• Beth (10/5): Beautiful Florence - We took a short cab ride from the train station. Our host met us at the apartment, gave us tips for markets and restaurants in the neighborhood. Showed us how to get around on a map. The apartment was large for the 3 of us and well appointed. We were able to walk everywhere to see the sights. It was HOT, so the air conditioning was a welcome necessity. Also got to do some laundry. We had a lovely stay!

• Nimish (9/5): nice spacious apartment - very well decorated home & user friendly amenities in the apartment. far from the main station. one bathroom has open tub where there is no shower curtain so if one takes a shower the entire bathroom gets wet. if you dont use it for bath then you only have one showeroom & 2 toilets.

• Rajesh (6/5): Pleasant - The host was very responsive. The house was very clean. The place comes with two bathrooms which is great. Living room is reasonably big and there are food joints close by. The check in is at 3:00 PM and checkout very early strict at 10:00 which is very early for a holiday and a much shorter time span compared to other places. Also it is a good 20-25 minute walk from Duomo. There was tea / coffee packs but no creamer and none close to the place, so you practically go out even for morning tea.

• Cygnet (8/5): Milan - May 2024 - My family and I checked into this accommodation on 2nd May 2024. We chose this accommodation as it was in close walking distance of QC Termemilano where we were finishing off our day in Milan. This accommodation is a train ride out from the city centre, but it was perfect for us. To reach the flat you could either use the lift or take the stairs. The flat was sparkling clean. The kitchen was lovely with a great supply of tea, coffee, and other cooking essentials. It was also decked out with things vacationers may need to be self-sufficient during their stay. The main bedroom is a lovely size with an ensuite bathroom. The secondary sleeping spaces was a lot smaller with two single beds. The third sleeping space was actually a sofa bed in the living room. The living room itself was classy; sadly our stay was not long enough to take advantage of the living space. The flat and sleeping arrangements were enough for us for one night. Before booking we had a bit of trouble understanding what room was what from the pictures. The bathroom had one entrance from the main corridor and a second, consisting of a clouded glass door without a lock, into the secondary bedroom. We would've preferred the bathroom to be stand alone or for the door into the secondary bedroom to be solid and lockable.

• Steve (7/5): Good location and clean. - The property accommodated our party of 6. We were able to walk to Duomo and shops around. The property was clean. The lack of lighting in the rooms, bathroom. Sort of strange that there was literally no closet except for the front door so storing clothing was an issue, as though the one bedroom was not meant to be a bedroom but the living room having two twin beds was good. Noise from upstairs but not sure how to solve that. Overall a good overnight but for us not having anywhere to store things like clothing or belongings would be an issue.

I need to ask host to call and ask them to be more quiet. Location is not far from metro around 10 mins walk. Also easy to go to main destination in Milan.

• Kathleen (9/5): A lovely well furnished apt with great considerations to assist your stay. - The location was good - near to Crocetta Metro station and Daniela the host had sent me great information and video instructions beforehand. Daniela was extremely helpful and in particular on my first evening as I had my bag stolen,losing my money, credit card , Passport etc at Milan Central Station just as I was getting on the Metro - having only arrived from the Airport. She sent me messages of Police stations etc and remained in contact with me during an extremely stressful time as the systems in Italy are not like home. No one is interested -it took me 2 days and multiple Police Station visits waiting for hours at each as there are queues of people reporting robberies. However I felt supported by Daniela throughout and this was so much appreciated. This robbery just highlights the need to be extremely careful at all times. I travel frequently and this is the first time I’ve been robbed. There are some restaurants and cafes on the street too which we used and we felt safe in this area. We travelled around Milan with ease and visited Bergamo, Lake Como and the Navigli area using the Metro and trains which are efficient. The close proximity of the Crocetta station to the apartment is a plus. The apartment had toiletries in the bathrooms and kitchen equipped for making food although we ate out only making Coffee and tea. There were coffee pods as well for the coffee machine. A welcome pack in the fridge too. Would highly recommend this apartment. There was nothing I didn’t like - the only thing which would have been useful would have been a small kettle - we boiled the water in a saucepan to make tea so not a problem.

• Yessenia (10/5): Friendly host with a Safe, clean apartment with the perfect location. - The Host Daniela sent us precise instructions on how to arrive to the apartment. Which was very clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and above all very safe! There was towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. There were wall AC units in all the rooms. Perfect Location!

• Emma (9/5): Great modern apartment with plenty of space for a family - We had to use a buzzer to be let immediately in, which worked well. The location was good to not be bang in the centre of Milan, but in a district with great bars and restaurants. The walk in the the Duomo was roughly 20 minutes, but we also used the Metro which was very close by. The property itself was very modern, with lots of space for a family of 5 and was a really enjoyable place to stay. We really liked the property

• Bryony (8/5): Great apartment for a short or longer stay in Milan. - The host was very friendly in our communication and responded quickly to messages. The apartment was clean, the rooms were comfortable and the location is great to go to restaurants, visit sights and/or take the metro. It was a bit confusing, when we arrived, that we had to walk around the block to pick up the keys. Maybe simply because I wasn't prepared and we arrived with the kids etc. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again but good to know ahead of time so you are prepared.
