch has been replaced with two of the most uncomfortable chairs. Unfortunately, every single piece of furniture, inside and out, is as hard as a rock. The only comfortable place to sit after a long day out is the bed.

• Laura (10/5): Beautiful and updated flat in a good location - Nice touches like drinks in the fridge, bathroom anmen and fresh flowers. Excellent communication. Allowed early check-in. Everything was wonderful but if I had to critique something it would be the living area seating. The chairs aren’t too comfortable and there isn’t seating for more than two (unless you sit at the kitchen table). Could consider different or additional seating options in that area.
