- Mark (2/5): - Avoid. False advertising, coupled with dirty conditions, barely functional air conditioner, and refusal to change sheets, except for every 5 days. See photos of mold in the bathroom, filthy windows. I set the A/C to 16 degrees but the room after 24 hours only gets down to 28 degrees. This causes me to sweat all night, and the management won't change your sheets for 5 days, even though the listing says daily serviced, and their Whatsapp message says every 3 days. No matter what they say, the truth is that you have to live with the filth for 5 days.

- Jack (1/5): Very disappointed. - Nothing. Where to start, maybe with the lizard in our room that we had to put outside, maybe the odd stains on the bed sheets or maybe the shower that was hanging off the wall. Also a honourable mention to the horrible smell. We asked for basic room cleaning as stated in the lift, but we were told to go and get the towels and toilet paper ourselves from the dungeon. I wouldn’t have as unsatisfied if the photos reflected the rooms well. We had to change rooms 3 times and they offered no refund and refused to let us cancel.

- Ekaterina (1/5): Worst experience ever!!! - Not a thing! On the way from the airport to the property I received a message that my booking was cancelled. I called them, and they hung up on me. When I got to the property there was a gate, and the lady that came out pretended not to speak English. I showed her my booking but she just shut the door and left. The booking was made through Booking.com and guaranteed with a credit card. It was only 2 days left till New Years, so it was very difficult and stressful finding another hotel nearby. Never again!

- Benjamin (10/5): - Location is perfect, room clean, self serviced check in so no awkward conversations, we were caught in the Hoi an floods so no messing about when checking in was perfect. Use of the washing machine and dryer saved us also!

Good laundry and kitchen facilities, this was my fourth time here and will certainly stay again. The Receptionist Hat, was very pleasant and helpful throughout the booking process, she made the entire process very simple. Nothing.

- Lisa (8/5): Comfy, Netflix provided, water purifier and you can do your own laundry there! - We added an extra night to our stay (3rd floor) and had to move rooms to the (1st floor) cheapest room, no kitchen or balcony and it was great. The Netflix provided in the room was great also WiFi service perfect. Being so close to the street was not an issue for noise. We would stay here again. Cheap accommodation but so comfortable. Bed comfy, shower water pressure great. If you're on the 1st floor, the view just out the window is very ordinary, but you can look beyond that for a great view of all the action on the street. Also, the church bells at 4.30am can be tiring but that can't be changed. For the location and ease of access to Ben Thanh Market etc, it's hard to beat!
- Lisa (7/5): Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, free WiFi & Netflix. The room is not serviced but can be, for a charge. - The location was great for our needs and the host very responsive. They also have Sazi Hotel in short walking distance to Sazi Church View and we had the best ever massage in our life there... it beat, Thai, Bali and Australian massages we've had. We also loved the Netflix provided in our accommodation, the water purifier for refills in the basement and fantastic being able to do your own washing, washing machine and clothes dryer, iron etc all provided. The church bells at 4.30am and 4.30pm every day can be annoying and if you're there on a Sunday, expect the bells to be rung at 4.30am, 6.00am and 4.30pm. Luckily, we are early risers! Electric jug provided but no cups to make a cup of tea or coffee. Balcony is big enough for 1 person to sit.
- Elena (3/5): Poor - The hotel is in the center of the city. The stuff at the reception was helpful and called a taxi for us - thank you. BUT! We booked another room with a balcony with a pleasant view on the church, but we were given another room even in another city area. The view was on the noisy stinking market. I saw this notice occasionally when we were in the airport in China without working wi-fi several hours before the check-in. My husbant bought Russian mobile internet just for the case. The hotel stuff promised to meet us but there was noone on the reception. We had to ask another nearby hotel to call them. Our room was cheaper (because it was much more worse) and the hotel stuff promised to make a discount but... they took more money than in the booking confirmation. I noticed this and asked them why. They made us a refund in cash - 2 (two) dollars))) Really? It is funny but the toilet paper was used)

- Peter (4/5): Disappointing - I did eventually get to have a Church View Luckily I only used the roof to sleep. You don't get the room with the balcony as in the picture. The first room I had had no window and was a FIRE trap, I felt really unsafe The second room has a tiny enclosed balcony with two air conditioning units.
- Olga (3/5): Accommodation with ZERO sleep - The location is great, close to main attractions. The design of the apartment is good. There is all necessary equipment: plates, cutlery, and kettle. The view from the apartment on the church is great, but ... there is a catch in this. No hot water 1st night. Broken back side of the chair in the kitchen. The apartment looked good, but i was expecting it to be like on the picture, but "with balcony", in my case, was a tiny dirty balcony with 1 poor chair. But nothing can be compared with both nights ZERO SLEEP- church bells ringing full power. 1st night after we arrived from delayed flight and went to sleep at 4am. 5am there was a full power "ring tone" of bells. 2nd night after full day of exploring the city, of course, you dream about good night sleep - forget. 4:20am bells were ringing again.

