Space A construction across the street: a lot of noise

- Roberta (9/5): Ottima soluzione assolutamente da raccomandare! - Struttura centrale molto bella e pulita . Gestore molto disponibile con i bagagli . Molto spaziosa.
- Leong (10/5): - Clean and spacious. The location is really superb. Easy to move to any place in Rome. If there is lift it will be very helpful for us.
- Barbie (10/5): -
- Ekaterina (10/5): - Extremely comfortable and cozy place to stay in Rome. Great location and freshly renovated
- Ksenya (9/5): -
- Maria Carmen (10/5): - Todo excepcional
- David (10/5): Many thanks to the Host. - Really was - ALL GOOD
- Jana (10/5): Amazing! Can’t wait to come back. - The unit is beautiful and the location is perfect!!
Nada
Equipament molt correcte Res
- Luz Maria (10/5): - Amazing property in the heart of Rome. Modern, spacious and very well equipped. We spent 5 fantastic days in Rome and felt very relaxed in this lovely apartment. Nothing! We loved our stay. Thank you!
- alicia (9/5): -
- nada (10/5): Beautiful apartment, fantastic central location. Great communication. Would not hesitate to stay again - Location, space, clean, host Nothing!
- Fiona (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marsha (10/5): Exceptional - Very good at giving advise and handling small details for us. Six flights of steps!
- Tara (10/5): Beautiful apartment, excellent location. Fantastic host. Recommend and hope to return ourselves. - Location was absolutely perfect! Fantastic street with a beautiful plaza steps away with live music and great food surrounding. Easy walking distance to all major tourist destinations. Host went over and above to help us coordinate transfers which was so appreciated as she was able to communicate on our behalf and worked with an excellent team. The condo was exactly as pictured and beautiful. A bit of street noise but not bad at all, and well worth it for the location. Nothing to add.
- Tal (10/5): Great apartment in best location and very good for a family of 5 - Location, enough space, clean, friendly owner, hot water, good kitchen. Nothing (consider it is third or fourth floor without an elevator, we did not mind it at all).
- Arik (10/5): Pferfect for families. Would stay there again - Spacious renovated apartment, clean and comfortable beds, in excellent location.
Very responsive and friendly host.
- Marián (10/5): Exceptional - Outstanding location right on Via del Corso, easy access to Rome’s main attractions on foot. Despite being on a lively street, it was surprisingly quiet. The space was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities.
- Inna (10/5): Definitely would stay here again - The location is great - on a main shopping street. It's not noisy at night since there are no restaurants or bars under the apartment. Spacious apartment with 3 bathrooms! This is useful when you're 5 people. The apartment has everything you need and a fully equipped kitchen. Just bring your own spices and olive oil... There was also a washing machine but we didn't use it.
The entrance with a code is very convenient. The internet is good enough. The beds are comfortable. The balconies in the rooms are nice.
We almost felt like in our own home.
The transportation is 8 minutes away, but it's normal since central Rome should be discovered by foot - everything is relatively close. You use the metro or bus to move from one neighborhood to another.
- Richard (10/5): Fabulous location, ample accommodation for family of 5. - Accommodation was on a pedestrian street, great location, very little traffic. Heaps of shops and food venues around, easy to get lunches and dinners.
From here, able to walk to Spanish steps, and Pantheon easily, we also walked to Vatican, and Colosseum, but a bit longer.
We are a family of 5, our children are 18 (M), 16 (F), and 15 (M). Accommodation, 2 good sized rooms with a good bathroom each, our daughter stayed on a sofa bed, there was a small bathroom (low ceiling), but was fine for bathroom needs.
Had fridge, and kitchen, so able to prepare food at home if needed, although we only used fridge.
Highly recommend staying here, for location and for families. Accommodation up 2 flights of stairs, but not problematic.
Used code to get into complex, and another code to get into apartment, I felt a little vulnerable with this as access to the room, but otherwise very convenient without needing keys.
- Laura (10/5): Exceeded our expectations, we’ll be back for sure. - The apartment was so charming, spacious, clean and in great location. Good communication with management and easy access. All was good, but for to say something… the mattress was not comfortable and lack of shower stands.
- Philip (10/5): A fantastic stay in this incredible apartment - This spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed two-bedroom en-suite apartment is very comfortable, providing all the comforts of home. The location is ideal for exploring Rome; Via Del Corso is a pedestrian street that allows easy walking access to numerous attractions in this magnificent city. The apartment is just two blocks from a taxi stand for convenient airport transportation. Communicating with the owner was effortless, making it a fantastic stay! Nothing.
