• Isabel (6/5): Cheap and central - Convenient location, lots of space , relatively peaceful for being in city centre It was a bit grubby and uncared for. Very obvious signs of wear and tear such as no shower door, dirty cutlery and fridge, laundry left out to dry on balcony, cigarette burns on the couch even though there are no smoking signs everywhere.

• flochong34 (8/5): - Check in easy with clear instructions given prior arrival. Lift access to apartment is good for people with big luggages. Plenty towels, good hot water system, aircons in living & bedroom, good walking distance to city square & Toptani shopping mall. Having a washing machine, n provided with detergents is good. Pots were badly scratched. Shower cubicle no door, so when shower, wet outside floor. Bed mattress bit slop in middle. Road access to go in the apartment bad as cars all double parked.
• Nafta_shg (9/5): Vista mozzafiato, ottima posizione e host molto disponibile - Sicuramente un appartamento in una posizione strategica. Sotto questo alloggio potete trovare una caffetteria che si chiama "Maison", ci abbiamo preso il caffè tutte le mattine e ci siamo intrattenuti la sera. In questo posto ci sono tanti gattini da coccolare. L'appartamento è molto caldo, per chi và a visitare Tirana in Inverno, di notte e non abbiamo mai avuto necessità di tenere il condizionatore acceso per tanto tempo (l'abbiamo acceso solo due volte). È fornito di svariate coperte da quella più leggera a quella più pesante. Il bagno è spazioso, ci entravamo in due, e fornito di shampoo e bagnoschiuma. È presente un termoarredo elettrico che si può spegnere e accendere a tuo piacimento e che lo riscalda. Sono presenti in cucina: un microonde, piatti, pentole e l'essenziale. Troverete un soggiorno con un balconcino, piccolo, con sedie, posacenere e poi... Una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne. Lo stesso balconcino ha due entrate: dal soggiorno/cucina e dalla camera da letto, quindi, se lasciate le tende aperte, al vostro risveglio, avrete un quadro fantastico davanti. La posizione è strategica: sia per andare verso il centro che per andare verso l'aeroporto; grazie a questo ci siamo potuti muovere tutto il tempo a piedi. La comunicazione con l'host è stata veloce e sempre disponibile. È disponibile il wi fi. È disponibile un ascensore. All'ingresso del.palazzo si trova una Bakery e potreste sentire odore di pane caldo nel portone. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tanti negozietti a poco prezzo (150ALL) che vi potrebbero salvare dalle emergenze. Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ma segnalo piccoli dettagli migliorabili: la pulizia all'interno dei mobili non era perfetta e andrebbe curata meglio la zona tra il vetro della doccia e il mobile bagno. Alcune ante dei pensili sono risultate un po' difettose. ​Per quanto riguarda l'idraulica, l'acqua del bidet usciva fredda; non abbiamo ritenuto opportuno disturbare l'host per questo, poiché siamo riusciti comunque a risolvere utilizzando comodamente il rubinetto basso presente nella doccia. Lo scaldabagno da 80lt, inoltre, sembra riscaldarsi solo per metà, quindi è bene non sprecare acqua. Infine, sarebbe un valore aggiunto trovare qualche cialda per il caffè insieme al bollitore.
• Luca (9/5): Comodo - Posizione comoda. Appartamento spazioso e comodo. Lo staff ti guida passo passo per l’ingresso e la partenza. Ho trovato lo stendino pieno di biancheria da letto e non ho potuto lavare i mie indumenti, nonostante ci fosse la lavatrice. Le lenzuola sul letto erano messe “alla buona”.
• Sabah (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this apartment, The place was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. everything we needed was provided, and the apartment felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The host was exceptional very kind, responsive, and helpful at all times. communication was easy, and they made sure we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. You can really tell they care about their guests.

I also appreciated that the apartment was equipped with basic ingredients like oil, sugar, and other essentials, which made things more comfortable. I wasn’t satisfied with the apartment overall. The host was quite negative in communication, which made the experience less pleasant. The apartment felt a bit old and not as expected from the photos, and there was no Netflix available as advertised/expected.

