• Barrie (8/5): Good option for independent travellers. - Great to have a kitchen and access to laundry facilities. Makes travel for longer periods so much more enjoyable. Being situated in the Sheraton Wall Centre made tour pickups and getting taxis easy. Bed was a bit soft. Night time can be noisy with lots of sirens.

• Lindsay (9/5): Great spot with everything you need in downtown Vancouver! - The layout of the space was very functional. The windows and light was very nice. Then blackout curtains were also great! It was very clean. The location is great. The mattress on the bed seemed to have a lot of wear in the middle like it was sunken in. It wasn’t the most comfortable because of that.

Much appreciated. The A/C was also useable. Having elevator-accessible parking space directly under the property was also very useable. Unfortunatelly, the bed was broken - literally, in half

It was a great choice for the beautiful city of Vancouver. The management is accommodating and easy to communicate. It's too short of a stay.

• Peter (10/5): A great location with washing facilities - The property was well located in an area with shops (you can see an IGA from the room if you look next to the YMCA) and restaurants nearby. It is a bit of walk to places like Canada Place but we walked there easily. There is also a cab rank right outside so getting a cab is very easy. The apartment is nice and is as described. Once reason we picked this apartment was for the laundry facilities which are in the building (not the room) but are very easy to use and very clean etc. The host was outstanding and very responsive. We arrived very late (due to the timing of our flight) and they were very understanding. We happily recommend this apartment.

• Nick (5/5): Passable - The host made the room available early for us, which made it easy for us to access the room and get situation. The location was nice and accessible. The view was also really nice. 1. The air conditioning was broken and the temp never got below 74F/23C. 2. The room was much smaller than it looks in the picture. 3. The pullout couch was incredibly uncomfortable, even with the mattress topper that they provided. Fortunately, we brought our own, which made it bearable. 4. The bed wasn't really soft as much as it just kinda sank in. 5. When you first get there, finding the garage and the way to the room from the garage was a bit complicated, even with instructions provided. 6. Because of the way that you check in, the checking out procedure is rather difficult and would be really annoying if you only had one person.

• Ryosuke (9/5): Satisfactory stay in a great location - The location, as well as the view from the large windows were amazing. We loved eating while looking out to the city. There were enough restaurants, boba tea, and stores nearby for quick shopping as well. And while the amenities were pretty simple and basic, there was more than enough of each. Plus, the lobby man was very nice and always opening doors for everyone coming through. The apartment room itself was clean, but some places like the closet could use a bit more organization. Some stuff like the cutting boards were cracked, and we were missing some simple stuff like matches (for the candles that were laid out). Also, this is a studio, but we knew this looking at the pictures and it was actually what we were looking for, so this was no issue. But just pointing this out. A bit cramped for 3 people, but perfect for 2 and a pup.

• Amber (8/5): Rough around the edges but the view is spectacular - Incredible view, I absolutely loved staring out the large windows and the space was well mapped out with nice artwork. They had a large tin of coffee which was nice but missing classic amenities like milk and tea, tissue box, salt and pepper and maybe cooking oil, these little touches just make sense for a temporary stay with a full kitchen. The bathroom could do with a paint job and/or door replacement - it's a bit rough around the edges The only downside was the bed and couch- both super uncomfortable, you can feel every spring in the bed, it's lumpy and creaks at every movement.

• Emilyyang7506 (7/5): Good location, nice building but the room was not cleaned - Location, the elevator and free parking space The room was not adequately cleaned. When I raised this issue with the host, it was not addressed appropriately. In fact, I received no response regarding the uncleanliness. The sofa was particularly filthy, covered in food crumbs. The building is located directly across from a hospital, resulting in constant ambulance sirens both day and night. The carpet was shedding excessively, with fibers clinging to my clothes and being carried back to my own home.
• Jeckie (9/5): A studio with a great location and a spectacular view - Wonderful location! Great hot water and water pressure with a spectacular view. The WiFi and free parking were excellent. Great curtains to block out light in the mornings. The owner is great with communication as well. Please note this is a studio. The listing at time of booking the dates list it as a one bedroom. At the time of my review it still says 1 bedroom incorrectly. The owner is working on getting new bedding, towels, and toiletries which will only enhance the stay! The couch is quite lumpy but we spent most of our days out of the unit. We had three people and it would not be recommended unless everyone is ok with sleeping in the same room or if you had a baby in a crib.

• Kadence (8/5): Gorgeous views in a great location - walking distance to everything! - Location was fantastic, within walking distance to everything, including the stadium. Building was clean and entrance felt safe and inbetween 2 hotels, so there was a restaurant right next door. Kitchen had everything we could need to make simple meals, including pots and pans, dishes, coffee maker, blender and a dishwasher. Best of all was the view with the full wall of windows from the 25th floor. Which also included thick curtains to block out the morning light. Host was friendly and communicative. And helpful, even when our flight was delayed, and we arrived much later than anticipated. Bed was a little saggy-soft for my taste, but I still slept every night. The futon couch felt too narrow to comfortably hang out on, but we didn't spend much time at the apartment, and it was nice there was an option for another place to sleep. It was a little pricey for the size, but it worked in a pinch as we were there during a big concert and everything available was more pricey than usual.
