Guest Reviews
- Raïcha (7/5): Avis - L'emplacement et la simplicité des locaux. L'humidité dans la salle de bain.
- Jenny (5/5): -
- Libby (4/5): - The location was good Curtains didn’t cover all windows so don’t feel 100% safe, rugs on floor also had to be lifted and slipped and fell due to them not having grips. There were holes in the floor in the bathroom.

- Ferne (7/5): Great location in nice residential area would book again - Good location nice residential area close to the Embankment, great walk to work, felt safe as a lone female leaving and returning to the property on foot in the dark. Good products in the bathroom. TV had good channel selection. Bed and linen were very good. Lots of storage for clothes if there for a longer period but could not open the drawers as sliding door did not go across far enough. I didn’t need them but would have been annoying if longer stay. Great to have a hairdryer and a fan in warmer weather. I did not use the outside seating area but looked nice. Very good for a 3 night unscheduled work visit. Would book again. Access gate and door to property were both hard to open but most likely due to seasonal swelling, an outside sensor light would have been useful as I arrived after dark so locating to door lock etc involved using a torch on my phone. I could not find a light switch close to the door on entering the property. It was dark and I had to find my way across the room to turn the bathroom light on to be able to see. The round table was far too big for the property, a smaller foldaway or different shape table with fold up style chairs would have been preferred. Slight smell of damp/mustiness each time on returning each evening but went away or I got used to it. A curtain that went across the access door would be preferred there was frosting on the middle section but the curtains on the full height glass either side did leave gaps. I did not realise there was not an oven so could not cook a pizza I had bought but the rest of the kitchen area was absolutely fine. I booked last minute on my day of arrival so had not realised no oven maybe list in the facilities no oven but this is more a mistake on my behalf. I was unexpectedly in London for work so was a quick search to find accommodation and not a more thorough research for leisure purposes. Overall cleanliness was really good, bed linen was really good. No tea towel to dry up and I could not find a plug for the sink anywhere. There was some food such as coffee and flour left by previous occupants but very out of date or dried up in bottom of containers. A great property and ideal for what I needed just a few hopefully helpful observations to improve a stay.

- Mike (5/5): Great location fulfilled our needs. - The Keys were easily obtainable. But someone had put a bolt across the inside of the gate and we had to contact the owner to gain access.
- Sue (6/5): Fantastic location, basic and functional accommodation. - The location was fantastic. It worked perfectly for us as we wanted to be walking distance from Earls Court area. Host was responsive to my questions too - thanks! It was a little tired. The outside space, whilst welcome, wasn’t quite what was billed and the canopy was filling with rain which was causing issues with fully opening the entrance door.
- Cristina (8/5): Very good -
- Cinzia (1/5): to forget - location small bedroom with staff concentrated in a minimum space, filthy surfaces and walls, disgusting location to stay even one night, poor and old furniture, strong mouldy smell from the walls. We requested to change bedroom the day after arrival and got a bedroom on the top floor which was a bit better but still not clean and not ideal for a proper staying in London.
- John (9/5): Superb - Location. Pricing
- Valentin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carolyn (10/5): A perfect spot and good value. Recommended. - This is a small property but very well converted with everything you need for a comfortable trip to London.
We were visiting family in Wandsworth and easily accessible by bus, but also easy to reach the centre by tube after a nice 15 minute walk along the river.
Easy to access through a key safe and good communication from management. No complaints
- Kim (7/5): Fine - nice location Lighting is awkward and minimal.
- Mary-anne (8/5): Very good -
- Melvin (10/5): Excellent !! Would definately visit again ! - Excellent location, very comfortable stay, clean and very comfortable bed ! Hassle free trip ! Excellent value for money, Thankyou !
- Anthony (8/5): It was great for my purpose - Everything worked and I had no problems during my stay , instructions how to get in was very clear , good communication, there was a fan as it got really hot in there There was no oven , damp smell from the poor ventilation from the shower room , I kept finding long hairs around the property
- Nicola (6/5): Nice on the surface. Good location, but needs a bit more thought all round. - Great location in a homely neighbourhood, perfect to get a bus straight to Wimbledon. Good restaurants and a small park and the riverbank a short walk away, and the Wetlands 15 mins by bus. Appreciated the iron/ironing board, kettle, toaster and microwave. Nice and quiet at night. We had no comms ahead of the trip and had to email 36 hours in advance to ask how to get in. The space is a converted garage - so it's nicely appointed, but cramped w 2 people and a suitcase in there. There were enormous dust bunnies and a bit of litter under the bed, and one of the bowls in the kitchen had someone else's dried food on it. There was no teatowel, so that was a bit tricky. It was excesively hot all night - kept us awake even with the fan on all night (which isn't ideal). And the TV was hung on the wall right next to the bed - so close that I never seemed to avoid whacking my head or shoulder on it.
- Helen (10/5): Comfortable - Location, comfortable accommodation Quite hard to move around the bed
- Napil (8/5): Well positioned - The service supplied by Katya and others was top class, without them, this would have been rated 2 stars not 3. The photos in the advert don't represent the actual property which ended up being a gargage that was not the best.
- Tatyana (5/5): Tiny little room - The studio was in a quiet and safe area, communication with host was good, self checking was nice. There is a space to sit outside. washing machine was provided, but we didn't use it The studio was the smallest place I have ever stayed at. There was a smell of mold in the studio. The studio is a garage that was converted to have a bed, kitchen and shower\bathroom, which wasn't obvious from the original post. Perhaps the issues are stemming from it since the space wasn't meant to be used for people living in there. Wifi code was provided, but the connection was so slow I default using my cell data.
- Michael (9/5): Superb - A very quiet safe area of London. Really comfy bed, excellent facilities. Nothing
- Anthony (8/5): Very good -
- Annika (1/5): Horrible - The bed was ok. The smell was horrible. Mould everywhere! Super damp so the floor was soft of rottenness. And mushrooms were growing from under the floor!
Don’t go there!
- Cassie (10/5): Exceptional - very clean and tidy nothing
- Alexander (8/5): Very good - Beautiful and small room, close to the Thames and the rowing clubs. The kitchen has everything you need for a short trip to London, tea, toaster and an electric water kettle helps you out in the morning. It was very clean and the wifi worked like a charm. The host was superbly nice and helped me out quite quickly.
- Ike (9/5): Superb -
- Chi (9/5): will love to come back one day - The location, Cute room and the lovely host
- Stephen (8/5): Very good -
