• Rachel (8/5): I would stay again even knowing the security deposit, the key and parking were a little annoying the view is worth it. 😊 - The view was fantastic, it was spacious and very clean. Very good layout. Parking wasn’t great. And security deposit is a turn off. After paying over 500 per night then having to pay 500 for security deposit is not great. The key is located at a tricky spot.

• Kara (10/5): Beautiful Apartment Great Experience No lifts on arrival bad experience - Apartment had beautiful views. All in all a really great experience. Picking up the key having travelled a very long day and trying to navigate to pick up the keys also not being given a code for the box and then not being able to contact the telephone number it was not answered text only was on top of not being able to access the key was frustrating. Didn’t I mention the key……….. lol And the only other incident was arriving at the building around 8pm at night to see a massive amount of people sitting to be told all three lifts were not working and was told it would be an hour or so before one was working no stairs plus we were past the 50th floor. Once we had one working with an approx of 500 people in the building the next few days until they got number 2 working 🙈was dreadful

• Maureen (8/5): We had a very enjoyable stay close to everything, however I don’t think in its present condition it could be described a - The location was excellent. Close to public transport The property is described as luxury however it had stained carpets and several broken fixtures including roller blinds and doors that did not lock. The photos appear to be from when it was new. It needs an update and some maintenance

• Corinne (8/5): Very good - The location and view were amazing. The couch was broken and looked as though it had been for some time. It was to be used as a sofa bed and was busted on one end which made it difficult to sit on let alone sleep on. The pool and spa were a major reason we chose to stay. Was disappointed to find it was under maintenance and the water was cold not heated.

• Ian (5/5): Passable - Location was great, place was clean Charged us for 8 people to stay there, not setup for 8 at all. Only 6 towels supplied, only 3 coffee cups in the place had to drink coffee out of a breakfast bowl. If the place allows for 8 people, it should cater for 8 people.
• Anita (8/5): Very good - I loved the location. Perfect in the heart of the city and beautiful views which was very worth the cost. Felt very homey Cleanliness could have been much better. The window and door require major washing and this obstructed views from inside which was a little disappointing. Definitely also require 2+ keys for this property with number of people Staying.potentially a bigger tv and quite small couch and dining area
• Dianne (7/5): Great location near food, shopping and the markets, mostly clean and comfortable for 6 people. - The location is awesome and the apartment was comfortable (even if it was VERY high up…51st floor!). The beds were good and everything was mostly clean. Communication was pretty good and was professional. It was a great place, and comfortable place, to stay for 6 people (although it was a bit scary having the kids out on the balcony). Some of the cups out of the cupboard were sticky and needed to be washed before using. There was also no microwave, which would have been handy. It was also a bit annoying only being able to have one key, especially when there were different families sharing the apartment and did different activities during the day…at least 2 keys would have been good. The location to get the key was also a little strange…1.5 blocks away from the accommodation. Not having an automatic locking front door also felt a little insecure as it was hard to tell if the door was actually locked before we went to bed each night and it made us a little paranoid trying to remember if we locked the door as we left. One of the bedrooms also got a bit hot at night, it may need its own air conditioning unit. It also would have been great to have more than one tv in the apartment, especially since there were children in the apartment with us wanting to only watch cartoons! We also got questioned about taking the inside of the rice cooker, of which we didn’t use. It seems maybe that the apartment is not throughly checked after each set of visitors. However, the owners were good after we told them we didn’t use it.
• Sandy (8/5): Very good - Great Location. Easy public transport. Three separate bedrooms. T.V remote was broken, no TV for entire stay Was splatter of some drink on the roof on main room. Vacuum and lint from dryer was full. No toilet paper in holder on arrival.

• Sherly (9/5): GREAT! - The apartment has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Bedroom size is small but enough. Love the 360degree view from bedroom. Below the apartment so many restaurants. No parking here because in the city. We park at CBDpark and cost us aud37/ night. But before we rent this apartment, we already knew there will no parking space. So, if you rent car, you must notice about this parking. The check out time is 10 a.m. but we have to put inside the cupboard all the plates & glasses. (Other apartment only ask us to put inside the dish washer)
