• Angeles (3/5): No es el precio que cobran - La ubicación Agua fría. No funcionaba el Internet. La comunicación con el dueño en un comienzo fue buena, despues no respondió mas. No estaba muy limpio
• Eric (1/5): Déçu . - Quand nous sommes arrivés , les draps n’ étaient pas changés, le ménage pas fait, pas d’ eau chaude à la douche, pas de papier toilette ni de torchon , et pour terminer, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Très déçu de ce Rbnb.

• Yannick (1/5): Logement non conforme, insalubre et impropre à l’occupation - Ce logement est totalement non conforme à l’annonce et ne devrait pas être proposé sur Booking. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert un appartement sale, insalubre et impropre à l’occupation : poils dans le lit, traces de matières fécales sur la couette, moisissures dans la salle de bain, équipements cassés ou dégradés. Une fenêtre était isolée avec du journal alors que la température extérieure avoisinait les –20°C, provoquant un courant d’air glacial au niveau du lit. Le logement était réservé pour 3 personnes, mais il n’y avait des draps que pour 2 personnes. Le clic-clac était cassé et aucune literie supplémentaire n’était fournie, ce qui rendait le séjour impossible dans des conditions normales. Face à cette situation, nous avons dû quitter le logement immédiatement et trouver une solution par nos propres moyens. L’établissement ne propose aucun remboursement, mais un dossier est actuellement en cours avec Booking afin de faire valoir mes droits, et j’espère que la plateforme se positionnera du côté des consommateurs. Après coup, la lecture des avis montre clairement qu’il s’agit d’un problème récurrent, déjà signalé par plusieurs voyageurs, sans amélioration ni prise de responsabilité de la part de l’hôte, ni de Booking. Cette expérience a été désastreuse. Le logement est trompeur, inhabitable et les conditions sont inacceptables. !!! À fuir absolument !!! Cet établissement ne devrait pas être référencé sur Booking.

• Jocelyne (5/5): It served its purpose - 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Host was very responsive. Equipped kitchen Cleanliness was superficial, not thorough. If I scratched the surface I found dirt everywhere. No dishcloths to clean and wipe dishes. Neighbours were very noisy at 3 and 4 in the morning and nobody was there to reinforce the rules.

• jess (2/5): - Coup d’œil et emplacement très bon Pas de papier toilette, le chauffage marchait à moitié, beaucoup de choses à briser la douche, il manque une porte, difficulté à se rincer les cheveux et prendre notre bain. Loft peut entretenu. Manque un tapis en rentrant pour les bottes.
• Qais (4/5): It's a nice place, but needs a little bit of maintaining - We liked how it was easily accessible. No spices. No extra towels. No TOILET PAPERS. the stove wasn't working, the exhaust needs to be pressed hard to turn on. There was a chewing gum stuck to the side table. Dirt everywhere. Sockets weren't working. The light wasn't working near the tv. We came here last year too it was good then. I dont what happened. Even the bed sheet / comforter was stinky in one of the bed rooms. The shower is broken. Please improve it. There were alot of open light sockets everywhere.

• Badrul (1/5): - Nothing that I liked. This people are Fraudulent. Please BEWARE before you book this place. We were very excited to come to Montreal and visit this beautiful country, unfortunately we were met with these terrible conditions of which we were unable to reside in. First and foremost We requested and was informed, we would have 1 separate bedrooms, as I informed you that we would be 2 adults and 2 children on the initial booking process. however, despite this agreement and understanding, the host provide us with a studio apartment with one bed which sequently provided no privacy for me and my wife nor the children. Furthermore, the cleanliness was below sub par, the sheets hadn't been changed, there was dust and hair strands left on the sheets, showing that the sheets hadn't been clean. There was no toilet paper, we were unable to even shower as there was only 2 clean washed towel for the 4 of us. The laudry room was filled with dirty laundry, The 2nd bathroom light didnt even switch on. There was no consideration whatsoever. It is very unfortunate incident, that I had paid so much money only to result in sleeping on the sofa. Due to the sofa bed was so dirty and filled with dust. As my 2 kids and wife had to somehow squeeze onto that 1 bed and lay on top of the duvet as the hygiene levels was very poor. There are BLOOD stains on the duvet. Please take a moment and consider after travelling from UK to come and be met with these conditions, it's needless to say I was immensely frustrated and my wife was very upset. I had to leave the apartment at first light. As I had to find alternative accommodation, incurring me a further cost through no fault of my own. I am a very reasonable person but this even pushed me to my limits. I tried my best with the host to understand my frustration but they simply didn't care about my family concerns or provide us with any solution to the problem. Very unprofessional from. So called team BAKAN... This is a clear mispresentation of what they have shown in the photos on booking.

• sandrine (8/5): - L'emplacement les lits très confortables la taille du logement petit bémol en cuisine très mal équipée à part pour faire des pâtes une toute petite poêle pas de presse orange qu'on a laissé d'ailleurs. Sinon l'hôte est très reactif la propreté à notre arrivée était moyenne Voir au dessus
• Thanya (4/5): il y a place a amelioration - L'emplacement Les photos qui etait sur le site de booking n'était pas representatif de la realité, le chauffage a arreter dans la salle principal. Pour ce qui est de la douche elle etait briser et ne tenait pas en place et il avait une enorme variation avec l'eau froide, nous nous sommes douché a l'eau desfois chaude et souvent froide
• Luca (7/5): Good spot if you want to be in a walking distance to restaurants and the metro. - The Location is perfect, close to the Jean Talon market and lot's of good restaurants, also close to the Metro. Beautiful roof terrace. Just small stuff, nothing major... like, there is a second toilet, but the light is not working. The shower is great, but the door is missing a part, so there is no way to shower without getting the floor wet. Could use a few more signs or like a folder with some details like - light switch for the main room is in the laundry room :)
