• Nina (9/5): - Super easy to be able to check in at any time as the key is in a keybox. The location of the apartment was great and though we didnt use it the kitchen looked nice. Also nice touch they provided some soaps. Light of the airconditioning was very bright.

Estaba el suelo - Ubicación buena, barato para los precios que hay Colchón y almohadas muy blandas, suelo sucio, portal sucio, enchufes con cables salidos, bicho en un cajón, hormigas por la casa, portal sucio

• Candice (10/5): Emplacement vraiment ideal pour visiter, propre et, confortable - Emplacement parfait, en plein centre, juste à côté de la Galerie des offices. Idéal pour visiter la ville. Grand espace pour rester plusieurs jours. Accès facile. Calme, malgré le fait d'être en plein centre animé. Appartement propre et confortable. La clim est un vrai plus en plein été ! Pas de possibilité de déposer les bagages en cas d'arrivée anticipée. L'astuce : visiter le palazzo vecchio en attendant, ils proposent des casiers !
• Los (10/5): Exceptional - It's a small apartment, but it's worth the money. Not a very comfortable bathroom for big people. 3rd floor stairs are not suitable for people with orthopedic problems. The apartment has an excellent location. The management company is above reproach: very accessible explanations about the check-in procedure. Especially convenient check in procedure for those who arrive early in the morning or at night. The only significant disadvantage for us was the mattress - it is terrible in its softness.
• David (8/5): Old building in the city center - Good location, with all facilities. The building is quite old and you have to climb about 30 steps to reach the apartment. Actually the apartment is located on the third floor. Very small bathroom.
• Peter (10/5): Right in the heart of Florence - The location is outstanding! You are so close to the history of Florence, from Ponte Vecchio to the piazzas and Uffizi Gallery. The apartment is spacious (small bathroom but to be expected) and air conditioned and very comfortable after a day of exploring. We left our luggage at a storage place so we could wander around on the first day and it was great. Two flights of stairs with bags would be challenging for older people.
• Simon (3/5): Poor - Very poor layout, couldn't walk round bed. Tiniest shower ever. Badly needs refurbishment. Kitchen with no kettle

• Hsiao (6/5): Pleasant - the location is good the water in shower was cold. you need to wait more than one hour to take shower after your partner take the shower and it was noisy at night. after checking out you need to throw everything away by yourself
