• Weronika (7/5): If location is your priority; you can’t do much better than this place. It’s basic but very functional and easy to acces - Spacious property with an amazing location. Easy to access with very clear instructions. Quite loud with lots of noise from other nearby flats, but it’s to be expected as it’s a busy area and lively. The bed was big but would have been more comfortable with better fitting sheets.
• Lana (5/5): - The location was excellent! Loved it. It is an old building right in the center. We were there in October and it was cold. We could not turn on the heat because it is central, and they turn it on in November. They had some heating devices, but one was not working and they turn of by themselves. So we were really cold. The walls are thick so there was no way to heat it enough with what we had. Just pay attention to that.

• Direr (10/5): - Un grand appartement en plein centre de Florence, a 10 mn à pied du Palazzo Pitti et a 15 mn a pied de la cathédrale Santa Maria. Un appartement confortable et propre, très agréable à vivre et surtout très calme. Il est exactement comme sur les photos. Il manquait juste un peu d'équipements pour faire la cuisine, mais il y a beaucoup de restaurants tout autour. Je recommande chaudement, c'est un excellent emplacement pour rayonner dans tout le centre de Florence. A réserver sans hésitation ! Tout était très bien

• Becky (6/5): Pleasant - The location is ideal! The apartment is a great size and convenient. Rooms are comfortable and had good facilities l. I enjoyed the property, the electrics blew a few times and some things like the floor felt unfinished and had pieces coming off.

• Stephen (9/5): Stay on this side of the river. 6 minute walk to centro stroico - but quiter/ better food - Getting the keys was simple. There is a short set of stairs (16) to reach the room. It was maybe a 10-15 minute walk from the SMN train station. Note: room for 6 people, but the living room could use more seating and coffee table, for example. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking for a group. I dislike the online check-in form. This has happened twice (both times in Florence for some reason). I do prefer meeting hosts in persson.

• Helen (10/5): Exceptional - Location was excellent in a quiet area and an easy walk to all the sites. Lovely old building. The apartment is air conditioned, has a spacious lounge with sofa bed that we used, 2 double bedrooms and a kitchen big enough to make meals with table to eat at. Only one shower room but an extra cloakroom off the lounge that was really convenient. There is also a great cafe for breakfast and excellent gelateria on the same street - win, win! Nothing, loved it and would use again

• Elaina (10/5): Wonderful location, I would definitely stay here again. - The location was amazing! Close to the river, restaurants, and shops. Parking (via reservations) was very close by and convenient. The hosts were very helpful and available. I would highly recommend.