Nothing was clean. Not enough toilet paper. The passcode to get in didn’t work multiple times. Delay response. And most importantly wound not take payment from booking. Had to have a LOCAL bank account to transfer the funds???? Such a hassle if you’re not a Vietnam resident. Would not recommend this property to anyone. Even with the great location

Re - Location was great, walking distance to everything we wanted to do! It’s right next to a church and at 04:00 the bells ring, it is really load and woke us up. But apart from that it was perfect

- Bexx (1/5): Avoid - The location The black mould on the windowsills The 2nd bedroom has a window that opens into a dark void where someone was dropping cigarettes and spitting no natural light. No service at all for a weeks stay the same bag of dirty linens sat on the floor besides the elevator all week The elevator was being serviced, so I had to go up through a shop above to get up to room . The fire escape was blocked with stuff from the shop and 1st floor and scooters in the basement I sent a whatsapp message to staff who arrived to check us in asking for the cost of upgrade to the rooms they use for their listing photos, no reply. It was really no surprise we were all sick during our time staying there, Oh and the 12 hour church service on Sundays across the road 4.30 chuch bells everyday
- Alejandro (8/5): Good value for money - Very spacious room on the 6th floor, just as advertised in the pictures. Everything inside was in good condition. The building has an elevator and has a washing machine in case you need to do your laundry. The location was great, close to the center and many restaurants around the area. The self check-in was not the best. There was no prior communication from the property to inform me that there would be no reception available or to provide the keycode and other necessary instructions. As a result, I found myself waiting in a dimly lit basement/garage for someone to respond to my message and share the check-in details. Had I not had internet access on my phone, contacting the property would have been a significant challenge.

- Julie (8/5): Good value if you don't mind a bit of noise - Overall, the place is comfortable and pleasant to live in. There is a nice view from the balcony. The fridge and the aircon work well, there is enough warm water even if the pressure is quite weak. There's also an access to a communal washing machine and to a dryer. The place is quite noisy. First there is a church that ring bells everyday at 4.30 am and pm, and the sunday service starting at 6.30. And there is also a bus depot just across the street. The kitchen equipment is very limited.
- Lee (9/5): Loved it. The view of the church at night from our room was enticing. - It was very quiet in the room. Being on the sixth floor was great for minimising the traffic noise. The room was very comfortable and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. We checked out and moved to different accommodation that was higher rated but we wished we’d stayed back at Sazi. The entrance was hard for someone with recent knee surgery due to the steep ramp.
- Valentine (6/5): Pleasant - The place was very clean and in decent condition, just like the advertised pictures. Despite a few technical issues with entrance codes and WiFi, the staff did a very good job of fixing those issues immediately! 1. Location would be ideal if it wasn't directly across from a large cathedral which rings it bells at 4:20am, every day! 2. It's advertised as a furnished kitchen. However, you only have a single electric hob, a frying pan, a pot, plates and cutlery. No other basic utensils like knifes, chopping board, peeler, strainer, serving or wooden spoon, etc. 3. The bathroom towels are so small, thin and old. The same for the floor mat. 4. There was zero cleaning equipment like a mop, broom, dustpan & brush, floor rack, etc. Only a washing up sponge and an old small rag to wipe the counter top and they do not provide daily cleaning. So, very hard to clean up after yourself. 5. The shower needs a warning! Only a little into turning the tap in the direction of hot and it initially seems warm, but suddenly jumps up to scolding in the middle of your shower! 6. No cable TV(so no international news) or local digital channels. Only internet access to Netflix, YouTube, etc.

- Anh (1/5): Horrible - It's doesn't look like what the ad pucture have shown. Narrow room, some places still have footprints on the wall, no good view, no ventilation, equipment is not modern (1 air conditioner in my room is not working, contacted the host but there are no response was received). There is no receptionist, the refrigerator does not have drinks (at least a few bottles of bottled water are available, right?). Too bad, for this price, I can book somewhere else more comfortable. Highly not suggest.