Separate Sliding door windows in living and bedroom. The host was very responsive and helpful. All amenities needed in an apartment were available. Great location. The bathroom sink needs renovation or some sort of maintenance ( I didn’t use it much)

• Veroniaca (4/5): Buena ubicación - Ubicación Escalera del edificio muy sucia, la casa normal, no muy limpia, éramos 3 la tercera persona tuvo que dormir en el sofá porque la cama supletoria esta muy sucia, nos fuimos un día antes porque no estábamos cómodos
• Szilvia (7/5): - The owner was responsive and helpful up until our arrival. Checking in was very easy. The terrace is very charming. The apartment has basically everything you need, but it’s very basic. Location is good. We arrived late at night, after 11 pm, very tired with our little boy. To our surprise, the beds were prepared only for two people. There is a sofa in the living room, but no bedding was provided for it. In the wardrobe, we found a wrinkled, worn-out sheet and duvet cover, and one pillow without a pillowcase. The next morning, we found the bedding hanging outside on the balcony to dry. The Wi-Fi password did not work at all. Despite writing to the owner, we received no reply as they were no longer reachable. The bed in the bedroom is extremely uncomfortable – it is far too soft and sags in the middle like a hammock. Although we were given a €7 discount, the owner should pay more attention to these details.

• Marinus (9/5): Tirana is prima voor 1 a 2 dagen, daarna lekker de rest van het land ontdekken! - Ruim appartement, heel schoon, goed ingericht en een goed balkon. Helaas was het koffiezetapparaat van de foto’s niet aanwezig, klein ongemak. Parkeergarage eronder voor €4 per dag, ook een bakkertje met heerlijke broodjes in het gebouw. Het knopje voor de 3e verdieping werkte niet in de lift, daardoor steeds een trap af moeten lopen. Ook stopt de lift niet in de parkeerkelder.

• Raelynda (8/5): Awesome location! - It’s a nice size space and is well stocked with items needed for cooking. Anxhi was always quick to respond when we had questions, great host! The grocery store is just downstairs, multiple bakeries and other shops very close. 10min walk to Skanderbeg square.

• Asubonteng (8/5): Chef’s kiss - The host is so lovely and helpful. I had an amazing stay with her help. The apartment is spacious modern and clean at a great location. Shops downstairs so I was able to get my hands on stuff I forgot to pack. Really had a great time stay and a lot had to do with the attentive host. Would definitely recommend! The hot water in the shower would go cold after a long shower but heat up again after hours so not a dealbreaker

Was a clean but more particularly details about stain in the bathroom , cupboard from kitchen outside and inside need to be more cleaned. Windows from balcony . The floor need to be hoover. We found hair on the sofa . In rest is a good property value for money .

• Tracy (9/5): Very nice place to stay in a completely outfitted apartment - This is probably the best equipped apartment I've stayed in this year. Everything is included and in proper working order and the people managing it are really helpful and professional. I highly recommend staying here. During the daytime various apartments in the building were being renovated and it was pretty noisy but they did not start construction until about 9 AM and they finished in the afternoon. In the evening it is pretty quiet and easy to get a very good sleep.

• Gabriel-florentin (7/5): Good - The host was very comunicative and helped us with suggestions for places to go. The apartment was large and tastfully decorated. The shower was spacious and it was impossible to make a mess. Streaming servicies worked great. The apartment is relatively in a central location, there is good access to public transport, supermarkets and bakeries. The view of the mountains near Tirana was a nice surprise! The overall cleanliness of the room was lacking, the floors were not exactly clean and we found several hairs throughout the room, especially in the bed. The biggest issue for us was the balcony doors, which couldn’t be fully closed. In October, we felt the cold air flow into the room along with a lot of street noise which made it difficult to sleep. Due to time constraints, we were unable to meet with the host, so we left the payment in the key lockbox but didn’t receive change. It wasn’t a large amount, but it’s the principle that matters. At the end of our stay, we were 'greeted' by the cleaning lady 14 minutes before check-out, which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable.