- Larissa (10/5): It is perfect for families looking to visit Rome and stay in the centre close to lots of shops. - Perfect location. Spacious apartment with one room overlooking the street with a balcony and we could see the christmas lights. Easy to get in and out with the key codes. Equipped kitchen. Friendly hosts via whatsapp always replied quickly. Water is potable so no need to buy water. Host let us keep luggages in nearby place after check out time. Was very helpful. There is a pharmacy and the famous sandwich shop Al Antico Vinao in the same street in front which was perfect for us. Needed more pillows. Maybe bed slippers and umbrellas would have been nice to find. Some more shower gel. No lift but knew that beforehand. I know it is not needed as such but a little xmas decoration would have been lovely.
- Snezana (10/5): A nice, spacious apartment in a great location - The apartment is great but location is perfect ☀️
- Mina (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was exceptionally comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is absolutely fantastic—right in the city center, with excellent connections to all major attractions. Highly recommended!
- Johanna (8/5): Best location for a shoppers holiday - Excellent location.
Roomy accomodation.
Excellent facilities and clean building.
Loved this place a great find.
Would stay again when we are back in Rome Lack of elevator to the second floor but we were told this before.
- Carol-ann (9/5): An amazing experience. Responsive hosts, nicely designed and very large apartment. Perfect location. - A really amazing spot. Well equipped, large, clean and comfortable. Everything you need and more. Responsive and patient host with our jet-lagged brains upon entry. Thank you Nicoletta for being a wonderful host and dealing with small issues quickly. A heads up with regards to stairs would have been appreciated. We thought we rented a unit that was on the ground floor, but happy it wasn't as we liked being above the crowd. In the end, we just need less stuff.
- Katrina (7/5): Good - Excellent location
- Rachel (9/5): Superb - This place was lovely!! It’s in a great location and has tons of space. We slept 6 very comfortably. The AC works great, although the sofa bed doesn’t have direct access to it because of a partition wall. I would absolutely stay here again! The hosts let us check in early, which was so appreciated. The mini balcony looks out on a lively street. This is close to the metro (7 minute walk) and near the beautiful Piazza del Popolo. Loved everything about it! Nothing, except that they should provide enough toilet paper for the whole stay and a roll of napkins for the kitchen. These are just very minor.
- Timothy (10/5): Fantastic apartment! - Good communication and easy access. Spotless apartment in great location. Air con and plenty of room for family. Nothing
- Anirudh (7/5): Good -
- Pavlina (8/5): Very good -
- Anesa (10/5): Lovely stay in a wonderful location - Absolutely loved everything about this property. Honestly, it’s even better in person than in pictures. Truly lovely stay.
- Orli (9/5): Highly Recommanded - Perfect location in the heart of the city. Very spacious apartment well equipted. Clean airconditioning working well. Laudry machine. 3 bathrooms. Helpfull owners The only limitation is 2 flights of stairs for us it was no issue it all. But might be for elderly vistors.
- Bader (10/5): Exceptional -
- Fred (10/5): Clean spacious property at a wonderful location - Very clean, spacious, and close to Trevi fountain.
Loved the property.
Property owners were great with communication and let us drop off our luggage early before the room was ready to allow us to start sight seeing early. There was bar or nightclub Sunday noise Sunday night and people shouting down the street late at night. Not a reflection on the property owners, but was a tough night sleep.
- Souleymane (7/5): Good with some flaws. - A lot of mosquitoes in the apartment. We had a hard time specially with the kids.
Garbage collection is not very clear. Instructions are not very clear and we had to keep our garbage for the three days. Overall, great facility and good location.
- Georgios (9/5): Superb -
- Valentin (10/5): A comfy place to stay with friends or family, located in the pedestrian part of the street. - The location is great. The communication with the owner was easy.
- Brittany (10/5): Exceptional - Spacious, well appointed and great location Shower drains seem backed up, water comes out of shower pan
- Yury (10/5): Exceptional -
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Alison (8/5): Fabulous location and position. Nice sized apartment for five people. Good facilities. Loved Rome. -
- Katherine (8/5): Perfect apartment to explore Rome from - Great location in historical centre. Could walk to all the sights. Very comfortable beds. Well stocked up kitchen.
- Trina (9/5): I would definitely coming back - Location is excellent.. Lovely neighbourhood .Alessandra was a great assistance. We couldn’t get the Wifi connected. She was so quick responding to our concern Everything
- Alan (10/5): A stunning apartment in a great location. - This apartment is amazing. Great size bedrooms with en-suites, and another 3rd bathroom as a bonus. Spotlessly clean, really well equipped, right down to guide books, coffee machine, toiletries. There’s nothing the hosts have missed. The location is fabulous. Via del Corso is a bustling street, great for people watching. The apartment is 15 minutes walk from Trevi, Pantheon and 30 mins from Vatican and Colosseum. Highly recommended for a holiday in Rome. N/A - all perfect
- Ruth (9/5): A spacious & stylish apartment in the heart of Rome that we would book again. - Apartment was spacious, central, great decor, had everything we needed. Both ensuites were excellent. Can’t beat location. Very responsive host. Our teenagers loved sitting on the balcony and watch the world go by! We ate out three times a day but one could have cooked in the open plan kitchen as it was well stocked. Difficult to find a negative.
- Anonymous (10/5): Wonderful - Space - comfort - felt safe - loads of home comforts
- Veljanovska (9/5): Great location, clean and cozy apartment, equipped with all you need for a pleasant stay in Rome. - The apartment is cozy, clean and very comfortable. The location is very good and close to the Parthenon, Spanish Steps, and Fontana Di Trevi, many restaurants available, we really enjoy the stay at La tua casa a ViadelCorso. The wi-fi was not that fast, so we needed to use our roaming internet to open and send documents for our business trip. Maybe it can suit the needs of travelers that do need to work, but it certainly should be faster for sending photos etc.
- Lena (10/5): Amazing appartment - We loved the space for our family of five, nice new apartment with everything you need. The location was perfect, close to everything. We even got a late check out which was very helpful as we had a night flight. The wifi was very slow.
- Vassilis (8/5): Rome city/shopping break - Location and plenty of space No elevator. But this was known and is expected in buildings of this age in the city center.
- Susan (9/5): Lovely accommodation in great location - the location was excellent, easy access to the sights of Rome and lovely restaurants within walking distance. nothing
- Charlotte (10/5): Exceptional -
- Agnieszka (10/5): A wonderful experience! - Everything was perfect. It is in the very centre in an old building. It is an old place so you neeed to be aware that in the years gone it was rebuild and add-build etc - so floors are not always even and the celings are lower at entrenace to bathroom and that is has a 'stone" smell - but that's all autentic and lovely. It was on 2nd floor which is not a problem if you know it. Place was super clean, beds were super comforty, it had super linen and towels. The main room has no windows but you don't sit there being at Rome, to sip wine in the evening no windows is no problem. It has well equipped kitchen too. Close to metro to Vatican, close to everything. Nothing. All was perfect!
- Whirl (9/5): Excellent location - Excellent location. Easy walking distance to quite a few historical sites. One is in the midst of it all. Spacious apartment, very comfortable. Two bathrooms one of which is for people 5ft and under. No elevator. Very strenuous carrying bags up and down those steps.
- Stephen (9/5): Superb -
- Anonymous (9/5): Superb -
- Amy (10/5): Perfect Apartment, Perfect Location. - The whole apartment was perfect. Very clean and a real 'home from home'.
Bedrooms & living room/dining room were a lot bigger than we expected. Kitchen & bathrooms are a very good size too.
Towels & small toiletries provided.
Kitchen was fully equipped too - tea, coffee, sugar and all cooking supplies - salt, pepper, oil etc and pots, pans, utensils, washing up liquid, tea towel, kitchen roll.
There's a big fridge, small freezer, kettle, toaster & coffee machine with pods provided.
No oven but there is a microwave & hob which we made use of a couple of nights, & of course literally hundreds of restaurants within walking distance.
The location is brilliant. Right on a main street in Rome (we'd never been to Rome so were a little worried about this.) We only used transport to get from/back to the airport & we walked everywhere else. Half an hour walk to the Colosseum, Palatine Hill, Roman Forum, Circus Maximus & Vatican City. Less than a ten minute walk to the Spanish Steps & about fifteen minute walk to the Trevi Fountain. Everywhere in Rome seems to be flat (no hills) so found the walks easy & enjoyable.
Honestly can't recommend this apartment enough. We've travelled a lot & always try & find apartments to stay in & this has been our favourite out of all places we have stayed.
The owners were friendly & easy to communicate with. Reply to messages straight away & happy to answer any questions you have. Honestly nothing we didn't like about the apartment.
You would struggle if you had mobility issues as there are about 40 steps up to the apartment but that wasn't an issue for us.
- Jonathan (9/5): great place to stay in central Rome. - spacious and well located.
- Annette (10/5): absolutely Fabulous. I would stay here again - location - very close to Spanish Steps in Spagna Square where metro was located
two bathrooms which was perfect
loved the balcony elevator to flight of stairs above apartment.
good idea to split the weight of luggage which we did
did when we left and worked perfectly
